Just had a terrible experience at DCH Toyota Simi ...

Just had a terrible experience at DCH Toyota Simi Valley. Over a month ago I went DCH Toyota to get a GPS disc for a Scion xB that I previously purchased from them. They did not have the disc or any GPS discs at the store and had to order it from the manufacturer. We waited for nearly an hour while they tried to order the correct disc and then found out it would take 2-4 weeks for them to ship it because its coming from a non-Toyota company [ok, that sucks but its bearable] After waiting over 4 weeks I called them only to find out they apparently called me and left a voicemail stating they couldnt get the disc and had to refund me. My phone is my business and Im never without it. I really wish they didnt waste so much of my time and me getting lost a bunch because when I first bought the car from them they were extremely nice and friendly but once we left that day the service stopped and it was really difficult to get service when you need it. Whatever its just my review of my experience. Listen to it or not but this is what happened and I do not feel it is a way to run a business that deals with customers so regularly
