I LOVE JULIAN!
I had the most amazing, honest, no nonsense experience with DCH's TOP sales person Julian. From our very first conversation I could tell that Julian was a listener, which is key in my opinion, to giving me the vehicle I need. He didn't make me feel like he was giving the speech, "I hear what you are saying, but I think this would be better," or "I know your asking for this car, but what if we could work something out..." and try and up sale me on a car I don't want or need.

I asked Julian hard questions that no other dealership would answer over the phone. When he wasn't sure about the answer he told me so, and said that he would find out and call me back. Julian did just as he said he would. He was able to give me most of the information I asked for over the phone, so I didn't have to waste my time driving to another dealership and have another horrible experience. Because of his honestly and hard work, I walked into DCH knowing I was ready to buy a car from Julian. I was able to trust that he would stay on the path I had outlined.

Once at DCH Julian had the two vehicles had asked to look at. He was completely ready with information about the two vehicles. I have never seen any other car sales person be so organized and upfront. And before meeting Julian I had been to most of the dealerships in the San Fernando Valley. Neither Julian or his sales manager tried to pull anything "salesmen like." The entire experience was transparent, and actually, was pretty enjoyable. I drove off in the car of my dreams and Julian is the one who made it happen.

I can't wait to buy another car with Julian and DCH. If you hate buying a vehicle like I did, do yourself a favor and set an appointment with Julian. Buying a car is supposed to be exciting, fun and bring you happiness and with DCH and Julian it finally will be!.
