Rahman was nice and made the process easy and enjoyable. I was very nervous as the process can be very intimidating; however, he was patient and got me in the vehicle I wanted. I would recommend working Rahman and the team at Toyota of Richardson to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I came to Toyota of Richardson, knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. The salesman I reached via email was prompt to respond and hit the number I wanted right on the head. i told him I didnt want to be there for 4 hours (because that has happened before and at that dealership)! He got me in and out as fast as he could (still 2 hours but better than 4). There was some hiccup in finance, the number rose by 20 dollars--noone could seem to explain why, but they fixed that and all was good.

I Don't know how to limit the length of my praise. I searched for a 2-4 yr old pre-owned car for a month in Dallas, (some surrounding), and this dealership takes the prize by far.

I'd like to give a timeline of my car buying experience in Dallas over the last month to support my claim that this dealership is night-and-day the best for a car purchase, but you'd need to add a few more scrolls at least. Simply put, the service is great, negotiations friendly and valued, and atmosphere is just as good.

Each time I've been to the dealership, (I've been before and after purchase), there's always someone there to help even if it's not their responsibility and check on you, over and over.

With previous Toyota Dealership experiences, (night prior to this purchase actually), I was done with all Toyota dealerships. Then I came here after speaking with the salesman on the phone since he was friendly and joked and responded well to my prior experience when I was reserved about going to another Toyota Dealership.

Same in person; great, friendly, listened to concerns and always followed up before and AFTER purchase, no matter what.

I could go on and on but to put it simply, from first phone call, to first visit, to negotiations, to sales manager, to Finance, to service, to follow-up visits, the best experience in customer service I've had regardless of the industry.

They deserved the praise after releasing the knot that had grown on my back since first setting foot in a Dallas car dealership two months ago.

I just want to congratulate the dealership overall, my experience was great. My sales man Tracy Brown was awesome. I was a challenge, since my credit was definitely not good, but he never hesitated to help me out. He listened to what I had to say, and I walked out as a happy camper!! I now own a 2012 Camry!! yay!! I am recommending my daughter to him, since she will be purchasing a vehicle in the next few months. Everything was great from beginning to end!! Thanks guys!

I was first introduced to Neal Pascoe in the used car department. He was very nice and calm and asked me a few questions about the kind of car I wanted and what price range. He brought me out about 3 cars and I got to test drive. He helped me find what I was looking for. In the financing department we had Mustafa Mahmood which was very nice and pleasant. He got us a better price than was originally presented to us which made me more comfortable about purchasing the car I wanted. Thank you Toyota of Richardson for your outstanding service!

A journey to buy my first car.

As a first car buyer I had my concerns about to go to a dealership.
A friend of mine recommended me to contact Eduardo Varas at Toyota Richardson.
I made my previous research, by looking the used car inventory and I could find a couple of options.
I contacted Eduardo by phone and he proposed the appointment at the best time for both of us.
So I could arrive to the dealership agency free of time to spend in the process.

Eduardo was very focused to listen to what I needed.
He has explained patiently every step, like the car status, car history, finance plan etc.
He also helped me with the car insurance, and answered each one of my questions,no matter what stupid question I asked, he always had an answer (which wasn't stupid)

He makes the buying process so simple.

I have enjoyed a lot what I thought it was going to be a very stressful situation.

He was great to work with, he was quick and honest and i will work with him again in the future.
By the time you go to Toyota of Richardson contact Eduardo Varas.
I recommend him for his honesty, helpfulness, and general likable personality.

You won't regret. Dario Sosa.

I wish to rate them zero stars if possible,,,i have terrible experience at Toyota Richardson service center i dropped my car at 11:30 a.m for service ( oil /filter change and alignment as per advisor advice ) the advisor told me it will be ready within 1 hour and half . When the vehicle was delayed i requested help from another advisor cause I can't find my advisor and he told me he can't help me and I have too look for my advisor but unfortunately he doesn't show up at all for more than 1 hour ..then I went to the cashier to check my car status they told me they can't find my car and the lady at the cashier ( she was nice) asked me to wait until they search for the car ,finally they found the car and asked me to wait more few minutes to get it done,,,,around 03:00 p.m the car was ready ( 3 hours and half) just for oil and filter change no alignment ...but at the cashier I get 1 more surprise the car is registered by another person name (David) i don't know from where they get this name....a complete mess,,,poor customer service next time I will drive 30 miles more and I will do the service at any other location,,,,not recommend at all

I am 21 years old I was in need of a car, I have never bought my own car on my own so everything was very new to me. I called Toyota of Richardson and a gentleman named Adam Flores is the one that answered I told him what I had been looking for, and we set up an appointment for me to come see the cars. I got there and this gentleman was very helpful he walked me through everything and was very straight forward he did not sugar code anything to get me to buy the car. He walked me through everything and I walked out of there with a car with a $0 down! For some who has never bought a car and he was able to this is, just shows how awesome Adam Flores is. I had been to dealer shops with my parents and I have never met any dealer who will to the extend for you! If you are looking for a car and need help go to Toyota of Richardson and ask for Adam Flores I promise you will not regret it?

I am reviewing the TOR service center only, just to be clear. They are here to steal your money. Because of these guys, I can never trust auto service people again. Costly and totally not worth it. There are tons of better auto service shops with better service, far cheaper costs and more transparency. Even if you have their coupons with really good deals on paper, I'd recommend to stay away from these guys. They'll still add charges to counter the coupon discounts. Just not worth the trouble.

By far the best car buying experience ever!!!! Our Sales Consultant Hector was extremely helpful, considerate and communicative. He didn t try to pressure us into something we wanted and really helped meet our needs by showing us plenty of options and being extremely patient while we made a decision.

Didn t think it was going to get much better once going over to financing, but was extremely pleased with Syed Ali!!! Very transparent, low pressure, and completely supportive to help make the best decision financially. Took no time at all to finish the paperwork and be able to enjoy our new car!!!

Can t say enough nice things about Hector and Syed as well as everyone else we encountered at Toyota of Richardson. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle there is not a better place or people to work with.

Best car buying experience anywhere, go see them and they will take care of you like family!!!!

The service visit was great in every respect and I have only one issue: I complained about my hood not popping up when I pulled the release on the inside of the cabin. I checked it again before driving away and showed my service advisor what my problem was: we could not open my hood! My svc advisor got the tech to come out to address the issue; he hit his fist on the top corner of the hood and it popped up and he says sometimes it sticks in cold weather; I accepted his answer at the time (I ll remember his technique for popping open the hood) and left because I wanted to take advantage of how quick and efficient the whole process of getting my car serviced had been...kudos Toyota of Richardson! But later when talking about the experience with friends I realized that I should ve gotten something done about the hood. I ve had it stick in hot weather too... I think something needs to be lubricated so that it s not sticking any time; my previous Scion IQ never got stuck!

I went to look at a car today, and they [a] low balled my trade in (I got a better offer from another Toyota dealer, owned by the same parent company) and [b] also tacked on all sorts of crazy fees to the initial breakdown of the purchase price, though I was clear I wanted nothing extra, and when I told them to remove the junk fees - they refused to remove one for $1000 [a dealer prep fee, or something like that] saying it was Berkshire Hathaway corporate policy. This was not advertised in the price online or on the car. Well, the *other big Toyota dealer* owned by Berkshire Hathaway told me that was not corporate policy and is a BS fee. So with BS fees and a low ball trade in offer, I took my business elsewhere. And note I know you have TT&L, and other standard fees when buying a car. When I say these are BS fees - these are BS fees (e.g. extended warranty plans, not something that is required to buy a car)

My experence on a great saturday

This was an unusual experence, as I went in not knowing just what I wanted to buy. But I gave him my requirements and he did everything to help meet those requirements.
I wound up with a different vehicle this I would have expected (RAV4) thinging it was too small as I was looking for something along the liines of a Highlander. He kept at it to find the right one that met my expectation. I test drove 3 different vehicals. The first bing a Used Ford Edge. Boy was I surprised when I got behind the wheel of a Highlander. It really put the Edge to shame in handling.
But it was not the right color and too many miles for me.

Then they asked if I would be interested in the RAV4 which at first I was not. But the newer ones were bigger and had a great deal of ammenties. I really like the one I got and it should last me for many years.

They honestly lost me as a customer. Each time I feel like the cars just downgrade. They are NOT willing to negotiate the price with you but instead tell you to look at another car or lower the car by 1-2k or they will not sell it to you because the asking price is impossible.Each car we look at , it doesn t even match the price for the actual car value.

We re definitely going else where.

My brother was in the market to buy a car. He preferred Corolla S version, Toyota of Richardson is the most closest location from my place. The whole car buying experience was an absolute nightmare! We spent a whole day looking at cars which included over 4 hours of going through the financing process. The car was financed by my brother & dad together. Since they have 0 credit, the financing was approved with a 22% interest loan. My brother was ok with this since he was going to pay in off in 6 months. We were never informed of the "loan interview" process. After we got the car home, 3 days later, the bank called my brother to inquire on the financial questions (Please keep in mind, my brother is the primary & my dad is the secondary financer), they asked to speak to my dad which they weren't able to since he had to fly out of the country due to falling ill suddenly with no medical insurance (the medical costs without insurance is yet another argument to make). We advised them of the situation & they said the loan will NOT get approved. We were shocked to hear this!
How can one dealership verify ALL financial documents, sign the note & release the card without the loan getting approved? Isn't it common sense that you validate the documents with the person sitting right in front of you? Or is it wise to verify the information with a person who can claim to be just anyone??
My brother started receiving threatening calls from the dealership from various sales men, managers, the matter got completely out of hand. I got the customer service manager involved, Ms. Kim, who was probably the only nicest person I worked with at this dealership. Even after spending all of this time working with her & the finance director, it all resulted in us returning the car back to the dealership & the deal being cancelled as if nothing had happened.
I am glad that we went through this experience because it had taught me & my family a whole lot more on the fraudulent process completed by a dealership & their "so-called-bank" process of which they didn't inform us about, and not to mention since the car was taken back my brother ended up in saving over $10,000 in interest payment for a $12,000 car.
End conclusion: My father came back after hearing all of this nightmarish experience, we took our business to AutoNation dealership & now we have 2 brand new cars. My brothers car is at a 10% interest rate (pretty nice compared to 22%), and after going through such an awesome experience I purchased one as well from them. I am using my word of mouth review to make sure that I deviate as many people as I can from buying their cars from Toyota of Richardson.

I have been a salesman before and I bought a Toyota RAV4. I hate to inform that the guy when I was signing was offering me a bunch of insurances that I didn't want and I felt both pressured and harassed simply because I didn't buy insurances for my wheels, radio, scratches, keys, A/C, etc. I understand the pressure to sell for commission, but Toyota has to stop this inconvenience to both the customer and the salespeople.

Set up appt with Service Advisor Dennis to have my 06 Avalon checked out and see if the cracks in my dashboard would be covered under warranty. Went out of his way to take care of me, was very happy that he got Toyota to cover the dash and didn't mind having to wait the 3-6 mos for them to get me a new one. Called me back while I was in the Service Lounge and said he would be able to get it done that day. Was totally amazed with his service and for going the extra mile to take care of me. Anything I have or my friends and family have Service wise I will be going to Dennis in the future. Thanks a ton!!!!

Toyota of Richardson is by far the best dealership to work with in the DFW area. This is my second car purchase from them because their sales and management team are honest, efficient, and friendly. Preston in sales was personable and made sure to get the car I wanted with the exact features requested. Jeff, the Finance Manager, looked over prices from other dealerships and immediately found the sneaky added charges and extended payments. Save yourself a few hours, go to Toyota of Richardson, buy the car, and go home- anywhere else is a waste of your time and money.

When the day came, I was in and out the dealership with the car I wanted with a price/payment lower than I wanted. Thanks to mastafa as well, the financier who was a lot of help at the end.

The people were nice but after going in for an AC check, apparently the mechanic checked my engine filter and didn't put it back on right so I had to make 2 trips back so they could figure out why my car had no power when accelerating and it was louder than normal. I spent an extra hour and a half there trying to get the issue fixed that turned out to be negligence when the mechanic didn't replace the cover to the engine filter properly. Time was lost but the final mechanic took extra time to make sure that the cover was put on properly but the clip to the cover is still broken

He went the extra mile and was straight forward with us, he did not sugar coat things which is what I liked the most! Kick from finance was awesome as well! Bought a used Mercedes from here. It s been a few weeks since I have gotten the car home and I realized that nobody filled up the gas tank when I left. No big deal, but then I found out there was no windshield wiper fluid in it. No big deal. Then I found out that an exterior flap to the soft top was broken, and just yesterday the check engine light came on and it is now being repaired at Mercedes.

I intend to keep the car, but I ve got to say when I purchased it, I was told it was inspected and everything was in order and it is not. To me, if nobody looked at in detail no notice there wasn t any wiper fluid, what about the rest of the fluids? If nobody saw the broken flap that only appeared when the top was down, what else is there? I was willing to look past the minor issues but I am not happy because at this point I have no idea as to the true condition of the vehicle I purchased and it is undergoing a multipoint inspection at Mercedes.

I don t think it is fair to have to have it in the shop after only 3 weeks. I reached out to the dealer and they said they only fill the gas tank 1/4 on USED cars. What's the difference between a new and used car for gas? They also asked me to bring the car back for repairs. I opted to take it to the dealer instead. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealer for anyone. Sad experience for somebody who just wanted honesty and a good car.

They always provide great service to my Toyota. My Corolla reached the 100k mile mark and I was scared something was going wrong with my car. They found nothing, nor did they try to get me to do services that weren't due yet. This is one of the reasons I always go back to this location. They're great at maintaining my Toyota and I wouldn't take my service anywhere else! Follow Toyota's 5 to 10k mile service schedule, and take it here, and you'll have good assurance in always driving a safe car. Special shout out to Matt, Manny & Lee, who have been regular helpful advisors.

I've waited almost two hours, standing outside my hotel I just checked out of, because my vehicle was done and a courtesy shuttle was on its way. I'm also only 7 miles away. I'm very reasonable having spent almost 20 years in the business, but the 3-4 phone transfers, long hold times, and this takes the cake. Last time I ever use them for anything, Plano or Sewell is better than this fiasco.

Scheduled an oil change here today and I was told over the phone that I could get out in about 45 minutes to an hour. When I Got here in 20 minutes early for my scheduled 11 o'clock appointment they told me that it would take at least 2 maybe 2 and a 1/2 hours to get my oil changed.

My many experiences with Toyota Richardson's Service Department is exceptional. They have always handled my services quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable service advisors. I have never had to bring my cars / trucks back to them. Always fixed right the first time. I would recommend to everyone. Terrible customer service multiple lies by the dealership. Made promises then completely fell threw on them. Wasted so much of my time. I would have gladly spent more at a place that truly had customer service. From the finance people selling you lies, to the service department and even the general manager it was a very negative experience.

I am looking for A high-quality Toyota service center at a dealership. So far I have tried for and none have passed muster. This one in particular has been disappointing. They were quality issues regarding the workmanship and also the diagnostic activities. I was told that I require A battery replacement and quoted the price of a new battery but, it turns out that the battery in my vehicle was less than 36 months old and would have been a free replacement under their warranty. This was exceedingly easy to determine as it was a sticker on top of the battery with the date of installation. This was an 84 month battery. The fact that it failed early was not my concern but the fact that the dealership was willing to charge me for a new battery as opposed to doing my warranty exchange is a problem.

Additional issues were related to a recall that was performed for an airbag that left the trim on my vehicle not in original condition. This is a concern because I really do not feel that they are paying attention to the quality of the workmanship. I need to be able to trust my mechanic and the shop that I take my vehicle to. This unfortunately will not be that shop.

It is a shame because I really liked the representative that worked with me. Unfortunately, they have no control over the quality of the actual work performed.

I will not be returning here.

This was our second, and likely last, negative experience at this dealer. Dropped by tonight to find out what the options for the Sienna were. We had to hunt down a salesman who was nice but frankly was totally uninterested in helping because we didn't want to buy tonight. Didn't even offer to open up a van and let us take a look. So, we left and went to the dealer in Plano who was much more friendly and willing to talk.

I have to say " I have never had a better experience "! I am very thankful to James, the service manager , for working with me on my Toyota Avalon's issues. Scott E King made every step of this process go smoothly . He got me setup with a marvelous tech there named Mike Ford . Mike actually LISTENED to my concerns , he addressed them,& took care of the problem . I am a single mom with a chronically ill child . It was wonderful to not feel " ripped off"! BRAVO BRAVO GUYS ! Thank you again .

We just bought a 2009 Rav4 at this dealer we have been back 7 times, not that the car did not work It was for the options we bought extra that no one knew how to show you how to use them and they told us it had a 6 disc cd changer, and that was what was listed on the sticker, but since we got a navagation system it would only hold 4 cd's when in reality we found after we bought it, it only held one cd. Then the blue tooth did not work properly so we took to the repair shop they kept it all day and said they would have to call someone on the Gulf Coast to see how to fix it. My husband got on the internet and found out how to fix it and took the instructions back over to the repair shop. Today I went to see what a couple of things in the cargo area was for at the new car place i was sent to the parts place the parts place said they had no idea what it was for (I think it is for a special clothing bar and I wanted to order one from them) they had no idea what I was talking about. I like the car but if I buy another one I certainly would go to another dealer.

I'm a salesman and usually hate visiting car dealerships. However, my wife and I just purchased a 2015 Camry from the best salesman, Aaron Tunnell of Toyota of Richardson. Aaron did not have "commission breath" and was not pushy with my wife and I. In fact, I first visited the dealership months earlier to gather some info. Between that day and the day I bought my car, Aaron left me alone and did not bother me like so many other car salesmen do. He created a loyalty with me and I came back to him.

We got a great deal on a used 2015 Camry with low miles. Aaron helped me upgrade to this vehicle while staying in our budget. He goes to bat for you and is there to truly help you in your car-buying experience. I would highly recommend visiting Toyota of Richardson and asking for Aaron Tunnell.

Everyone is extremely nice and helpful at Toyota of Richardson. I have been to many other Toyota dealerships and have walked out when they start that high pressure sales and secret sales manager games. Byron the Sales Manager connected me with Omar who was really helpful and took good care of me. Finance guys were also great and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them bc of great preowned inventory and hassle free service and competitive prices. Ask for them by name.

Christian is the best sales guy! We came in after seeing a deal online and He took the time with us and spent 3 hours looking at all of our options with us. Christian made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. We also spent a lot of time at other dealerships and left disappointed every time.

Can not recommend this dealership and Christian enough! We are so appreciative of the customer service we received.

I got busy and it was not an emergency , I needed some tires so I went to buy tires and I asked them to fix the door at the same time & I was told I waited to long to get my door fixed so they would have to charge me to fix it. I did not know there was a statue of limitations on fixing my door ? Anyway did not buy tires from them and It looks l like Toyota Of Plano will get my businesses.

Finest car dealership we have ever worked with. Sales personnel like Joe Z and finance specialists like Nick W cannot be topped. Service department excellent too. But, the best thing about them is their integrity. They recently showed us their true colors by going above and beyond. Will never go anywhere else.

It was a very satisfying car purchasing experience. The sales guy tried his best to find the right car for me. And they even offer 3 month warranty. So I guess they provide good quality used cars. the finance guy Mo Sherbi was very nice and down to earth. He helped me and answer many questions.

I was just there working with Jordan in sales.
Definitely recommend you request him if you are looking to buy same day.
He was fast and efficient.
Even though we decided to go check another dealership because of the sales manager trying to add in a fee I would definitely go back if I don t find something closer to my ideal car than what they had.
