Chat online with a rep, wanting to schedule a service appointment. The rep gave a link to schedule on line, where I provided contact info, then I have to contact their service department to schedule. Why? Made no sense! Either let me schedule on line or call to schedule, NOT both. Take your business somewhere else, unless you want to provide your contact info for nothing!
