Extremely disappointed.i never get my oil changed at the dealership but I thought I d try it out. The price quoted was almost half as much as they charged me and they did nothing to fix it. I asked Then not to use the filter I brought So I can Return it because they old give $5 off for brining it and it cost me more to buy it. They used it anyway and didn t not care that they made this mistake. I called And left two message for manager. No response and it s been over a week.

It would be nice if someone would make this right or at least call me back. You are giving a very generic and disingenuous response here...
