Unfortunately, zero stars do not go for this lousy rip-off with and through their partner KLARNA. In September I ordered concert tickets for a concert in April. The tickets came later than announced due to delivery problems of the encore - no problem, concert is only in April - "we ask for your understanding" Yes, they get.

But not for the dunning procedure. The first came online, because the cards were not even there. Then transferred - without the reminder fee (1.20), nevertheless came the second reminder, again 1.20.
I refuse to pay, now came the last with notice of collection and legal costs of at least 75 euros and more.
Because of 2.40 , of which - if any - at least the second 1,20 are not justified, because there was already paid. By the way, you have to count on online banking for at least five days. What a crap! One day online transfers. They should talk to their bank!
Proportionality can in no way be mentioned - because of questionable 1.20 "reminder fees" a debt collection procedure.
And after all, they already work with my money - until April 2019 ....
Customer service and friendliness is something else!
NOT recommended, you do not want to be ripped off.

My customer experience with Ticketmaster GmbH is unreliable and misleading. I ordered a ticket that requires personalization. I already had a ticket before buying and ordered a second one for a family member, that I gave the terms and conditions with the correct name. When the ticket arrives in the mailbox with me, the personalization is done in my name. Accordingly, I now have two tickets that are personalized in my name.

After inquiring with the customer hotline is now told me that it is not possible to change the ticket, cancel or similar, because the organizer does not want this. In addition, it would be my fault, since it would be clear that the account owner is printed on the ticket and not the name you enter in the space provided (?????). When I asked what the second ticket would be like, since I can not go "twice", I am told that I was unlucky and that at the moment it looks like I could throw away the second ticket without compensation (It should be noted that costs the ticket 195 ). However, I am given an e-mail address of the organizer, which I can complain to.

After I complained to the said e-mail address, I get the answer from the German Bible Society (many greetings for the friendly answer at this point) that I had a wrong e-mail address, but this occurred more frequently in the last few days (It was therefore no stupid coincidence or interrogation, there was several times a wrong e-mail address issued by the Ticketmaster GmbH). Therefore, I could not be helped.

In the end, I got in touch with the band club, who assured me that if we went to the concert together, double personalization should not be a problem.

Thank you for NOTHING to the Ticketmaster GmbH. Customer support is written very small here. Wrong information on top.

The site is the very last. This morning I wanted to buy tickets for an event in the Admiralspalast.
Since the box was not available (for whatever reason), I had to choose other seats, but could not complete the purchase because I was always told that the seats could not be reserved and that I should switch to the best seat booking. Minute after minute passed and the available places became less and less. When I finally had places and wanted to buy them, I had to register. The tickets were gone!
So new places selected ... but they were not shown to me for purchase below. In the meantime 15 minutes had passed and my level of aggression was extremely high. At some point there were exactly 3 places left in a row. I chose two because I only needed two. But I couldn't buy them because no single seat is allowed. Completely annoyed, I ended up buying 3 tickets to get them at all. I can now sell the third one again.
And oh wonder, now ... less than 2 hours later the box is suddenly available, of course almost sold out now.

Do you really want to be kidding me completely ?! How can that be? This is the very last, especially if you want to buy tickets for a concert, which will sell out extremely quickly.

Absolutely never again will I buy tickets from you! You actually only earned 0 stars!

Then she ended the conversation after I explained that I'm mad because they double off, I'm treated rude and she always interrupts me.

Back then, ticket purchase went smoothly and the support was really great at the time. Well, now the concert has been canceled and we cannot make the replacement date. Cards sent back and now I've been waiting for my money for 1 1/2 months. Support unfortunately does not respond to my emails at all. And I'm still waiting for my money.
Unfortunately I am disappointed with Ticketmaster after it went so smoothly before.

The weeks passed and there was no credit. Unfortunately, the hotline was also unable to help and there was a strong feeling that my request was not the first call that day. Fortunately, I sent the tickets by registered mail. Only when legal action was threatened did I get the money after approx. 6 weeks back. All in all, I have to say that the process was annoying and time-consuming. Next time I'll order from Eventim again, I've never had any problems here.

Tickets are sent via DHL to include an advertising brochure.
Disadvantage:
- waste of paper
-It is much slower than regular mail, which can make you very nervous about tickets
-You get emails with the expected delivery time and then feel bound to the house
- The delivery time is postponed
- Then the envelope is only thrown into the mailbox like in normal post
- Conclusion: Unnecessary attachment of resources to material and thought energy. I will look for alternatives when ordering tickets when Ticketmaster is in the game ...

I tried to order cards, the process failed. however, the amount was debited from the credit card. telefonhotline can not do anything, put one just. Accounting department needs weeks to find the booking and again weeks to re-credit the unjustifiably debited money. Money is not there even after 4 weeks and no statement about when it will be refunded. E-mails will not be answered.

My friend and I were at the Drake concert. Since this was my first ever concert and we are Drake fans, we thought we were getting the Platinum Golden Circle tickets, which were more than $ 100 more expensive than the other Golden Circle tickets. On the spot we realized that we had no extras and that the staff had not heard of platinum tickets before. We were then allowed to hear from a security guy, that should probably be blacktickets. Inside we also realized that the people who had paid less even stood in front of us.

We are very jaded and find it elusive to sell tickets to people who are over $ 100 more expensive but have the same performance as the cheaper ones.

Saturday noon tickets ordered, paid, Wednesday info received by email, that shipment was handed over to DHL. 10 min later information from DHL with the possible delivery time and the next day delivery. Also on the phone you were always friendly to me and I had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Overall, I'm more than happy with Ticketmaster.

I bought tickets through Ticketmaster and the show was canceled and the tickets never arrived. Nevertheless, Ticketmaster now requires the triple (inkasso now!) Ticket money from me instead of apologizing to me, and to offer me new tickets. Ticketmaster has been bothering me for a year now and I have to take legal action !!! We are usually inclined to share our frustration only when something does not work as we expected. But with all the negative reviews I've read here, I have to break a lance for Ticketmaster. We were very lucky to get a few tickets for DM in January 2018 (personal use :-). And the handling was top. The ticks were with us within 14 days. Gladly again.

Received a voucher due to Corona failure, which can NOT be redeemed for the event that was originally booked.
You can now wait for new events and then redeem them?
That is a cheek! Eventim rebooked the tickets directly for the same event, only later, as soon as it is possible due to COVID 19.
You should think very carefully about booking through Ticketmaster ....

I had bought VIP tickets worth almost 500 euros. Unfortunately these tickets never arrived even though the tickets were bought over 6 months before the concert. Only after three inquiries and complaints by email was the problem addressed. On the day of the concert itself, after three phone calls, I was promised that the tickets could be picked up at the box office. The trust in Ticketmaster was already gone, so instead of looking forward to a great concert on a great evening, there was a tremor as to whether the tickets had actually been deposited at the box office. The public transport, which was paid for with the tickets, could not be used. We also paid shipping fees without any service. We then received the tickets at the box office. But without the promised and paid merchandising gift. 6 weeks after the concert, despite a renewed request and promise to send the merchandise, this has still not happened after 8 weeks. The communication with the organizers seems to be completely hopeless. When booking, it was explicitly shown to Ticketmaster that the tickets are also digitally valid (ie via app). At the concert on site we were not allowed in at first, because digital tickets DO NOT work. We had done this completely in time for free. A complaint was dismissed with the reference to the terms completely disinterested - "the organizer is to blame". So haphazard and unfriendly a service can not be. From Ticketmaster I strongly advise from - other providers of this kind are at least friendly, if something goes wrong.

Apparently this company doesn't care too much about the security of their data as they have been hacked and a lot of credit card information has been stolen. I found out about it from my credit card company, who immediately blocked my credit card for security reasons. The whole thing was associated with a lot of inconvenience, debit notes, running around, costs, etc. When I contacted Ticketmaster about this, I received a very unfriendly answer once after weeks and then never again. The company does not pay attention to the data, does not acknowledge its responsibility, has poor service and is unfriendly ...... Unfortunately, it does not go at all, so stay away!

I already had a replacement ticket. They did not allow a cancellation but only referred several times to their internal reseller portal. Never again.

Edit: Replacement ticket didn't arrive either. It would only mean it would arrive.

I am writing here because I am very happy with Ticketmaster and can only recommend it !!! Everything went quickly and smoothly. My concert tickets arrived two days after my order.
In addition, the price / performance ratio is much better here than at Event..na you know ...
