We are usually inclined to share our frustration only when something does not work as we expected. But with all the negative reviews I've read here, I have to break a lance for Ticketmaster. We were very lucky to get a few tickets for DM in January 2018 (personal use :-). And the handling was top. The ticks were with us within 14 days. Gladly again.
