The communication with the organizers seems to be completely hopeless. When booking, it was explicitly shown to Ticketmaster that the tickets are also digitally valid (ie via app). At the concert on site we were not allowed in at first, because digital tickets DO NOT work. We had done this completely in time for free. A complaint was dismissed with the reference to the terms completely disinterested - "the organizer is to blame". So haphazard and unfriendly a service can not be. From Ticketmaster I strongly advise from - other providers of this kind are at least friendly, if something goes wrong.
