How can it be that waiting for over 55 minutes in ...

How can it be that waiting for over 55 minutes in the waiting loop no Ticketmaster gets to the phone !!! So that you can clarify why a 2 times 5.90 shipping costs were wrongly deducted !! Biggest crap !!
