At first the ticket did not arrive, then I informe...

At first the ticket did not arrive, then I informed them that I needed an answer by date X, otherwise I would buy another one. 7 days after day X AND only on request, despite the promise to contact me, it was said that it had been re-sent. I already had a replacement ticket. They did not allow a cancellation but only referred several times to their internal reseller portal. Never again.

Edit: Replacement ticket didn't arrive either. It would only mean it would arrive.
