Unfortunately, I also have to comment negatively. The ticket order and delivery worked smoothly. Now the concert date has been rescheduled and the tickets unfortunately have to be returned. The weeks passed and there was no credit. Unfortunately, the hotline was also unable to help and there was a strong feeling that my request was not the first call that day. Fortunately, I sent the tickets by registered mail. Only when legal action was threatened did I get the money after approx. 6 weeks back. All in all, I have to say that the process was annoying and time-consuming. Next time I'll order from Eventim again, I've never had any problems here.
