My customer experience with Ticketmaster GmbH is unreliable and misleading. I ordered a ticket that requires personalization. I already had a ticket before buying and ordered a second one for a family member, that I gave the terms and conditions with the correct name. When the ticket arrives in the mailbox with me, the personalization is done in my name. Accordingly, I now have two tickets that are personalized in my name.

After inquiring with the customer hotline is now told me that it is not possible to change the ticket, cancel or similar, because the organizer does not want this. In addition, it would be my fault, since it would be clear that the account owner is printed on the ticket and not the name you enter in the space provided (?????). When I asked what the second ticket would be like, since I can not go "twice", I am told that I was unlucky and that at the moment it looks like I could throw away the second ticket without compensation (It should be noted that costs the ticket 195 ). However, I am given an e-mail address of the organizer, which I can complain to.

After I complained to the said e-mail address, I get the answer from the German Bible Society (many greetings for the friendly answer at this point) that I had a wrong e-mail address, but this occurred more frequently in the last few days (It was therefore no stupid coincidence or interrogation, there was several times a wrong e-mail address issued by the Ticketmaster GmbH). Therefore, I could not be helped.

In the end, I got in touch with the band club, who assured me that if we went to the concert together, double personalization should not be a problem.
