Fortunately, I can not join the other opinions. Everything happened to me within 5 days. The tickets were not simply sent as a normal letter. Saturday noon tickets ordered, paid, Wednesday info received by email, that shipment was handed over to DHL. 10 min later information from DHL with the possible delivery time and the next day delivery. Also on the phone you were always friendly to me and I had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Overall, I'm more than happy with Ticketmaster.
