Office of Premium Grade A at a price that is not too high

Fancy new building. When I was visited, not so many tenant has been place here. Everything was fine. Covestro Thailand located here

Hard to find things to do. The bathroom doesn't have a sprinkler.

The newest office building Looks very modern until normal people may be confused. It's time to take the lift. There are plenty of parking lots because the parking fees are very expensive if going to park without a pump seal.

It is a new building. There is 2 floors dedicated as AIA Leadership Center on 3rd & 4th fl. It can be accessed directly using the escalator placed at the left side of the building. The ambience is more unto starships. Bright, sophisticated and spacious are the first impressions you will get

Going first, impressed. Very luxurious. Cards are limited to the floor that uses the service.

Good facade design with one art piece in front of the building but I don't like the smell from water at front

Good modern building entrance screening system and passenger elevators

Bad ventilation system, cigarette smoke from elsewhere often comes with inlet central air con. JLL management never admit to fix the ventilation. Almost ignore the complaint. Unclean toilet. Dont have BTS connecting station as promised. Not worth skyroketted rent.

Nice building but tedious security process. Takes forever to get in. Leave plenty of time for appointments.
