Only stay here if you like a cold shower in the morning. During weekdays there is not enough heating capacity to provide hot water. Stayed 3 nights, there was hot water only on Saturday.

An elegant hotel with lavish amenities, located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Stadiums, event centers, and shopping all within walking distance. Full sized Starbuck's attached to the main lobby.

The place was very clean. And the staff was top notch.

I loved my stay at the Omni, the hotel has such a great atmosphere.

Very good service. My only complaint is that the dry cleaning service left my clothes creased! Other than that, the beds were beautifully comfortable, everything was clean, and it has a prime downtown location.

Came here for high tea with my wife. Food was great, would come again.

Had a drink at their bar while waiting to attend a wedding. Beautiful place. The bartender was very friendly and we had a nice conversation!

The detail and beauty of the lobby area is phonominal, I was only there visiting a friend but even still the front of the hotel is beautiful!

Lovely Place. Bad experience. Was billed for a movie we didn't watch (front desk would not credit) and we left jewelry in our room, called 2 hours after checkout, were told security would return our call and never did!

We stopped to visit a family member touring with a musical who was staying at the Omni William Penn. The lobby was beautifully decorated for thw holidays and my 4 year old granddaughter was enthralled with the beautiful tree and decorations. My daughter's room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is as elegant as I remember from the 60's.

Attended a conference at the hotel. Beautiful facility friendly helpful staff that was very professional. Would recommend it to anyone. Close to the subway that was across the street.

The hotel is older but elogant. Rooms updated. Great bar/pub. Nice lobby. On the expensive side.

Was just here for a conference. Parking was right next door and not overly expensive. The hotel lobby and conference area was beautiful. Bathrooms clean and on the spot conference crew.

Love this hotel. The place is beautiful. Staff is so nice and helpful. Rooms could get a little refresh but comfortable. Will be returning soon.

Rooms are spacious but room service is poor. 2 towels for 4 people is a bit ridiculous. Asked for more to no avail.

Me and my wife loved our stay at the Omni. The place is so elegant and luxurious. We went to their cocktail bar, the "Speakeasy" and loved it!

Really nice old hotel. Classic old building. Really cool decor. Awesome Speakeasy bar in lower level. Felt like I was drinking during prohibition.

Beautiful and Historic Hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh. Wonderful architecture of a past long ago. Beware, walking the hallways? You're going to get lost. But that's part of the charm.

Expensive and nice most of the staff were friendly except one man was rude on Saturday am. I asked if there was coffee. It was before 7 am and was told coffee service was over and another man behind the desk said it's done now good bye. RUDE!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The speakeasy sadly closes very early, keep that in mind if you are in town for business or conventions as you might not get a chance to enjoy it. We made it through the doors one night to a full bar but were told we would not be able to order as they were closed. It was a bummer because it looked amazing down there!

I was only there to help setup a conference meeting, but service was spectacular. They are on ball!

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! My family stayed for 2 nights and the staff helped us to find local places to eat that were kid friendly and gave us step by step directions on how to get there. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel & would stay here again the next time we come to Pittsburgh.

The rooms are pretty nice size, although there are thin walls. Internet is not included and costs $10 a day minimum. It's in a nice spot in the city, in the middle of downtown Pittsburgh.

I was only at the hotel to get a drink at the Wigle barrel house. The hotel looks gorgeous and well kept.

Our experience here was excellent. We stayed for two nights for a business conference. Parking was easy, the service was great, and the accommodations were high quality. The hotel includes both a nice dining area and a more casual pub, as well as a speak easy and even a whiskey tasting lounge. We'd definitely stay again.

It was a okay experience. I would stay again, but the staff needs to really focus on their customer service.

Oh, it's a beautiful hotel all right. Just don't let them put you in one of the rooms near the utility closet. The utility elevator goes all night and you won't sleep a wink.

Beautiful property, professional, courteous staff, very good value for the money. The staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The room itself was clean and the bed and pillows were excellent! Location was perfect! We will definitely stay there again!

A Pittsburgh landmark, high tea is nice. High tea as in how they do it in the UK, not Denver!!

Extremely nice hotel, but no free WiFi in the rooms, and no coffee/tea facilities in rooms either.

Its a fun place to stay in terms of ambiance. Lower tier guest wifi is much slower than the promised 3 mb/s or at least it was for me.

Got there after check in time, but was told my room wasn't ready, I had a long drive, needed a shower and was on a tight schedule, but wasn't able to get in my room for over an hour and a half, room was nice but a bad experience overall

This hotel is top notch. Beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, good conference area. Felt like a high class stay all around. I loved having a Starbucks and a Brueggers right in the building too.

As a local it is rare that I need a downtown hotel but when I do there is none better than a suite room at the Omni

I came to stay at this hotel which rated 4 stars to get away for a couple of days. My stay here was very dissatisfying due to a clogged tub, tiny room with very little move around space and springy uncomfortable bed. This hotel is recommended to stay no more then one night. The appearance of the lobby was the best thing out of my whole entire stay. Unsatisfied customer

The William Penn Omni is our favorite hotel when visiting Pittsburgh! We stayed at the hotel this past weekend as we celebrated our 35th anniversary. My husband mentioned this at check in & we were so surprised to find a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in our room that evening! Best hotel in Pittsburgh!

The staff at Omni William Penn treats you like an honored guest. Always polite and formal. The public rooms are fabulous, not like you find in today's more modern cookie-cutter establishments. And, the apples they give you at the front desk are delicious.
