I was at the hotel to have drinks in the Wigle Whiskey tasting room - it was great! It's a small space, but you're there for good drinks.

The Wm Penn is my new go to hotel when so visit PGH even more so when it's decorated so beautifully for the holidays. Super friendly and accommodating staff, perfect central location, spacious rooms- this grand dame has it all.
Our company had a conference there, stayed for four days, had pretty good service everywhere in the hotel. Like the pub the best, bartenders very good service. Like the speakeasy as well. Food was decent that they served for conference meals. Room had everything I need. Comfortable bed.
My wife and I went there to have Victorian High Tea. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent. The inside of the hotel is amazing. I would definitely recommend the high for the experience and the tea and pastries.
Staff at the front desk was incredibly rude.
Couldn't connect to the wifi all weekend.
I was told id receive my whole 150 for incidentals back and only received 70.
Bathroom was covered in previous guests hair which also clooged the bathtub and made it fill with every shower.
Amazing service, kind hotel staff, and high attention to detail. I remember a moment specifically in the dining room, when I dropped my napkin, someone immediately picked it up and said they would replace it. I was surprised by the courtesy and professional attitude of everyone.
Pretty old hotel. Love the how busy the lobby was. Lots of Penguins and Steeler fan supporting the Pittsburgh teams prior to the games. Bar area could be bigger to serve more guests.
Excellent location. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff at every level. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed on a very busy weekend. (Pittsburgh marathon) so the hotel and city were busy, but that did not impact our stay at all. Staff was absoulely professional and helpful with every request . They even gave us a late checkout because we were running in the marathon. This was my first visit to Pittsburgh but not my last. 5 stars across the board.
Attended a 3 day conference on the lower floors, great venue!
This is always our favorite hotel, especially during the holidays. It is festive and friendly and the best service. The hotel has a classic charm that is both elegant and warm. We only stay at this hotel when we are in Pittsburgh and we highly recommend it.
Luxury and history all wrapped up in one. Highly recommend!
The attention to detail that went into this building is mind blowing!
Cool old hotel with bad internet and no free business center.
You get what you pay for. It's a high cost hotel for a high quality stay.
Friendly staff; rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean; beds are amazing; from free apples at the front desk to WIFI that actually works to electrical outlets conveniently placed to charge everything I brought with me... I'm spoiled!! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
Attended an event at the hotel. Had an awesome manhatten at SpeakEasy bar downstairs. Dark and cozy atmosphere, good staff, period music.
Stately. Stately and magnificent in it's beautiful architecture that is so steeped in early American history, yet being very much modern as well in it's amenities. World-class service, top notch and professional in every way. Nestled perfectly into downtown in The Burgh. I hope to return again some day!
Nice hotel but a few of the amenities had some mishaps.
Very rude staff and not organized hotel!! They billed my wife but they charged extra for the mistake and when we called them, they said that we are busy! No one take the responsibility!! CHECK your credit card they charge you extra!!
Omni is always fantastic!! My Fav place to stay in Pitts!! A
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and well-appointed rooms. They charge $10/day for 3MB/s wifi, which seems pretty steep. Bed and linens are nice, but the pillows are the type that all but disappear the minute you out your head on them. Pretty professional crowd while we've been here, and it's been very quiet, save for and street noise (8th floor).
I had a very enjoyable experience, the staff was professional and knowledgeable.
Great service and wonderful food. Worth checking out in lieu of typical downtown restaurants.
Beautiful historic hotel, comfortable (if outdated) rooms and a central location in the city. And the staff is helpful and friendly, too. What more could you want? I guess you could want a pool, which they don't have, but the gorgeous lobby makes up for it. And you didn't want all those chemicals in your hair anyway.
My boyfriend and I came up for the weekend to go to a penguins game and enjoy valentines weekend. At arrival, I was very impressed. The greeting was outstanding. I was told about self parking which was $30 less a night than valet. It wasn't until the first night that I became disappointed. The walls are paper thin, which meant I had to listen to the individual next to us use the bathroom. Next, I'm exhausted and ready for bed and i find a booger on our sheets... The "clean" sheets that were supposed to be on the bed. I was very grossed out and could not fall sleep that night. Overall, the hotel was very night. The issues I had most likely are not a daily occurrence.
I was disappointed with my room, it hadn't been renovated in years, the entry door stuck, the toilet cap didn't fit, the windows allowed a lot of noise to come through (including trash pickup at 3 in the morning), and the gym was small and hot. I expected more of an Omni.
The William Penn hotel is gorgeous their gift shop and stores are beautiful and the location is very convenient to sporting events
Surprising upscale place for the price. I would highly recommend.
Great room, shower, bed, lots of pillows, and WiFi.
Very clean hotel.
Service is great and very helpful.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
Beautiful historic building in downtown Pittsburgh. Highly recommend dining at the tap room. The reuben sandwich was excellent and they make their own spiced kettle chips! Every staff member was pleasant to deal with. By far our favorite place to stay in the city.
I was not a guest at the hotel. I was only visiting briefly to run into Starbucks! But what I saw of the hotel was beautiful!
Beautiful hotel! Such lovely rooms and really comfy beds :)
The Omni-William Penn is a great hotel. When the Fairmont is booked, I stay at the Omni William Penn. Staff are very friendly, and the facility offers tons of amenities. Rooms are always spotless clean, and the common areas are always abuzz with activity. Tons of restaurant options, including a Bruegger's Bagels on the lower level.
Stayed here for three nights for a conference. Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff and wonderful food. In addition, it was a great location. Big thumbs up.
