Comfortable. Clean. Nice environment and friendly helpful staff

Called the hotel to let them know my plane landed at about 2am and to pick me up. The lady asked my name, etc. I was the only one waiting for a shuttle.. Driver came and he paid $2.15 for the toll. Walked in and the way this was booked thru Hotwire, I couldn't change the date as I just booked but thinking it was OK, worse I could do is pay early check-in, no problem bc I was sooo tired. I just need that night to check in-so a room for about 9hrs. There was a rude check in lady that said my room is ready at 3pm.i said OK I will pay a early check-in if can't book. Hyatt and all others do it bc the hotels are around the airport. That's why I typed dfw airport. She said no rooms available and to wait till 3pm...there was an American Airlines flight attendant that she turned down too due to the same "reason". I called Hotwire to see I I can change date, Hotwire said they can't but would refund my money promptly and give me a free room same class...Anyways..things happen for a reason!

Terrible shuttle service. I paid a premium to park my vehicle there and secure a way back, and so far it's been an absolute let down. We've been waiting for almost 45 minutes and for what I paid, absolutely unacceptable. If you think just because you pay more you get better service; think again.

Spend your money somewhere else, especially if you don't care to wait an hour for your shuttle.

There was a shuttle driver who left at 11:30am today. He was a Mexican guy... kinda rude! The African valet was nice and professional. Helped me to get where I needed to be

While the in-room literature boasts of both an all-day and late night menu, neither are offered during the posted hours. My room had space for a mini-fridge, but one could not be found in the room. I purchased two bottles of water totaling more than 8 dollars at 5 pm; by the time I reuturned to room 1019 after an event within the premise it was warm. Not only will I suggest the annual group event be hosted elsewhere in the future , I will stay across the way at a Hilton property whenever in the area.

Overall quality was really nice but there was a small leak in the near the lobby because of the torrential rains. Hotel staff were really nice and ambiance was welcoming!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Could not sleep parties going on all night. Guys bringing in call girls to there room so loud i could not sleep. Avoid this hotel .

Room was nice and I loved having coffee in the room. The towels are luxurious.

The mattress in my room was worn out and sagging. I woke up with a sore hip from no support. The room also lacked an alarm clock and refrigerator.
One of the lamps in the room did not work and the bathroom sink had cracks in it. It is a newer looking hotel property but it appears that their maintenance is starting to slip.

However, the staff was friendly and courteous and check-in was fast.

The hotel is right under the flight path for DFW airport. It is after all an airport hotel. Their exterior sound proofing is good and I hardly noticed the plane noise.

Great staff, good breakfast buffet but it's not included in your room rate so be prepared to pay for it. Elevators we're really slow during my visit. Otherwise, comfortable bed, clean room, and good green policy/option if you're willing to sign up for the rewards program.

Be careful parking your car here. There is literally a GMC truck in the parking lot on Jacks with all of the rims and tires stolen. The parking lot is very dark and their parking lot lights need to be fixed or replaced. There are plenty of dark spots all over the parking lot, and it doesn t feel safe.

Aside from that, the hotel itself and the sleeping areas are premium and worth the stay. I m just disappointed in the fact they aren t maintaining their parking lot and people s cars are literally being stolen from. Hire some crews and replace the light bulbs.

Awesome staff and clean place. Can't go wrong especially with the price. It's worth it.

Nice hotel. Pet friendly, helpful staff, overall very nice.

Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Wifi was sometimes working, sometimes not. We lost power and apparently they do not have a generator as power was not restored for a significant time. Feel bad for those trapped in the elevator. They had stations all around with ice water, but it tasted terrible, like drinking out of a toilet. No free breakfast - there is a charge for mostly junk items you can find a free hot breakfast hotel - and it costs $18 here! Crazy! Restaurant was mediocre, burgers were pretty good, but pricey. Bathtub floor was super slippery and dangerous. My biggest complaint is that over my 5 day stay, my room was not cleaned once. They took out the trash one day, but that was it. No clean towels or more shampoo or anything. I complained twice to the front desk about it and they checked to make sure I was not on the green program, I wasn't. They apologized profusely and said they would tell management and make sure it was cleaned the next day. Both times, it was not cleaned. I even approached housekeeping staff myself and told them I wanted my room cleaned, they said they would - and nope, came back later and it was not cleaned! For the price of this place I cannot understand why it has such poor service. They also have removed the books from the rooms which tell you what amenities are available and what time the pool is open, etc., so the only way to find out is to go ask the front desk. It seems like a waste of time to do that, and also forces the front desk staff to remember all the details - as well as the guests to try to remember what they are told. Frustrating!! I asked for a book, they told me one would be sent to my room shortly. I went and waited for 3 hours, and no one came, and I missed out on doing other things that I had planned because of it. Really pissed! Next time I will be sure to stay at the much cheaper hotel next door with more amenities and better service.

Room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Great bedding and nice mattress. Lots of outlets to plug in electronics and complimentary wifi was good. Meeting venue was a bit cold, but still comfortable. Facilities were well laid out and the fitness center was very convenient and had a good variety of equipment and pool access. Food service was adequate but provided few vegan or vegetarian options. Beverage service during meals was not addressed and had to be individually requested for soft drinks or coffee. Overall nice experience but would've liked more attention by the food service staff.

This is a great place to have meetings professionally and personally. The hotel rooms are clean with all the amenities of being at home while traveling. Location perfect with airport being minutes away. I did not have time for watching the plains rooftop which I would have enjoyed so I will be back.

Nice hotel. Walls seen "thin". I was woken up more than once to commotion in the hallway. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was nice. There is not a free continental breakfast and the food is little expensive. Overall I liked it and would probably stay there again.

It is a great hotel for being really close to the airport but, there are no restaurants around other then the one Denny's across the street. Also out of about 30 TV channels only 15 or so actually displayed stuff. All in all a great hotel.

Just spent one night here and it was a nice stay. Fridge in my room, access to a microwave and free shuttle to the airport. It is really close to the airport and right in the path of the runway so if the sound of planes keeps you up this wouldn't be for you. I was put right near the elevator on the second floor and the sounds from the lobby drifted up and kept me awake for hours. Just ask for a room on a higher floor. Not many restaurants around but the menu from the hotel restaurant looked good. Overall I was satisfied

Had meetings here for work and the staff is very accommodating and really nice. I would definitely recommend The Westin DFW for meetings or events.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was in top condition and smelled fantastic. I am going to purchase the White Tea and Aloe fragrance for my home. I went to work and left my jewelry, cell phone and expensive camera equipment in the room. All was left untouched. The room was immaculately cleaned each day. It was quiet, and my sleep was never disturbed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good rooms. Nothing special. Some rooms do not have a mini fridge.

The loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. When someone flushes, showers or slams the door, my bed moves... There's a party nest door and I can hear every word... As far as the room it's dated.

The front desk people were great, rooms were clean, and pool and gym are good!
Minus 1 star for the sometimes ridiculously slow elevators.

4 star hotel with no room microwave, no coffee machine. They even charge 12 $ a day for wifi. Will not stay here again. Found a half eaten gummy bear on the side table as well. Otherwise the beds were comfy.

I couldn't be more pleased with this hotel. I was looking for someplace I could stay the night before a flight and leave my car and get shuttled to the airport. This was the perfect place! The rooms were very nice. It was so close to the airport it took our shuttle 5 minutes to drop us off at the gate. When I checked in, they awarded us 2 free drink cards to use at the bar. This has never happened to me before, I was quite pleased. Denny's and a convenience store are within walking distance. I only wish I would have stayed 2 nights!

For the price, really disappointed in the lack of amenities.

We had a good stay.only thing was that the restrooms could've been cleaner and they could've at least put some clean towels without nasty eyeliner and stains.

Hotel is beginning to show it's age but is still comfortable and relatively quiet.

First off it took 20+ min's to get checked in at 1:30AM, then they over charged me for the 209$(online said the price was $159) room was actually 295$ it was loud you could hear all your neighbor's moving, no breakfast or any complimentary anything(other than apples sitting out by the front desk)... if there are room's available anywhere else do yourself a favor and go their. then there airport shuttle was over 15min's late and when your trying to catch a flight, you know they don't wait for anyone... Hope all of Texas doesn't treat people this way. Westin= Polished Turd

Not a single water drain in the room drained properly, I left some boots in my hotel room when I checked out I have been calling them for a week straight and still get my calls forwarded around from VM to VM! I will never stay there again or recommend them to anyone

Just ate in the restaurant. Very few vegetarian options. In 2018, you can make a few things that don't have meat.

Great place to stay for the airport! Staff is so nice!

We parked there for a trip and they had nobody in the lobby for about 15mins and then they had us waiting for an hour waiting for a shuttle to the airport that was supposed to leave in about 5mins according to the schedule, it seemed like they only started up the shuttle because we went up to the desk and asked about it.

A very nice room and hotel. I would advise against the 14th floor since the pool(?) or whatever that was above was very noisy in a white noise kind of way, but everything else was spot on.
Dinner was brought to the room and tasted amazing (extra charge though), as good or better than a restaurant would be.

Staff was great but room was dirty . There was different hair in the bed and the bath room,tub area and couple of stains on the bed

Had a really good stay at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Flew in for a few one on one meetings and didn't have to leave the facility once. Plenty of space for small group meetings and the WiFi is a bit better than average for a hotel. If your looking for a good facility close to the airport, look no further that The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Will definitely return.

Great view, great service, and clean rooms! No refrigerator or microwave, but overall really good. Restaurant in the hotel appears pretty fancy.
