The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel, Dallas, Texas, Unied States Review

Everything you expect of Westin with a solid gym, clean room, and nice design. My only reason for 4 stars was the hotel shuttle took 40 minutes to arrive after calling.

Easy to get to from the airport. Rooms are pretty standard. Loved that they had my foam pillows ready for me when I checked in.

I highly recommend this hotel as the staff are beyond amazing and facility is well maintained. I enjoyed 3 nights at this location, and I really enjoyed the stay. The room service was excellent, nice rooftop pool and gym. Very quick drive over to DFW Intl Airport, and if you like airplanes then you will definitely get a great view on the west side of the hotel. Thank you for the awesome service.

Clean room comfortable beds and Denny's across the street

Hotel was very nice, great staff, clean and comfortable!

The location was easy to find, parking was free. The staff was helpful in directing me to the conference room for my seminar. Restrooms were kept clean. At the Breakfast buffet, the selections were great! My only suggestion was to place single guest at a table that is not flushed up against a pole and a divider. It was uncomfortable to eat next to a divider with no arm space. Had I known a friend was going to join me, I would have asked to be placed at a different location that is more roomy, granted that there was not that many guests there at the time.

Decent accommodations, great for the price. Dining in the area is sadly lacking.

We used the airport parking and it was seamless. We would use them again.

It was a rough night. Air conditioning didn't work in the building. Shower was broke. Killed two spiders in the room. Usually I am pretty positive guy, but sleeping in 81 degree room is rough.

It was newly renovated, but super sketchy, I could never stay here especially if I was staying with wife and kids

The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay however they certainly made the most of tumultuous situation.

BED BUGS!! I stayed at The Westin DFW for a 6 weeks training. Two weeks after I arrived I found a bed bug in my bed. I took a video and showed the hotel staff. The following day after my training class they told me that they sent a professional and that there weren t any bedbugs in my room even after seeing the bug on my phone. A week later we found more and this time we had to catch it so they couldn t refuse to treat the room or our things. Finally they acknowledged the fact that we indeed had them. They moved our rooms and it took a week and a half for us to get our clothes and items back from the cleaners. During this time my roommate and I had to purchase clothing for training and we have yet to receive a refund on the clothes we had to purchase. The hotel staff and management has showed so much negligence in this matter. The worst experience ever!

This place was very nice. The hosted our companies hackathon. We had a good time there. Minus one star for the unstable not free internet. Hopefully they will take the initiative to modernize their wifi setup.

There was an odor in the hallway of many floors, but my room was nice.

I always have high expectations when it comes to the westin properties. So far I've been a little dissappointed

It is a typical business oriented hotel, wifi is an included only if you leave a credit card on file or a spg member, not much around the area, Denny's is right across the street. It's not bad, but then again it's not exceptional either.

Great staff. They make sure your taken care of and not to mention it's super cozy!

Good hotel. Service is always great. Bar downstairs is great along with the food. Rooms are nice. Never a complaint from me so far!

Comfortable hotel 15 min drive from airport. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, medium sized fitness center. Would happily stay here again. Limited nearby late dining options.

Fairly nice hotel near DFW and they have a shuttle that takes you from the airport that is included in the cost. You have to call for the shuttle when you get to DFW and it takes about 25-30 minutes for them to get to you so would plan appropriately. Nice shuttle also. The hotel is nice and they have good conference rooms. Nothing particularly special though. However, the planes flying overhead are fairly close and very loud which I was surprised about. The furnishings and bathrooms in the rooms seem a little out of date and a bit run down so probably time for a refresh.

I love the place from first sight, and most of all the receptionist who was there today 10/29/20 at 7pm is exceptional.... polite and just so attentive

Typical menu in a hotel just simple steaks from Sysco. Very plain. It is still a step up from Denny's which is across the street.

Stayed here for a work conference. The rooms were always clean and the staff was super friendly. The location is great if you need quick access to the airport but there are not a lot of options for food with in walking distance.

Nice large hotel with a good restaurant. Gym and pool but no hot tub

Best location very near to airport which save ubber money , gapevine mall and other restaurants are very close.

Loved this Westin hotel! Just wish the pool was a little bigger, but understandable due to being an airport hotel.

Hotel van took 25 minutes to arrive. Then when they did they drove right past us at DFW airport. Too taxi to hotel. Then elevators not working for 30 minutes due to fire alarm test. Communication from hotel staff very poor and unapologetic.

Wonderful staff, very friendly. Clean & comfortable rooms. The only disappointment, I never received my scheduled wake up call.

Location close to the airport, free transportation, great for those who come from far away for meetings of one to two days.

Fantastic stay and the omelet station at the breakfast buffet is a winner.

The service was great. The food really good. They are remodeling but made sure it would not effect our stay.

Receptionist was so slow. Took over a half hour just to get my room key from a reservation.

Nice hotel and great location as well (being close to Airport means airplane noise, so not going to fault the hotel for that). Room was nice, but bathroom lighting should be brighter (very full). Great water pressure and soft linens and towels. Starbucks coffee in the room and downstairs in the lobby. Great continental breakfast, with a build your own omelet bar.

Nice room. Depending on which side you're on you can see the sunset or sunrise

I absolutely am thrilled to stay and recommend this hotel. Upon checking in, we were acknowledged and treated well at SPG Gold. We were given our standard bonus points and we're even given an upgrade. Elis who worked at the front desk was very professional yet personable. Thankful there are front desk agents who are attentive and treat guests like they are coming "home."

Older hotel that probably needs renovated but it's nice for what it is..seems like it should be nicer given the close proximity of DFW AIRPORT and the business travelers it brings. Definitely needs improvement considering the other hotels like Aloft and Omni are not too far.

Good location, service was good. A lot was under construction.

Property in steep decline. Broken fixtures, curtains not hung properly, no hot water, shuttle van past it's prime, broken fixtures in the room. Not the hotel it used to be. Management nor spending any money on upkeep.

Very hot in hallways. Windows could be cleaner. Otherwise, quite nice.

I used the airport parking only option. All of the staff was very nice and we were able to buy a muffin to snack on while we waited for the shuttle.

Didn't stay at the hotel. Came for a 2 day work conference. They served us breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was great good eggs and amazing bacon. Lunch was even better. Some good cooks there. The staff is so friendly. They kept everything very clean.

Clean, classy and comfy! Nice king size bed, pretty night time view of the airport, planes landing all the time. Good smelling lavender oil and bathroom soaps.

Stained pillows and sheets turned me off as well as the bra left on the ground.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, nice bar and lounge area and reliable WiFi.

Half the time projector /equipment failed. Disappointment by Westin.

Bartender was slow, but super friendly. Drinks were good and it was a fun time with friends.

It was so so so bad experience, I putted my car in parking service, when try to come to hotel for pick up my car who work in front disk hang up the phone several times. Finally I got taxi to pick up my car.

So don't make my mistake again

The lightning and rain canceled the the cotton bowl. Shelley took us in with a warm smile and took care of us! Great service with a beer and some other football games. Great people and the bartender Star was great too!
