Pull out mattress had dead bugs in it and manager and cleaning crew didn t seem to care.

This post is solely on the management and Billing Department at this hotel. I booked a room for an employee at this location in April, the room they issued her had bed bugs so she requested a refund. Instead of paying attention to detail they gave her the refund instead of applying it to the original form of payment. This should have been an easy fix but people don't seem to know how to provide good customer service here! I called the Billing Dept 4/9-4/16 EVERYDAY and left voicemails about my refund, but no one returned my call. On 4/17 I spoke with a Todd and he assured me that he would take care of this but failed and never contacted me as he said he would. On 5/3 I spoke with a "manager" last name Velasquez and she claimed that if I emailed her she would take care of it and FAILED, I even sent her additional emails asking about the status and she ignored me. Today 5/31 I tried again and no one from the Billing Dept picked up(of course) then the front desk said she would forward me to Todd, oh he disconnected the phone. I had to call the corporate office just to get assistance. This was the most ridiculous run around I have been on in a very long time. If it was your $1091.40 you would want it back, treat others how you would like to be treated and this goes for EVERY aspect of life!

Nice hotel and staff. There were issues with the hot water when we arrived but they did everything they could to resolve the problem and make it up for the inconvenience.

I attended an event at the Westin and the location of the event was prominently displayed in the lobby, however there was no map of the hotel and no one behind the desk to ask for directions. Instead I just wandered around until I found the location. Maps or hotel staff would have been lovely to have on hand.

The worst, a truly told to leave due to a no pet policy despite a clearly stated pet friendly policy on online booking

Very clean. Staff is friendly. My room was clean and even when I left a do not disturb a bag with a towel and coffee and toiletries were left on my door handle. There is Starbucks in the lobby which saves a lot of time on my way out in the morning. Will definitely book here again

Nice place, great convention center. In flight path, so a bit noisy, could use a bigger bar. Great rooftop pool

Hotel was very nice, convenient location, great breakfast omelets, fitness center & pool. Room was clean but could use a little maintenance, toilet running and a bulb not working right. Friendly helpful staff.

I was there for a conference. Location is convenient and they have friendly staff. There's a restaurant near the lobby. Good place for a conference.

Good place for airport parking. Shuttle runs 24/7 every half an hour to the airport and pickup is prompt.

Went in Friday for a reservation that had been through Priceline. Got greeted when we walked in the door and directed where to go. Everything looked nice and like an high end place. We got to the counter and were greeted politely and served immediately. Unfortunately Priceline screwed up the dates for our reservation, which priceline admitted to, and they didn't have room for us, but Westin offered to find us a room and get us set up, which we turned down to go speak with priceline. Based on the customer service aspect I would stay here in the future if finances allow it.

Staff was helpful, the breakfast buffet lovely, and the free shuttle to the airport runs every 30 min.

Very clean rooms, nice and attentive staff. Only downside is the basic internet is slow, paid internet is good however.

This Hotel looks upscale and like a nice place to stay. I simply used them for airport parking for a week which cost $6.99/Day

The room was nice and clean. The shower was great. They were able to get us a crib for our baby upon request. Staff was friendly. The shuttle from and to the airport was much appreciated.

Nice hotel. Beds are very comfortable and some of the accommodations are top notch. Peloton fans will like it here. Parking was easy. Food is ok and reflected on the rating.

The Westin Hotel is much nicer than you would ever imagine. They really take care for the interior and the rooms and the views from the rooftop are truly amazing.
The planes pass by while you relax in the pool and it's truly such a great experience

Feels clean and modern. I like the powerful outlet with two usb ports on each bedside table. The tub could be bigger and shower hotter but otherwise everything was great.

Absolutely beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the rooftop pool was super nice.

Rooms are small but clean. Staff was helpful. Restaurant is Way over priced. Could see much else cause a convention was going on and taking up all of the already small common areas.

The location is pretty close to the airport. You can hear the planes flying over when you're in the lobby but once you're in your room, its not too bad. The rooms are pretty well appointed. Plenty of space to move around even in the basic 2 bed room. The hotel lobby and sitting area is pretty large and open compared to other hotels I've stayed at. All in all, it's a good stay at a good price.

Yup, loved this place. The bedding was the best. My watch registered more deep sleep that in my own bed. Highly recommend!!!

The Westin Dallas Gort Woeth Airport, is a good place to hold events, it is very nice and has enough space. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is very nice, cleanliness is a top priority here. Restaurant and bar are very nice too, I'd consider coming by even if I wasn't just traveling for business.

We just arrived here and are on the 14 th floor and the hotel is nice but the planes are loud.. What do expect tho for staying next to the airport

Very clean, front desks are very friendly, airport is about 2 miles from hotel, shopping and restaurants are nearby...I would definitely come back here and also I would encourage you to book this beautiful hotel! Thanks!

Unremarkable but convient as it's close to airport. Great water pressure in the shower. Carpet was a bit soggy from humidity, could use a good dehumidifier every once in a while. Pillows lost their fluff and are rather flat, although it's nice they are King size.

Nice decor in the Lobby. I've never stayed there. I park my car there for a small fee (usually $5-$6 /day) then ride the shuttle to DFW. The parking service includes pick up when you return to DFW. This is MUCH cheaper than parking at the airport!! You have to reserve your parking spot online and then print the confirmation to present upon arrival. The shuttle leaves every half hour on the hour, for 24hrs a day and only takes about 5 mins to get to the terminals. Be sure to tip your driver!

Every interaction over the phone or at the hotel was very rude. The place is very very warn and I am really unsure how they can still call this a 4 star hotel. Other Westin's are so much nicer!!

Staying for a weekend staycation. Stayed here in the past for events - work stuff. The hotel is great but starting to show age. Little things like the curtains being broken, towels not dry (like they were not quite dry when folded) mean to me the hotel is slipping and not quite as nice as it used to be. Also, it's a bit noisy as people come and go fro m their rooms. Overall, comfy beds made girls weekend a pleasant stay and I would come back. Oh, and ask to be on the side closest to DFW Airport and you can see the runways and Wat h the planes land.

Very nice bar. Friendly people. Relatively decent accommodations, if on the expensive side. IMHO, you can get just as good combination for half the price, but if you are addicted to four stars, then this is a good bet.
