Nice place. Really busy. First night got woke up with alarms from 1am to 5am fire department working on system. That wasnt good no sleep

Excellent hotel. Wonderful facilities, amenities, and all staff were phenomenal. I mean from management to banquet and housekeeping. Love the bed and that shower!! Unheard of water pressure. Especially on the 14th floor.

Not a bad place to stay for an overnight, though if you're in a room facing the airport, you will hear some large jets flying by during the day. Also, I found rotting food in the fridge. The coffee shop closes way too early. Bar and restaurant food and drinks are good. Overall the the property is well maintained.

Don't trust their police surveillance tower!! We parked within 50 feet of it and in a lit spot and came home to two stolen back tires AND rims stolen off our vehicle. The police tower is apparently not occupied with a police officer and only used as a deterrent - which didn't work!!!

The worst hotel I stayed at in a while. Old rooms, dirty towels, very noisy. I've asked for a tooth paste, and after reminding them three times, they brought me a mouthwash an hour later. Didn't even apologize. Horrible service. Dirty napkins at the restaurant too.
Do not recommend this place.

Was there for a company meeting. Good facilities and snacks.

Due to parking costs at DFW Airport ($24/day) we opted to use The Westin's parking service. Their price was less than $10 a day, and the parking area seemed ideal. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating.

The facilities were clean and well organized for the event.

Called front desk at 12:13am to order off of the Late-Night Dining menu which says that it's available from 12am - 6am. The woman who answered at the front desk said that they did not do room service after 12am even though it clearly says that they offer it. Both encounters with front desk both from checking in and calling were very abrupt and rude. Won't be staying with Westin in the future.

Beautiful hotel with incredible service. Breakfast spread amazing every morning and even specialty coffees. New locks being installed and due to inconvenience I was given complimentary tickets for restaurant. Everyone incredibly nice and helpful. So flag to have stayed here and world definitely return.

Great upgrade. Gym is better than most. Roof access is great.

Left my car there for a week. Was easy to pay and drop it off. No problems

This was one of the worst hotels I have been to. During the night there was a crazy lady who was trying to break into our room. We tried calling the front desk and the emergency number at least 15 times and we did not receive an answer. Eventually (while we were running for our lives), we made it to the front desk. There was a line of people trying to check in and we hurried to the front to tell someone what was happening. We told them there was a crazy lady who was roaming the halls and trying to get into our room & they just looked at us like we were stupid. They sent no one up to help. On top of that we were there for 5 days and only got our room cleaned 1 time. Unless you want to be scared through the night and not have a clean room, I highly recommend not coming here.

Very good place we attended a wedding it was super the decorations were cool. This place recommend to all you guys

This is a clean, well taken care of, convenient hotel.

Good hotel. Close to airport and to highway exit. Big and convenient rooms, quit, all-equipped with filter coffee, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning... Grill bar little bit expensive, is serving rich breakfast . Gym is open 24/7, swimming pool only due summer half of year. Friendly helping staff. Good choice to stay at business trip.

This is a nice hotel, staff is friendly and rooms are clean. It would be nice if they added a few extra touches to the rooms such as disposable shower caps and vanity items (cotton swabs and cotton balls etc.). I expected such from a nice hotel but all they offer is shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The sink vanity in our room was also very small, I hardly had room for my toiletry bag and curling iron.

Nice clean rooms. If you are on the 14th or 15th floor the airport has an air traffic lane that goes right over the building. About every 5 minutes a plane flies overhead.

Clean rooms, professional service. I dock a star for a possibly silly reason - no microwaves in the rooms. I had a suite with two TVs, a wet bar and a decent sized mini fridge but the only microwave in the whole place is in the lobby in the corner near the bar. Annoying.

Great hotel and venue. Attended and competed in the TEXO Estimating Competition and everything was clean and easy to find. Service at the bar was exceptional. Airplanes are constant over head, but after a while you forget you are minutes away from DFW Airport. Wish the roof had a better view the view it does offer is okay. Never seen a rooftop pool before though.

Such a great place to stay the gym was very clean and kept up. Also the bed was so great to sleep in.

Typical Westin hotel, rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are spotless.

The rooms are not the main draw for me. I mainly chose this hotel for the exercise room. They have kettle bells, TRX straps, and a straight pull up bar. The hotel is also less than 10 minutes from the Campion Trail. The lobby is nice; room is a little outdated; staff is friendly. I'd stay here again.

Staff is pleasant at the checkout desk and in the restaurant at breakfast. The breakfast is decent, but for a vegetarian, limited to runny oatmeal and a good fruit selection. The evening selection had a vegetarian option, but was pricey. Nothing within walking distance other than a convenience store and Denny's. Very easy highway access.

No maid service. Even after complaining to the front desk. Wasn't resolved.

Service was great and very non-intrusive. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire meeting.

Love the Texas dip sandwich here so stop by at lunch sometimes when I'm in town even if I'm not a guest.

It was wonderful the price and the warm welcome from there PR team. The smells are so wonderful at the Westin's too... :)

They are starting renovations on the lower floors of the hotel. Really nice hotel. Great staff

Staff management tries to make things right when issues encountered. Be prepared for an older facility and a few apathetic employees. If you're a frequent Westin guest this hotel may disappoint, but it's fine with the right expectations. Breakfast particularly if brand.

Booked on Hotwire. If you can get this hotel for that price it is worth it. Great hotel near airport. Bed is amazing in room

Great beds, linens, pillows and service. Just sad the rooftop pool is closed.

The people and service were excellent, but the hotel is in need of some updates. I entered the elevator and it dropped about 12 inches causing me to stumble. I reported it and the elevator was repaired. The restaurant breakfast is very well done. The floor was uber sticky. It just needs a little more TLC.

Was impressed. nice clean rooms and general areas. they have a full hot tub and pool, showers downstairs the rooms are really nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed my stay..

Nice and clean rooms. Top roof pool. Only issue is the line for the elevators in the morning when everyone is checking out.

It is an airport hotel but that is no excuse for subpar maintenance. We arrived in torrencial rain and had to be moved rooms as our first one ws flooding (and so was the fitness center + ceiling outside of our room.

Not a good value for your dollar. Expensive, breakfast is bleh, and the rooms are no better than your average Hampton Inn. Yes, the lobby is fancy. Who cares. You don't sleep in the lobby.

With all the new hotels popping up everywhere, I don't understand why more established hotels don't put more effort to staying in tip-top shape. This hotel is alright, but I wouldn't go beyond that. The AC unit leaked all over the floor at night and got ok my bag. The food/bar service was below average. One bartender stood in the corner visiting with a customer about investing in real estate the entire time. It was humorous to hear them talk about stuff they didnt have a clue about. But, frustrating because he wouldn't tend to the remainder of the customers. When I hear the name "Westin", I think of a great hotel. Sad to say this one did not have the pop I was expecting.

Great room (quiet), comfortable bed, good meeting rooms, bar, and breakfast buffet.

Room a bit outdated. Odd mildew smell. Facilities were ok.

I really just parked in the parking lot in order to get my maps up for directions to work because I was running late and their was a detour on the road.

Looking out at the roof on the second story, can hear the airplanes and there was a green light in the room that kept me up

Overall it was decent and the staff was friendly. We had difficulty logging into the internet because they had misspelled our last name, but they helped us on request at the front desk. The room was clean and beds decently comfortable. Our bathroom doors lock was broken. It was difficult to find parking and we ended up parking on the side of the building near the back.

Room was decent, not great. Our sink didn't drain well. The pool was closed most of our visit. It was definitely mediocre.

I think they have a great hotel for the price. They worked with the group we were with to give us a grate rate. The rooms were nothing special but clean and bright. Great place to rest your head.

The view was great. Beautiful hotel. Beds were a bit small and room also but overall, it was a great experience.

I attended a meeting for work at this location and the meeting rooms were very nice and the service of the staff was very good.

Stayed here two separate occasions in August. First stay my room was given to someone else and I was upgraded no problem, that was awesome. Ordered room service got their iconic burger medium rare, came well done and was terrible. Made sure to ask before check out if everything was being put on my corporate card and they ensured it was, to layer find out they charged it to my personal card. Called in and in the most customer service way I was told to kick rocks. Second stay, my room had no air conditioning so it was just under 80 degrees in my room. Asked if they could help me out and they put me into another room that smelled and the shower barley worked. Most likely never using this establishment if I need to come back here for work.

The hotel staff was courteous and knew what ever they were asked for. HOTEL was at a convinient location and airport shuttle frequency was good as well.

Close to DFW. Quite. Need more staff for check in. Que was 10 deep. Gym on 15th floor was good for airport hotel.

Big hotel near DFW. Complimentary airport shuttles run every 30 minutes. Landing jets fly right over the property until about 9pm.

The room is nice and bed is comfortable. Housekeeping didn't provide trash bags in our room and no refrigerator as well. For the cost of the hotel complimentary breakfast would be nice.

This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel and it was a good experience. Everything was clean and I had no problems with my room. I was greeted nicely and had no problems checking in. Seems to be a fairly busy hotel with lots of professionals staying here. All in all I would come back for another stay if I'm in town.
