A very positive experience . Chaffee is pretty good with suggesting the right drink and meal.

The entire experience was great. Staff was helpful and professional. We arrived a bit early, but they took us in anyway. Although the place seemed packed, we never heard anything. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location was perfect since it is right off the Hwy and the DFW airport. Be warned, you will hear planes flying overhead, but it didn't wake our todder, so that was a plus. Prime parking was difficult to find,but not surprising.

Stayed for one night booked online. They wouldnt continue that rate for the rest of the stay. Room smelled musty. Bed was as hard as a board. Door to roof deck didnt work. Front desk service and shuttle were great though.

We were down the street at a customers site and was looking for lunch. Our customer suggested the hotel restaurant. The food was good. Not amazing, but good, and price reasonable. Only downside was the service was really slow during the lunch service.

It's cozy enough, but beds are too small in 2 beds room. Barely fit two teenage girls... My husband and I didn't have a goodnight sleep on a bed felt smaller than double bed and we aren't big people...

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Gym inside the building was small, but it had everything one would need and a sizeable pool.

Facility was very clean and well kept up. We went to the ballroom for a party and the service was great. Food was average.

Just a bad hotel. Stayed for 3 nights this November. The view is bad, food options are very poor and cleaning was never done. Wouldn t recommend it to anyone

This place stands out for the warmth, promptness and quality of the service I have received as a guest. Absolutely loving the little details that are making my stay more efficient and pleasant.

We used the parking reservation here to park and get a free shuttle to the airport. It was inexpensive and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful. It's an easy process and I would recommend parking here. If anything changes when we pick our car up I'll let you know.

Quality customer services from the front desk. They were fast and courteous. My room was neatly arranged, spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay there won't mind coming back!

I always stay at the Red Roof Inn across the street when I'm in town, but I come here for the restaurant! It has good food, good drinks, and super friendly bartenders. One of my favorite places to go unwind.

I visited the Westin for a day-long professional event. The staff was very kind and accommodating, even to the individuals who were not staying at the hotel overnight. They were highly coordinated in their efforts for our event - we had a series of rooms that needed to be opened, closed, and arranged in different setups throughout the day based on our event's scheduled activities. They we're fast and precise, never having issues with the setups. They were also very accommodating with our individual needs. The hotel and its conference rooms are nicely appointment.

In need of a minor renovation, the showers are falling apart. The water pressure is insanely high with no way to adjust it down a bit. It's close to the airport which is nice, but there isn't anywhere decent to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is overpriced.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Had a business meeting there and the food provided for catering was soo good. They have complimentary waters in the lobby, one infused with fruits and one plain that i always enjoy.
I arrived around 2pm and was able to get an early check in with no issues!

The pillows and bed was extremely comfortable. I would like to know which kind of pillows i had in my room so i can purchase one from their website but theres about 5 different types ranging from down features to regular ones. And they have upgraded their shower heads to rainfall type ones since the last time i stayed here that made it feel so refreshing.

I really have no complaints about my stay at this hotel. Thank you Westin.

The towels are soft, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfy, the place is trendy, and the staff is friendly.

Fantastic place to stay. Everything had a nice quality to it. The bed was appropriately firm. The restaurant and bar areas were classy. The staff was great. The location provides easy access to the freeway system.

Alfredo at the reception was a lot of help and made me feel an spg platinum member . And also the staff in the breakfast at the market, they provided me with to go plates because like always I am on a run thanks alot.

The staff is awesome! I let them know it was my anniversary and they totally went out of their way to make my experience the best possible! Great staff! Nice, cozy and quiet rooms! King suite is a must! Very satisfied customer here!

My experience at the Westin DFW Airport was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The small shop near the desk was well-stocked. Although there were planes flying overhead, the sound wasn't enough to keep me, my wife, or my toddler awake. Great stay!

It was a strong 3... the staff wasn't friendly but they were not rude either... the hotel room was okay too. Overall nothing to rave about. I'm glad my company paid for it... i would never book that hotel. As i said not good not bad but if i'm paying... i want a friendly staff at minimum.

A very comfortable place to stay, American breakfast, and very close to the airport of Forth Worth if your flight is early you can stay here and ask for the service to be taken and picked up at the airport and leave your car in the parking lot

Was there for a banquet. The Westin accommodated us very well and made sure we had everything we need. The staff were all pleasant and good at what they did. Overall very happy with the hotel yet again.

Attended an event here. Clean place, nicely set up, and a restaurant and coffee shop. For overnight guests - if you're like me and want to walk and find dinner, with the exception of a sad, empty Denny's, there are no amenities around this place. It was a good place to attend a conference, but there are many other places near the airport with a lot more to do. If I'm ever in town for an overnight, I'd go elsewhere just to have options of things to do.

Hotel is fine, shuttle service is terrible from the airport. Missed our connection so the airline paid for the night and gave us a number to call for the shuttle. We waited about 30 minutes and almost didn't have enough room in the shuttle for everyone.

Beautiful hotel. Great parking. Nice staff. Hard to find though. It's like in Irving area. Confusing to get to it. Make sure you put the zip code when you put it in your directions.

The WESTIN Dallas Fort Worth Airport hotel is very clean, hotel stuff are very friendly, breakfast are very delicious.

Not enough power outlets in conference rooms. Can hear planes overhead even on first floor.

Our family loved our weekend there. Small things make a big difference. Like fresh lilies as you walk in the door. Apples at the front desk, lavender oil next to the bed. Great customer service! Will definitely stay there again, the next time we are in the Dallas area.

Quiet and good eating and coffee place. Good amount today parking. Access is kind of tricky if not hard.

Staying in the hotel right now with some loud work going on. The staff is completely unapologetic and have no concern with the disturbance caused to the guests. Called the front desk and that not only turned to be completely unhelpful as well as complete unapologetic behavior.

Attended an all day corporate event. Everything was great from start to finish. Excellent food, breakfast, lunch, snacks and desserts! Multiple event venues were outstanding.

Horrible service, offered breakfast vouchers at check-in than denied them and said it was a mistake next morning. We forgot an iPad in the room and called to retrieve it. Member services said head back to the hotel it will be at the front desk so we drove 5 hours back for the evening crew to tell us the manager left and we would have to wait in the lobby or go home until 9 AM. Will never stay here again

I do not recommend this hotel because the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9:15 am even though we had a do not disturb sign. We got in the hotel at 3:00 am and needed our sleep. Also the hotel pool needed some significant repairs and the hotel whirlpool was gone. The service was not up to a four star rating. Room tip: go the hotel pool in the early evening or late morning to see the planes flying.

Beautiful rooms and great views. Free over night parking and free wifi. The restaurant was nice and had great food.

Comfortable rooms, outstanding service (even when it's a madhouse). Rooftop pool! Unfortunately no fan in bathroom. Nice soap. Lavender oil for your bed. Seem adept at hosting large events.

This was my second business related stay at this hotel within the last three years - decided to stay at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport hotel because of the great experience during my previous stay and it didn't disappoint. Yes, this hotel sits under the direct area where airplanes are landing but there's no sense of distraction while you're comfortably inside your room. The lobby is always immaculate and the concierge and front desk staff are as polite and friendly as one would prefer when having been traveling all day - we as travelers just want to get there and check in and don't feel like dealing with any hassle. The rooms are really spacious and have the necessary amenities to keep your stay going but unfortunately there was no mini fridge to store leftovers or microwave to warm up said leftovers. But it's still a great place to stay. The comfort of the bed can truly get that exhausting feeling out of the weary body. Like i said, second time staying here and if i return to this area again I'll definitely book myself here again.

Very poor customer service, rooms are okay, will never stay again

Traveled 400 miles for business...2 night stay. Room/furniture quite dusty (could write on it). Very small dimly lit bathroom, furniture old, scratched. No mini fridge and price was up there. Much nicer hotels and prices in the Amarillo area...BUT the bed was comfy.
