Good location, right off the freeway. Room was clean but hotel is older. I was right above the lobby and there was noise and loud talking all night.

Microwave: in the lobby beside the front desk

Bathroom: Not clean first picture shows a spider and a long black hair in the shower, nice otherwise

Everything went very smoothly. Stayed here the night before our flight and also purchased the airport parking package. Check in was simple and easy. I want sure how the parking worked because I've never used park,fly sleep before. The process was simple, During check in. I got a parking pass to hang on the rear view mirror and simply parked in the lot just as I would if staying at the hotel. There is no special lot that you need to park in. Shuttle service the next morning was prompt, left at designated time. I will definately stay at the Westin and use the park fly service again.

Good location. A bit noisy as close to the airport but not too bad. Good sized rooms with all amenities.

Location could have been better. Not a thing to do outside the hotel within walking distance. Felt like a captive. At least my room was comfy

Management and staff were rude. My company hosted an event there and I needed to stay an extra night. They insisted they had no additional rooms but when I check the Marriott app and another travel site both were available. I pointed that out only to be told they were definitely sold out . I don t think they wanted to extend the room rate to me for another night even though my company paid a lot of money between rooms and meeting space/food. My room didn t have working AC and that s no fun in Dallas in July. I wouldn t pay to stay there if I had a choice. Plenty of other hotels in the area will take you money and treat you better

Very clean and relaxing awesome set up with the pool on the roof with the planes flying over .

The front desk was very friendly. I was dropping off multiple packages.

My husband and I went here they night after we got married and the staff was PERFECT, they were friendly and attentive and we even got our room upgraded for FREE! One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend!

A beautiful and comfortable hotel. Right next to the airport if that's what you need. As a consequence, it's also quite far from downtown Dallas without anything interesting nearby. The menus need serious updating to accommodate vegans and vegetarians and anyone who like more exotic beer than Stella Artois.

Hotel is under going construction but is very nice and with an extremely attentive staff.

Westin is a great hotel, the staff, services, locale, etc., are excellent. The warmth and comfort of the environment are superb!

Dated... Worn... Only plus is that it is convenient to DFW.

After leaving quality inn because we weren t satisfied with the quality of the hotel we walked over to the Westin and I will save very clean rooms and a great night of sleep!!

Airport parking is very slow. I'd uber next time.

Update from 2019. Still just as slow.

The hotel had enough rooms to accommodate players coming in from out of town. The rooms were clean but small. I wont complain we were given a decent rate. The downside was there was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave however there is one in the lobby. We only had enough towels for a 1 night stay so we had to request additional towels. The bar was open but the food options were mainly party food. wings, hamburgers, cheese sticks etc. That was only available from 4 to 10. There was no complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and always available.

My husband and I took a COVID-19 vacation and when we walked in this hotel, it looks and feel like a 5 star hotel! The rooms are super clean(love the smell of bleach in the bed linen) and the staff was super nice... In addition, they have peloton bikes and a modern gym..Hats off to the front desk staff for providing an exceptional experience despite COVID-19.

The hotel randomly deposited a large amount of money into my checking account then withdrew it a few weeks later. I have called several times to clear up whats going on. When i choose accounting i always get a voicemail. I have left several voicemails but no one ever returns my calls.

I attended an event at here. I also stayed as an over night guest. This hotel had beautiful views, well maintained rooms, the beds and pillows felt clouds, and the conference rooms and seating were very elegant. The in house restaurant was very upscale and food was delicious. I got the crab cakes in the spicy sauce, which I highly recommend. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the Dallas area.

This is a really nice hotel, very close to the airport. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff is very friendly. The room's complimentary amenities include a water bottle and Starbucks coffee which is a nice touch. The best part is that pets stay free in this hotel which is really awesome because we take our 8lb cutie wherever we drive.

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was helpful they knew where everything was that you may want food, stores, etc. Rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable-didn't want to go home to my normal bed lol.Complimentary check out extension to 12-noon, air port shuttle. Police on site. I felt relax and comfortable and didn't have to worry about my car- not being able to see it. I hated spending airport prices for a room especially after coming back from a weekend get away well worth it!! 5 stars all day! Will come back for my next vacation!

Is a very good place to have conferences and training, it has all the facilities to be comfortable and have a great rest after a hard work day.

Very long time i have been in a substandard Marriot property. I stay weekly for work and this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in the Dallas Fort worth area. It show right from when you check in, with the rudeness of the staff. Even when the lounge was unavailable, the staff refused to honor my titanium benefit of breakfast. The rooms are dated and old and the hotel stinks. Badly in need of renovations

Nice hotel, great size rooms, unless you are really tired the planes might keep you up.

Room was great. The convention space was good as well although a little cold. Breakfast was top notch. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel as there isn't much else around.

[platinumn SPG member] Internet is RIDICULOUSLY slow. Bathroom fixtures are old and leak incessantly. Elevators were down one morning and people were walking down 10+ flights of stairs to get out.

I love the beds here! They are so comfortable, but this is the second time I have stayed here and both times there has been something that has been broken or hasn't worked. On my first stay, one of the lamps didn't work and on my second stay, the hinge to one of the cabinets was broken and not attached to the door. For myself, these small things were not deal breakers because I sleep so well and that is more important. I will say that I failed to say anything to anyone on the staff, so I am not sure how they would have resolved the issues.

Nice hotel, restaurant was good as well. Only complaints are no other dining choices close by except Denny's and pillows are way too soft.

The comfort you find in a constant basis at the Westin Hotels is unsurpassed. You have many hotel choices when around the DFW area, therefore the rates are competitive.

Ok, now that I have your attention!
For the life of me, I'm trying to understand how my Pearl white 2014 Cadillac Escalade truck was stolen out of the parking lot of Secured 4-star Hotel parking lot with no one even noticing or having any information on when my vehicle was stolen. I ve spent several days going back and forward with the mangers, The Westin Corporate office, and the Irving Police Department and THEY ALL seem to be very unconcerned that I PAID to park here because unfortunately the Hotel is listed on the Parkway Parking website for travelers to park there while traveling. Never did I imagine I would return home from a 5-day vacation and my car would be completely gone!!!!! The Manager on site at the time (Patrick Anderson) was not helpful at all and didn t seem concerned AT ALL, he even provided us with a false Security guard name and contact information and basically stated that's who I needed to communicate with. So I attempted to speak with the manager above him whom name is John Studds. He also seem to be very unconcerned even going as far to insinuating that my vehicle could have possibly been reposed which was extremely insulting. I m utterly confused to why there are NO CAMERAS placed outside to monitor the parking lot at such a nice upscaled establishment such as the Westin Hotel? Especially if the facility is listed on a trusted website that's BBB Accredited for travelers to pay to park their vehicles there. When I asked this question to Mr. John Studds I was told: Well you know how a business runs we're not going to pay someone to sit and watch security camera 24/7 . After asking both managers several times I was finally provided with a name of the security company by the receptionist which happens to be Wiser security company who was providing the security guards the days my car was parked who clearly aren t securing the property. So as of today I still have no information on how long my car has been gone and Detective Rodgers from the Irving police department who's supposed be investigating my case doesn t seem to care either, I even brought to his attention that I located cameras that may could help provide us with some leads and he stated Well, I m not going through a week worth of footage just for that which is mind-blowing, because if your job is to investigate why are you turning down any leads? I m extremely frustrated and at this point have no choice to contact my lawyer. THE LACK of compassion, communication, and liability we have received is unacceptable PERIOD!!! I hate to say this but I m sure if my skin color was like theirs this would be handled a lot differently.

I'm not telling you not stay here BUT you may want to have your Uber or Lyft account on standby!!!

Upon arriving to the hotel, my husband and I were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman named Tony. He proceeded to escort us to the front desk. We were then greeted by Kortney who explained to us that the hotel was under construction upgrades. She was so helpful with checking us in and making sure me and my husband had a great stay she even upgraded us to a suite. The suite was very pleasant and probably the best night sleep I've had in a while. Comfy, Cozy, Clean, and Customer Service. The four C's I absolutely love in a hotel stay. I usually never give reveiws, but because of great customer service and the bellman I would highly recommended this place and we will definitely be back.

This place is awesome! Pool is cool and clean, beds/sheets/pillows are heavenly Service is great as well.

Construction in the morning woke up, leaky toilets, bad experience ask around.

Though the hotel looks old.. Lobby looks old, looks like they have upgraded the rooms, gym.. Not bad at all. Breakfast is so so..but good enough.
