This is one of the best hotels and resorts in Tucson. The spa is really nice and they have a world class pool with waterfall hot tub. The Flying V Bar and Grill serves delicious meat dishes and the Sunday brunch is quite amazing. This service is great and everybody smiles.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. This was absolutely the WORST experience for business travel I have ever experienced. The hotel lost the company card on file, lost the authorization to pay for the room, and the front desk was extremely rude. Because of their terrible management, I have missed several meetings for this business trip - all due to their disorganization.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Food is good, Rooms are clean, pool was GROSS... filled with dead bugs, and the pool staff was not available and they didn t clean up/turn over chairs quickly , the pool deck was not clean either.

The resort grounds are beautiful and the staff is incredibly hospitable. The location is about 45 min from "downtown" which can be nice, but there is not really an "easy" way to get down there if need be. Hotel decor could be updated, but the restaurants and amenities are great! Free shuttle within 1.5 miles is nice as well!

Loews's Ventana is a treasure! Beautiful hotel amongst the foothills. The desertscape and golf course views are gorgeous. My wife and I had a great 4 day stay that couldn't have been better. Great staff that took care of every wish.

Great, clean and friendly place. Food awesome, the staff terrific. Thanks to Jeff for telling us about a great Mexican restaurant nearby....best mango margaritas. Loved the spa and the treatment. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is because it is geared towards families with small children. All the events were for the kids, and lots of kids there were. This is NOT a quiet, romantic place.

Although they have an adult only pool, there is no-where to get drinks or food nearby the pool. So, couples - hang out elsewhere. Families - go, go ,go !!!

Stunning scenery and excellent facilities make for a winning combination at this upscale resort. Nestled up against the Santa Catilina mountains, there are great hiking trails nearby and good bird watching, especially in the winter months.

Good and quite. Staff is extremely nice and always in top of everything. Beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean and spacious. My only issue is that their layout could be sometimes complicated and you could be stuck walking tons to get to your room.

The 'Blues, Brews and Barbecue Sunday Brunch is the best in Tucson. You need reservations. The food is beyond reproach. Not only are there tremendous varieties of food, it is cooked in delightful ways. The attention to detailed the difference.

This hotel is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The rooms are very nice and modern, great bathrooms and balconies. The pool area is spectacular and there are nice walking trails behind the pool area leading into the desert landscape replete with cacti and a waterfall. A very peaceful setting and a perfect resort to clear your mind. The health club is especially excellent with modern equipment, exceptionally clean with a sauna and steam room.

Hands down the most beautiful resort in Tucson. Haven't been here in 20 years but the resort was given a makeover and the updated decor is to die for. Wish they offered more for the room service menu. We had to order delivery due to the pandemic but overall I enjoyed my stay. Golfing was great!

Love the rooms, the property is absolutely stunning. The only problem is the parking. It's hard to find spots and if you leave and return, you may end up pretty far from your room. Another food option that is not so expensive would be nice as well but, this is a resort and the goal is to keep you on the property for your rest and relaxation. Wonderful spa and workout room and adult only swimming pool is a great thing!!!

We have stayed at this resort numerous times, but I have to say no from here on out. $30/night resort fee for what, NOTHING. That's BS. Parking is free. Pool time is FREE. Sorry, you lost me...

Located at the foothills of the mountains, this is a large beautiful resort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, there is at least one golf course, the rooms/suites are spacious and beautifully decorated in a Southwestern flavor. The staff, top to bottom are courteous, prompt and friendly. There are lots to see and do within 30-40 minutes driving from the resort.

Good

But you emailed me asking for a review,

Had roaches in the room and the hallways were littered with other guests trash and dirty laundry.

That and i got to walk through it nearly 100 yards because my room was at the end of the hall.

The resort is in a great location - our favorite things are the little waterfall you can hike to and the large soaking tub in the room. We did have a couple of minor issues- there was some dust in the tub that we had to wipe up, and the view from our balcony was mostly blocked by a Palo Verde tree that was right next to the building, so that was a shame. The toilet seat was also really heavy and loud, and the door from the outside into the room was pretty difficult to open. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and out.

My partner and I went here this past weekend for our anniversary. The room was beautiful however our view was completely blocked by an overgrown tree. The resort is huge and lovely. The only thing we had a problem with was the other guests. It had been a long time since we had gotten looks while in public together. Everywhere we went in the resort we received looks from the other guests when we were displaying affection such as holding hands. The place was filled with rich white people who seemed to be quite conservative. We also had to deal with lots of drunk people roaming the halls at night and hogging the hot tub.

If you go checkout the observation tower, an amazing view of the city. There is also a great lookout point on the trails. We had wanted to do some hiking but all their paths are actually just sidewalks. On Saturday night they played a movie at the pool for the kids. The sound echoed throughout the resort and kinda ruined the mood when we were sitting up on the lookout watching the sunset.

The staff is amazing, especially if you treat them like actual people.
