We wanted to spend a nice evening with "Chef Thomas" as a family, a total of 6 people!
Unfortunately, this ended disastrously!
We ordered the food, unfortunately it was no longer possible to get all the dishes on offer, including fries as a side dish. We are talking about a time around 8 p.m.
After 80 minutes we left without eating after we were told that it would take about 30 minutes, which is normally not a problem. We paid the bill for the drinks consumed and wanted to leave the shop.
When leaving the restaurant, Chef Thomas wanted to stand in our way and lock the door to prevent us from leaving. After extensive discussion we were "allowed to leave the restaurant for this time".
The cook seems hopelessly overwhelmed due to the approx. 50 possible seats, which is also understandable since no cook alone can prepare this number of dishes in a reasonable time. The problem with this is that he obviously cannot admit this, as others have reported before us. Even though the food at the neighboring tables looked visually inviting, we ultimately didn't eat anything.
The restaurant was also only half full for our visit. I don't want to know how long to wait when it's season.
A kitchen aid is more than imperative.
The ambience may be cozy inside but in the "outside" which is in the shopping mall it takes a lot of getting used to. It was cold and unfortunately even a radiant heater could not remedy the situation.
The card looks like from a cheap beach hut. If you advertise yourself and your shop in this way, you can also expect an optically inviting card and not like in a French fry. You lose the desire to order directly.
