There is no option to left zero rating, otherwise I would have given this. I placed the order 3 weeks ago and supposed to receive it in 5 days. When I enquired after a week then they notified me that the item has been damaged and will redeliver again. I never received the item and had to made the refund request. I ordered a luggage and needed it before I travelled away but due to their poor and very bad service I had to buy another one from a shop paying the high price.

One of the handles on my Evora suitcase had started to come away. The product came with a 10 year guarantee. I spoke to CS who requested a photo of damage and within 2 days a replacement suitcase had arrived. Excellent customer service and hassle-free

My order arrived within two days, speedy service. Holdall seems to be of good quality and as described on the company website. Good range of products for the traveler. I chose a holdall to accommodate a foldable walking seat 34 inches long. Works very well.
