So gorgeous! Amazing tub. Better inside than out. The buildings are older and dark. But beautiful scenery. Great food and service!

Recently stayed here for a work event and we had 400 guests. Overwhelmingly disappointed with a number of things. I'll start with the positives, AC worked great un my room, nice golf course, and Sunday brunch has a great selection. Now for the negatives. Sunday brunch is $42 a person with all you can eat and drink beer, mimosa, and bloody Mary's. In the 4 hours of sitting here we only saw our waitress once for a refill and couldn't find her and didn't see her again until the end when she brought the bill. They have a nice little humidor and cigar selection ranging up to about $50 a stick. We grabbed a few and thought we would be able to smoke by the pool or in the back courtyard...WRONG. we were told we had to sit on a small wooden bench set off to a side away from everything and everyone. I'm not sure how or why I'd buy a smoke just to sit away from everyone with no way to hang out and have a drink with it. Another thing was I was told that we could have bring outside drinks to the pool as long as it wasn't glass. I took the courtesy shuttle to the store and got a little cooler and a case of beer. When I came back and sat by the pool i was told by security it wasn't allowed and I'd have to take the beer to my room to drink. What's crazy is later that day i saw people in the pool with their little coolers and security said nothing. We also brought a inflatable flamingo to the pool for company pictures and withing about 10 minutes were told it needed to be deflated and put away. We also had some country music playing and in about 30 minutes were told it needed to be turned off. I placed a breakfast room service order to be delivered at 8am and it didn't show up until after 9a. OVER AN HOUR LATE. One night i went to order room service and they said itd take 2.5 hours to deliver because they were busy. They also have an adult pool where there is o bar so if you want a drink at the pole you have to text them. The beer is $8 plus a $5 deliver fee plus an automatic 20% gratuity. That is a crazy price for 1 beer that still takes 20 minutes to be delivered! I would never stay here again, never recommend it, and cant believe that we'd have such restrictions having 400 guests in the hotel (each of which had a $200 spending stipend provided by our company)

Super cheap for the quality of service and facilities.

I greatly appreciate that ratings for the hotel is seperated from all other acpects of the experience within this resort. The absolute only reason that this rating is 2 stars and not one is due to the staff. The staff is phenomenal and they deserve better than what the have to work with as far as the condition that the hotel is kept in. 'Resort' my foot. There are dents and scratches in the walls from carts and luggage turning corners; the exterior in the back is in disarray and over run, some of the over growth is dead and should be cut back; stains on linens; areas were not wiped down within the room which was 'ready'. Granted...... The view is breath taking; the staff is kind, even sincere; the food was yummy. To visit for a day of fun, lunch, potentially a massage........ Completely worth every $20. But to spend the night there? Not worth its weight in credit debt.

I recently visited your resort for a work event and was completely impressed by your resort. Not only was the staff super friendly and helpful, but the rooms were super clean. Housekeeping was great. The food was great especially the enchiladas! I dont remember our waiter's name but he was so kind. Corey with security made our evening even more memorable. I would never have considered taking a trip here with my family but after this week, I can't wait to show them how awesome the resort is. I look forward to making some more memorable moments here in the wild west!
