A representative form Donato, Minx, Brown, and Poole contacted me in a last minute pinch and asked for an NRA training video to be overnight express mailed to them in time for a deposition. The Agent's name was Jessica Mirales, and she worked for Ashley Menage, and Mark A. Youngjohn.
After a few days, and no response I emailed to confirm receipt. Donato, Minx, Brown, and Poole representative Jessica Mirales first denied receipt of the video, but in another email acknowledged receipt of the requested materials. I sent an invoice for shipping and the cost of the video. I received neither acknowledgment, payment, nor any other type of response. I am a firearms consultant not a charity. Donato, Minx, Brown, and Poole asked me for a favor since they had clearly waited till the last minute to prepare for a deposition and were too late to have materials shipped to them from NRA. They used my good faith gesture and chose to ignore the invoice. Several months and emailed reminders later, I still have not received a single word in response.
This is a poor representation of character, and clearly lacking professional standards, courtesy, or competence one would expect from a reputable law firm. I urge you to consider this before hiring anyone from this firm.
