This place is amazing! I would recommend if you are looking to get pampered. They are very family and pet friendly. At the same time my husband and I came alone this last time and the separate facility for adults gives us the opportunity for a romantic getaway!
Best Sunday brunch in town. Mesquite grill going outside, live music. They have anything you could want.
My friend had a wedding here and it was absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend this place as a resort. Beautiful huge pool, beautiful view of the santa catalina mountains, big t.v. and lounge area with food service. A very relaxing atmosphere.
We had a great day. ...
Everything was nice. ...
We had a nice time seeing the waterfalls, feeding the fish, taking pic during a small trail, great views, my son love the swimming pool with the movie and table tennis. ...
We had a clean huge room and a movie package. ...
All of us had a great time. ...
We enjoyed brunch at the resort, the staff was professional and the food was very delicious. Good variety. The resort itself was beautiful and very pleasant.
Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is a clean, spacious and tucked away gem of a place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but the best part is the beauty that surrounds the place. I always leave feeling refreshed.
Quiet tucked into hillside. Restaurants are nice. They will alter, add, make pretty much anything you would like from the menu. We took items from 3 entrees and made one with the items we selected. Very accommodating
Beautiful landscape, polite service, decent catering
Fantastic Resort with an amazing view. Very relaxing and very comfortable. A great place to stay
Beautiful place. Very clean, staff was very friendly. Grounds were kept immaculant. Well worth the price. Room service was very pricey but the food was really good. We will definitely stay again.
Loews Ventana is always a gorgeous evening to be had. Stunning sunsets, beautiful scenery, and very kind staff.
I wish I could live here. This place is amazing. The views the rooms the food everything. One of the best places to stay in Tucson for sure if you're traveling here and a great place for banquet conventions or weddings.
Great place to spend a weekend. Helpful staff and adequate amenities.
Stayed here for a few days. The rooms feel like a lower end 4 star but the pool is really nice and the food was good. There was a bat on the balcony one night which was pretty cool. It's kind of far away from everything in Tucson, but I liked that. Overall very nice.
just an epic place. ever a let down and they let people host event here 2017 new years party
Great place for for relaxing. Great swimming pool.
The Blues, Brews and BBQs Sunday brunch is not to be missed! Totally worth it!!!
Beautiful landscapes and scenery! The rooms are inviting and comfortable, the dining area is gorgeous. Great place to stay!
My wife and i loved our time here. We were having an issue in the restaurant with the food. But it turned out great because Alex fixed the problem. He came over and right away , listened to our problems and was a real professiomal and fixed the issue. We even saw him the next day and wanted to see if there was anything else he could do. My wife and i also loved the rooms. The bed was great. Wink wink
Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Wonderful stay!
A wonderful place to stay in the foothills of Tucson! Staff, food, and amenities were all first class! Highly recommend!!
It has a southern Biltmore feel to it. Smaller, closer to back up against the mountain. Mostly I want to say the food while expensive was excellent. Best hollandaise sauce on my Eggs Florentine, the Salmon Rillets on toasted bread was perfect. I loved it at night. Wonderful to walk around. Lots of bugs that is normal being next to beautiful water source. I will return.
Great hotel! Staff are really friendly. As with most resort hotels, the food is expensive, but we expected that. One thing we liked was that parking was free...something other Loew's charge for with a daily fee. We loved the fact that this hotel was built in an environmentally conscious way, preserving the 3000 saguaro cactus when they built the hotel. It is somewhat far from main Tucson, but we liked that and didn't mind the extra driving. Walking trail behind hotel to a waterfall is great for nature lovers. We would stay here again.
It's tucked into the foothills of Tucson with a beautiful view over looking downtown. The poolside bar was amazing and great food with fast service. Chef Ken came out and asked us how are meal was going.
My husband and I were celebrating our 19th anniversary here and had such a wonderful experience with the resort and amenities. The staff here is outstanding! McKenzie at the front desk provides the BEST customer service and is truly knowledgeable about the grounds, rooms and activities! This place has it all, beautiful grounds wonderful rooms, and staff who take care of your every need!
Thank you for making our stay at your hotel unforgettable!

We love the views and comforts of this resort. A great place to stay.
Very nice, very friendly, wonderful view and great links. Sharon Stone has a house nearby.
Beautiful location at the foot of a serene desert canyon. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Delicious food, especially the cake and pastries. Nearly perfect!
Love this place. Spectacular views everywhere. Very helpful staff. Relaxing atmosphere
Their Sunday buffet is crazy awesome. Super expensive but they bring in a lot of local places.
Beautiful setting in the foot of Mt. Lemmon. Staff very courteous and helpful.
Food was excellent, staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was beautiful.
Beautiful setting great food, good place for a meeting of 100 or so attendees.
My husband and I always make a point to share at least one Holiday meal with friends here. We choose Christmas this year. The food was AMAZING yesterday. The young lady at the Sushi Bar was so accommodating. Our server sorry trying to find out her name was fantastic. Thank you for another wonderful meal. Teresa & Aron Lockwood
Came here to play tennis with friends. Courts are nice but 2 lights were out on court 1 which is the court we played on. A resort like this should keep up on this type of maintenance.
Gorgeous!! Check out the koi pond and the waterfall trail! And the bath tubs....holy smokes!
Amazing place. Staff is 100% and Aly who works in the dining/bar area is amazing. We were very happy spending a week there this summer.
Sunday lunch was amazing. The room and the side of the resort we stayed on smelled like hot garbage. Bugs covered the hot tubs and were everywhere. The resort is definitely under staffed and its obvious. The staff was very kind and the campus is very beautiful.
Went for the brews, blues, and BBQ brunchand everything was amazing. There was unfortunately a large, and fairly obnoxiously loud group seated near my group, but the service staff made sure that my group was happy and were super attentive.
Amazing property with some great view of he hilltop. Excellence personified!!!
Great hotel. Awesome location, in the middle of some running trails.
Amazing architecture. Gorgeous grounds. Great service. All the personnel very helpful. A great experience overall.
We went here for a work event. The staff was kind and the view gorgeous. Everything seemed clean and safe.
Delicious Sunday brunch. Liked the grilled items made to order. Want your prime rib a little less rare? They will throw a slice on the grill for you to get it to your ideal temperature. Good ribs, with all the sides. Loved all the choices at the salad station too. Seafood station had shrimp, mussles, sushi, etc. Was too full to try the made to order omelette station. Maybe next time.... Nice, shady patio or indoor seating. Live music on the patio. Stunning views in every direction.
Amazing resort, perfect for business functions or a luxurious stay.
It is a nice and luxurious but the acoustic in the rooms for meetings is not very good. The food is normal, nothing fancy or exemplary. The service is mediocre. The place is a little old. I need improvements
Excellent brunch.. everything you could want from fresh seafood to barbeque meats, salads, charcuterie, and made-to-order omelets. Exceptional service from attentive staff.
Beautiful resort, great hospitality, and amazing food. The views are also spectacular, and the pool is relaxation at its finest.
Used to always stay here with my family and considered it one of the best places to stay in Arizona. Highly recommend it.
Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is a most aesthetically pleasing place. It is also quite comfortable. The food is ample and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay at the resort.
Ventana canyon hiking trail trailhead minutes from the resort front door.
Nice looking hotel, very clean. However, giant cobweb in the corner of our room. Went to the front desk to have them remove it, two hours later, nothing. Someone must have went to the room, because all of the lights were on in the room, but the cobweb was still there. No top sheet on the bed! Air conditioning cools by dawn...
Huge resort, good for large meetings or small conventions. Didnt like how the wedding venue is within steps of the pool. Staff was very friendly and every room (except 3 or 4) has a balcony with a city or mountain view
The hotel did not honor our 3 reservations which included the need for a specific handicap room with adjoining room. We were told we would have our needs met by Mary (reservation manager) yet after driving 3 hours and arriving on Dec 23rd with my 92yo father in law (Dr W C Dement) and 60 yo sister in Law in a wheelchair they were not able to accommodate our needs and then proceeded to call the sheriffs to have us leave when we started to raise our voice with our unhappiness. My sons birthday (24th) was ruined and so was our Christmas. My husband and I have stayed there in the past for medical conferences, but we will not be going back. So unprofessional and the hotel clerks were very unsympathetic with our situation. I would not recommend this resort if you have any special needs.
A true desert gem and the only place I'll stay in Tucson!
Very nice facility. Only stayed there one night, but plan on staying here every time I need to stay overnight in Tucson.
Has been and always will be my favorite place for a weekend getaway.
meh. nice bathroom. WiFi sucks, and there is no network jack in the room. there is a "business center" but it costs $.75 per minute to use.
The view from the pool is amazing, rooms are really good and private, staff is so kind and gentle
It's fine, but definitely not worth what they charge.
Great service, the staff is so nice. I would recommend this resort to people.
The room is comfortable, but some rooms might only separated by door from next room, which means sound proof might be a problem. The whole building is like a maze. It took us some efforts to figure it out.
I understand the challenges with the Covid-19 virus and limited services. The Barista Cafe did a great job of providing quality food and beverages.
