The place seemed really low rent. Nothing but sports bars. The place was almost deserted. Went to the pool and that was nice. But literally everything else was terrible and trashy

Very nice helpful staff. A little out of the way and long walks. Not quite the newest equipment unfortunately but great service and access to all mgm areas.
really nice hotel if you don't want to feel as if you're in Vegas
This is generally the go to spot for me in Vegas and have stayed here countless times, but this time it felt a little off. We checked in this past August 2014 for my wedding and had 19 nights booked with 6 - 1 bedroom hotel rooms. The rooms were starting to appear very lived in and there haven't been any changes to the hotel in over 7 years, basically the hotel is starting to show its age. While staying there two separate rooms had issues with the televisions, one was fixed promptly and the second took over 24 hours to fix which was unacceptable. The final complaint that I have is, again this was for my wedding, is that we called for fresh towels; they took quite some time after ordering them so me and my newly wife did as most newly wed couples would do on their honey moon, without getting too descriptive, but prior to this we had put the do not disturb sign on the door- needless to say the hotel employee walked in on me and my new wife consummating our marriage.
The penthouses are a nice room with a good view, whirlpool tub and shower. Bed is a little on the firm side. Long walk to the more stuff to do and restaurants at the MGM grand, but they help with this with the tread mill walk ways, longer walk still to the strip.
Best hotel ever! Wish they had smoking rooms but going outside or casino is fine
Gorgeous hotel, great location, not much else to say. Oh, the breakfast buffet was also quite good, but that's over at MGM Grand, not Signature.
Our suite was excellent, service was excellent, everything was excellent
Clean rooms, quiet on our floor. Only stayed one night, but had no issues at all.
Really nice, pool nice and mellow. Rooms are excellent.
Great New Spot!!!!
Just as nice if not better than the Venetian..
Always a Clean smell not smokey...great hospitality
Check in was at 3 had to wait 4 hours for my room then they gave me wrong keys 3 times then I had to park way somewhere else and walk to where I paid to stay never again worse hotel experience
The worst experience of my life, after a 6 h flight I call the hotel from the airport so they can tell me what tower I am in. 5 minutes later I get to the place and my reservation was canceled. It's been over 2 weeks and my money has not been refunded and also prior to this trip they charge me 3 time more the value of the room and had to deal with refunds for months - DON'T BOOK WITH Them!!
Amazing place without all the noise and smoke of casinos, front desk people great! House keeping people very fast with requests, bathrobes, slippers wine glasses etc, thank you for that! Got an upgrade for $15 per night, to upper penthouse suite , definitely worth it, huge living space very clean I will def be back here, we did not use their pools but daughter and I went to the MGM lazy river instead, lots of people so get there early for loungers.
Delights restaurant was fantastic! Great that the Hotel is located at the end of the strip. Hotel staff was friendly. Gym was nice.....but the weed smell coming through the vents in my room, morning, noon, and night for 5 days was so damn irritating.
Easy access to monorail and strip, very expensive during CES though
Top floor, nice view. Amazing pool with wild river, can get there also drinks & food.
Rooms are clean and bathroom is huge.
Spent there weekend but basically didn t sleep there lol.
Casino downstairs. Is pretty big this hotel. Nice staff & helpfull. No:1
Service was good at the Signature...the casino itself was horrendous won't be coming back
First time staying here. The room had a full kitchen which afforded us to order groceries to the room and save on eating out. Great views, very well appointed room. Only wish they had robes in room, but they will bring up free of charge if you ask.
Nice accommodations. A good alternative to staying in the main Strip hotels.
Booked a suite wit a jetted tub, got a suite wit a handicap accessible shower, so we got 2 stand up showers and BOTH of the shower heads spew water from the sides. The drapes and curtains are electric....n dnt work. Can't close them in the bedroom so I'm woken up to the bright sky early in the morning. Took housekeeping 2 hours to bring dishes to the room after I called AND visited the front desk twice. Parking was full, so we had to park all the way at the MGM main parking n walk thru casino for 15 mins just to get back here n check in.
The Signature Hotel is an awesome place to stay in Vegas. I have stayed several times at the Signature Hotel over the years. 2010, 2012, 2015 and 2018. The first three stays at the hotel were the best. The hotel is one of the nicest, cleanest, roomiest hotels I have ever stay in. In Sept 2015, my wife and I stayed at the hotel. Every time we turned around, someone was fixing something, painting something or cleaning something. Seeing that really impressed my wife and I night after night. The hotel wasn't crowded, noisy or smelly then.
On our last trip, Sept. 2018, a completely different experience. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon at the front entrance guard stack. Everyone and their brother were attempting to enter the property at the same location at the same time to check in from Harmon Avenue. People were CRAZY, trying to turn from Harmon onto the property with several vehicles almost hitting east bound traffic on Harmon and other vehicles waiting in line to enter the property. Several pedestrian nearby were ALMOST hit by the vehicles entering the property. The Hotel needs to have an earlier and/or different check in times to help levitate this dangerous concern and problem.
Waited in line for over an hour to check in. The hotel was very crowded and noisy. We were overcharged for the wrong room. They placed us in a one bedroom for an additional $125 a night. Got to our room which had not been cleaned or serviced from the last guest. The furniture had tears in the fabric and was dated and dirty. The shower didn't produce any hot water or pressure. Half of the lights did not turn on. I had asked for a strip view and received an eastern view instead. Hallway was littered with used room service trays and trash night after night. Before, valet was FAST. Didn't have to wait more that a few minutes dropping off or picking your vehicle. Now, the wait for valet was 10 to 15 minutes at least.
The first three stays at the hotel were the best. This was before the "Top Golf" came into the picture and made the Signature Hotel what it is today. Noisy, very crowded, DANGEROURS and now run down. Way over price rooms of $125 plus resort fee of $42 plus all of the taxes per night. Sorry to see the Signature Hotel turn into the mess it is now. Contacted the manager about the problems and concerns. She was NO help or cared what I had to say. Will be staying at another hotel next time we're in Las Vegas.
Nice hotel, but I don't appreciate being forced to long walks through smoking areas to get to and from my room. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful hotel. Alittle inconvient location, but big clean rooms, wonderful pools and friendly staff
Quick access to the main resort. High standard of finish throughout. Efficient staff. Didn't use exclusive pools. WiFi extremely fast and worked all the time. Stunning views from higher floors. Spacious apartments. Decent soundproofing, even though we overlooked Wet Republic it wasn't too disturbing.
Great room. Friendly, courteous staff. Pricy food and drinks, but that's Vegas! Short 5 to 10 min walk from the strip. Private pools. Would stay here again.
Why in the hell are they doing construction in the morning? So much tile hammering in the room above me I can't stand to even be in the room. Much less sleep. I worked until 2am and this is ridiculous, the staff had no sympathy, just said sorry nothing I can do. Never staying here again.
Second time staying here. I really enjoy that there is no casino here so you're away from all the craziness. In tower one they have a Starbucks which can be very beneficial first thing in the morning after a night out.
Clean, efficient friendly and great location. Would stay again!
First I want to thank Ms. Tanja for the awesome customer service she provided upon check in. I really enjoyed my stay even though it was for one night because I missed my flight. I stayed at the Vdara for five days and it was not pleasant because I had to deal with some housekeeping issues each day I was there. However, upon walking into my room at The Signature, I was relieved of all the stress I had endured for the day. The room was amazing... it was so clean and the bed was the best. I really wish I could have stay here for my entire stay while in Vegas. Whenever I decide to return to Vegas this hotel will be my one and only choice of stay.
Stayed at the Signature in MGM for three nights. I was very impressed with the room. Very spacious, nice view from the balcony, new appliances, and a lovely bathroom. No complaints here!
The rooms are huge and I love the spacious tub! Check-in was fast and friendly. This is a great option for conferences due to say access to the monorail.
I adore this hotel, yeah it could use some serious room face lifts but the one bedroom suite is exactly what you want in Vegas.
Best place to stay in Vegas. Full kitchen in the room, nice pool with bar service, but not crowded at all (you can use all of the three condo pools), no casino, great staff. The gym hotel are awesome.
Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. The suite is nicely appointed and the fixtures and furnishings are great. The bed is ok - not amazing, but not bad. Location is nice and quiet, but getting to and from isn't going to be quite as convenient as a major hotel on the strip.
Room was clean and in good condition. Room service was absolutely horrible!
I would like to say my stay started off Excited pleased and happy until my Last day upon check out! When I was accused of something I did not do by a member of management and staff I was honestly touched to the point I got upset but knew I wasn t wrong after speaking with Laura she rebounded the ball and slam dunked my problem.. She really handled my situation and I m already planning us another trip there for my birthday in August and CANT WAIT TO MEET HER.. MY SPOUSE AND I THANK YOU!!!
Had a good experience here. Not to far from the strip. Didn't care for the parking valet. Was free but took FOREVER. Self parking is free and a nice little 5 min walk away.
Great place to stay for work conferences. Smoke free and you don't have to walk through the casino to get to the MGM conference center. Great views from the towers.
Beautiful view of the mountains as well as the strip! We got to stay one level below the penthouses so fantastic view, really. The room was enormous, clean, and well maintained. It came with a whole kitchen (the buildings used to be live-in tenant). Spent a good night in the Jacuzzi drinking champagne after late night on the strip :]
Service was excellent- head of house very friendly and informative. All three towers are connected which works well for colder weather.
Last day at checkout we were able to leave our luggage with the hotel to travel in Las Vegas freely before our flight that night. We also rented a car on our visit and Valet at the Signature is quick and courteous. Definitely would want to stay here again-was great relief to come back to after a day trip to the Grand Canyon and even walking the strip!
One thing I love about this hotel is how more lowkey it is than the other hotels on the strip, while still being a luxury hotel. I also liked that it isn t directly on the strip itself.
This establishment has almost all the amenities that you need, and also maintains its luxury status. The valet is efficient, and I would say better than most hotels I ve been to. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
Very nice centrally located hotel, not far from the Strip, with nice kitchen, on the 35th floor with a nice view
Disorganized and expensive. Lost my reservation, charged me twice and keep pushing the resolution to other parties. I won't be going to this place ever again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone
Great location for conferneces at MGM but separated a bit from the casino vibe. Great room with plenty of space and great views.
The Signature at MGM Grand is my #1 place to stay at in Vegas. I've stayed at Signature at least 4 - 5 times already, and each time, I get the highest quality of service. The rooms are amazing - I say splurge for the one-bedroom suite. It comes with a separate bedroom and two(!) bathrooms ... and a living room. You can't go wrong. No matter what floor you're on, the balconies are a great escape to the craziness that is Vegas. In addition, this hotel is a non-smoking, non-gambling hotel. It's attached to MGM Grand, so if you're looking to smoke or gamble, MGM is just a few minute walk away (and there's a moving sidewalk for those that don't really want to do much walking). You get all the amenities of MGM Grand in ADDITION to the amenities of Signature. How can you go wrong? Their room service is top notch, with the highest quality being delivered to you at all times. If you're not happy with anything, the staff there will do anything to make it right. All in all, this is where you should stay. It's a bit off-strip, but within walking distance of anything and everything. Prices are generally right, and if it's a tad more than others around ... just think of all the amenities you get here.
the hotel receptionist was very nice, she upgraded us to a balcony suite for free which was super amazing. the room was awesome, we had a beautiful view of las vegas. we didn t have any sort of issues with this hotel
The Signature was a great choice for my stay during a conference at the LVCC. I wanted to stay at a place where I did not have to walk through a smokey casino, yet have easy access to transportation to the LVCC and to the airport. I looked for convenience, clean, comfy, good wi-fi, desk to work. The staff was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The rooms here are great. The beds are soft and the suites are large however the service was terrible and the rooms were not stocked. We had to pay $8 for plastic cutlery because the kitchen suite didn't come with any and an additional $8 for a Cork screw. Every time room service brought anything up there was a crazy fee ontop of the already over priced food and services. We also had a box shipped to the lobby and they charged us an $80 service fee to accept the box. I was not impressed.
The booking process and check in process was great. The parking situation is horrible and they somehow failed to mention that to me and my family. My suite was what I booked however I didn t pay for a toilet that wouldn t flush nor a television that didn t work! When calling to have these issues corrected the people I spoke to acted as if I was bothering them and that s not a good feeling. I will never stay at this property again!
Very nice and clean. My room had a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, stove top, spacious rooms. Short walk to the strip.
Only one small pool for 3 large buildings ... the rest were under construction. Should be nice once done but for now a disappointment for the kids.
I stayed for five nights in a deluxe suit on one of the penthouse floors. Overall a great experience. Big and clean room. Room service and housekeeping were spot on.
You also have access too all that is offered at the MGM grand. It's a indoor hallway connecting them. So it's easy access to one of my favorite things about the MGM - the pool area.
If you book through a booking site there will be a extra "resort charge" to pay at checkout (39.68$ per day).
Very convenient to the MGM conference center. The kitchenette was great to have. Not super helpful staff. I had to order things many times, especially for the kitchenette. When I asked for late checkout they just said its $25. I let them know my friend found out its free if you leave by 12 and they said OK, no charge then. Seemed like a bit of a battle vs. great customer service.
Good room service, nice rooms and amenities , turn down service, obnoxious fro t desk staff
This hotel is Awesome! First time staying here & will definitely stay here next time I come to Vegas. The rooms are laid out like you're royalty with a great view from the balcony. Lazy river is great, just bring your own tube or it'll cost you. Great place to stay!
We booked a staycation for the family for new years eve and were super disappointed to walk into this... especially during a world wide pandemic.
After calling the front desk and asking to be moved. They send someone to check the room. Maintenance and housekeeping show up. They call down and again ask for us to be given a new room. They say, wait we will call back. Again. So 2 hours go by and frustrated, we go downstairs. On the way down we get a call saying we got you a suite for the inconvenience. thank you! We get to the front, they check us in, we get upstairs with luggage and kids to the..... SAME EXACT ROOM. Disappointed after hyping us up with a suite, I just wanna enjoy my hot bath because at least this one is clean...
Two stars for the view...
Absolutely awesome experience ... room was spacious and very clean with everything needed. Service throughout my stay was impeccable
The pools are incredible and the service is awesome
Great place, but don't forget it's valet parking only as no car park. It's a short walk to the MGM casino as there's no casino at the signature
Very clean room, which is most important for me. Employees were fantastic. Probably my favorite place ive stayed in Vegas.
Depends on what company you book with. I've stayed here 6 years now and we're having issues getting things like sheets for the bed, the closet lights don't work, the tv won't turn on, etc.
I have been waiting for my car from valet since 1130 am and now it s 1230 pm and won t even give us an estimate about when our car will be ready!!!
They initially gave us an estimate of 30 min. We have a lunch reservation that we will miss and I have two small children who are going crazy in the lobby for last hour!!!
I even offered to go get my own car! And manager doesn t even show up
What kind of place is this?!?!?!
When I went to complain, they just said sorry, it s just very busy and some workers went on lunch break
Wtf!!!!!
I stayed there from July 24, 2015 until July 27, 2015 to celebrate my 25th anniversary. Since I travel most of the time I've pretty much lived in hotels and have seen many high end ones in many parts of the world. I also specialize in high end customer service. That being said, I can't believe the service we encountered at your beautiful property. From beginning to end I was astounded at the service we experienced. Check in was seamless and easy. The balcony suite on the 15th floor of the 2nd tower was extremely well kept up, clean and supplied a beautiful view of the strip. We had the chance to encounter most of your staff from front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and concierge all the way to the valet drivers and staff. Each and every one of them treated us like royalty and made us feel like they were there just for us. On Sat the 25th our Dinner plans fell through at the last minute and your concierge pulled a magic trick by fitting our party of 5 at Wolfgang Puck MGM. Not only was he able to get us in he also went above and beyond by making a special arrangement for us with the restaurant. The restaurant was a whole other wonderful story with the fantastic service we received with the Task Leader named Robert who happened to take wonderful care of us. This will be another letter I will happily write to them personally. In short, The Signature at MGM has now topped the list as my first and only choice of where to stay when I have to be in Las Vegas. I've already advised all friends and co-workers to stay there and they wouldn't be disappointed. Thank you to your whole staff for the most wonderful weekend I've had a quite a long time.
