Beautiful hotel! A bit of walking from signature to MGM but still very convenient
Excellent rooms, stayed in a one bedroom suite on level 35, view was amazing.
Room is amazing, service is amazing, and location is amazing
So far so good. Staff is great and room is wonderful.
The room is amazing and the service is excellent. Very clean and spacious. Everything is near by and in walking distance.
Very spacious and clean rooms at reasonable prices. Also, great staff and loved the complimentary washer/dryer we needed in emergency.
Super clean. A bit off the strip but a quick trip to MGM via their moving walkways. Highly recommend.
I just came from vacation for my birthday I stayed at the signature from monday to saturday and I must say I was impressed when arrived and saw my suite, but the 2nd day I took a bath in the jacuzzi and when I got out I went to the couch with my towel on and start working on my laptop. I felt something on my back ? Well what I thought was water running down my back was really a bed bug, so my fiance grabed a glass and put the bug in it, I immediately packed up all of our things and called the desk, sent a security gaurd up like he was pest control, they tried to act like I was lying in which I shouldve got my money back and stsyed at a lower end hotel if wanted bed bugs and to be treated bad, so to mske a long story medium they switched my room and today while im back in my hometown working fora hotel casino I received a call from some claim department telling me it was a tick and not a bedbug! Wow,,,,, I said I lady no disrespect but I dont care what was for all the money I spent for 5 days it should'nt be anything wrong. So the next time I go to Las Vegas I will stay at the Trump plaza or somewhere, so disappointed. ......... you live and you learn! Smh.....
Location is nice because you're on the strip so you don't have to travel outward to get to anything which is incredibly nice. Rooms are nice, I am staying in a sweet on floor 20 with some business associates. It has a full kitchen and a pull out queen bed. There is a balcony which has an incredible view overlooking the strip. The bedroom also has a balcony and a fantastic enquire with a Jacuzzi tub. We did have some issues with hot water and no sheets or blankets/pillows for the pull out couch but we got it taken care of by house keeping. The main thing I don't like about the hotel is that it takes you at least 15 to 20 minutes to get anywhere, the hotel is just so large.
Quiet. Large rooms. Off the strip. Low key lobbies. More hotel than casino. Fridge microcenter and stove in room.
This is the best place to stay, it's not crazy busy and it's only like a 10 minutes walk to the MGM and it's all indoors
It was great fast check in
Like the suite very modern look
Nice hotel but a little far from gambling. Room is quiet and laid out nicely. The tub has jacuzzi jets
Every time we come to Las Vegas - we stay at the Signature Towers at the MGM Grand. The rooms are big and clean and have a touch of class. Reception is always attentive and a pleasure to deal with.
Rooms are slightly dated but comfortable. Location is a little walk from MGM and the Strip, so quiet but a little far. Access to MGM pool plus private pools is included which is a huge plus.
From the time I arrived and the next 3 days, I experienced a lot of frustrating moments. Mostly, due to the travel agent who booked my room. Yet, over the next 3 days Justin Ash was patient and provided me solutions along the way. Each time, he managed the situations with poise and a smile.
All of the front desk staff that I interacted with was professional and nice to work with. I don't find this often and I'm glad to see that great customer service is a part of this brand.
Thank you MGM and thank you Justin!
P.S. I had to knock off a star because the suite I was in (and the word from other attendees) had no microwave, coffee pot or refrigerator. That's tough when you're there for 5 days and at a conference that does not serve food or beverage.
The hostess helped me even though we booked through someone else. I wish I had gone through them as my room got cancelled and I was not notified. Thank you for everything.
Checked out the Top Golf behind the pool and had a lot of fun.
Nice suites with kitchenettes, really great staff, a little distance from the strip but easy walk through MGM Grand.
took a 24 hr staycation here. ended up spending around $500 on the room, concert, room service twice , and 10 beers at the pool. we floated around the lazy river, then after the concert ate chicken wings in our giant jucazzi bathtub on the top floor. the staff was so kind and courteous. we were always greated with a smile. definatly will be back. it was worth every penny!
Very clean, professional atmosphere and nice to be situated just outside of all the action. Would definitely return.
Room 6817 I believe. The beds were not comfortable with my back problems. We were meant to stay 3 nights, but left after 1 night. 4 stars because of the awesome customer service. Desk staff was so kind and understanding. They did not give us any trouble about cutting our stay short and helped us find a room at another mlife hotel.
Service was great and had a good overall experience.
Amazing stay. Clean and comfortable room. Brilliant view of the strip from balcony. Pool was lovely also.
I've been to Vegas many times but never stayed at The Signature at MGM Grand. I really loved the hotel. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The suite rooms are very spacious and have their own mini kitchen to prepare meals if you choose, two bathrooms, a balcony, and 2 nice size TV's. Id recommend anyone coming to Vegas to Stay at The Signature. Its not directly on the strip, one street over but its very nice. From your balcony you can see everything.
Our stay at the signature was as good as it gets - spacious suites enough for a group of 5, great service and friendly staff.
The hotel was large and clean. Requests from the front desk take a bit of time, the location and price are worth it.
Guest room carpet was dirty. Front desk service was terrible, they talked to us like we were stupid because we didn't know exactly everything worked at the hotel.
I love this place!! There beds are so comfy! I just hate staying in tower 3 when your wearing heels!! Its a little walk to the MGM but still worth the stay there!
Best 2 nights everything was very well cleaned great service with everyone who works here.
Very well recommended!!
The staff members are very friendly. Ericka V who assisted as at check in was awesome! She asked why we were here and we told her it was our first year anniversary. Little did we know, we would be receiving a surprise the next morning with a special aminety to celebrate our anniversary with. That was very thoughtful!! The room is beautiful! She put us up on the 36th floor with a great view! Housekeeping was awesome. Even though it is a little bit of a walk to the MGM grand and the strip, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
Really clean. Really quiet. Nice tub. Bed was a bit stiff. Desk agent didn't really know what he was talking about for a special discount program I'm eligible for. We'll be back there in a couple days for another night. Looking forward to it.
Great room, great service, off the strip and away from the madness. Would stay here again
What I did not like was that nowhere in any info provided on the web did it say there was a pool party (Wet Republic) at the MGM Grand with booming techno music from 11am to 6pm every day and I would hear and feel it in my room. That means you cannot use your room for 7 hours a day. We were on the 28th floor and the music rattled the entire room, especially on Fri, Sat, and Sun.
Be careful booking - if you do not book with the hotel directly you are booking with LSI Property Management. Our dealings with them were much less than favorable. I called them regarding the noise and their short answer was too bad, everyone has pool parties, the room is non-refundable and they were full.
The room overall was good, but needed maintenance and renovation. Everything is extra and some upgrades are not worth the price. Ask lots of questions.
Beautiful and comfortable rooms with amazing views and amenities
The Signature at MGM Grand offers a relief from the fast paced, in your face side of Vegas that's ever present in many other hotels. Bring connected to the MGM Grand, you're within a few minutes walk of the MGM shops, dining and casino. The quality of the room was very nice, along with the helpful staff. A hidden perk, or perhaps just luck, but I didn't have to deal with the 3am drunken hall crawlers as I have at many other places. I'll gladly stay at the signature on my next trip to Vegas.
Very comfortable rooms, price point is normal for the area...downside no bar that I've seen Mon thru Wed...
MGM, you do not need to say much ... We stayed at Tower 3 of The Signature, the hotel has very large rooms with well kept and good amenities. We had a kitchenette and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The bed was the most comfortable we had until now ..
Very nice rooms and great views. Good place to take a break from the casinos.
Hotel was excellent, rooms, amenity and facility was awesome.
Been staying here for like 2 years now. It's been one of the best places I ever stayed at. Excellent service and staff. Their professionalism go beyond all other hotels. Great place to stay
My stay was excellent. I had a balcony that had great views. And a jacuzzi tub in my room
Lvlup bar in the mgm is great. Video and bar games. Machine ate our money and a tech came out and fixed it very fast.
Beautiful and calm! A gentle ease that gets you away from the overall tourist hysteria while still be just a short walk from the strip and marvelous MGM attractions!
We stayed in a lovely, HUGE suite with the help of our awesome travel agent.
One of the worst places you could to decide to stay at in Vegas. No amenities, trashy and unkept interior looks like it hasn't been updated in thirty years. The "complementary valet service is the only way you can park at this motel and they fill up half the times leaving you to find your own parking. How convenient. There is no reason to stay here.
I have been a guest at this hotel for a good 10 years. At the time, I decided because of the small kitchenette in the junior suite, as I honestly don't feel like getting dressed every morning for breakfast.
But first the essentials. The hotel consists of three towers, each tower has its own pool and reception. When you enter the hotel there is a special scent in the air that you encounter again and again, very pleasant. There is no casino in any of the towers (you can't believe how quiet a hotel is without a casino). That's another reason why I always spend my vacation here. Nevertheless, you don't have to do without the fun in the casino, all three towers are connected to the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino via a glass tunnel. Third reason: the hotel can be easily reached via Koval Street and therefore does not have to be via Las Vegas Blvd.
Room furnishings: with a good 50 square meters, the rooms are very large. As already written, a kitchenette is part of the equipment with a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, two hotplates and a microwave. If something is missing from the kitchen utensils, just let the reception know. There is also a table with two chairs for dining and a sofa for chilling out. In the bathroom there is a jacuzzi in addition to the large shower, you don't have to bring a hairdryer and the toilets are in a separee with a door. There is also enough storage space for your clothes and other purchases in the outlets! Anyone who doesn't feel comfortable here is clearly doing something wrong.
Fabulous hotel with excellent rooms. Only downsize is Tower 3 which is a 10-15 walk to MGM, but you ll need to do that to burn the 2000 calories per meal that you will inevitably consume!
One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in, and for a very competitive price. Not far at all from the strip, and has a moving walkway to the MGM Grand. Service was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good about it!
My goto favorite place on the strip. Get to use the pool at MGM and has a much nicer rooms. Great location, and you don't have to walk through a casino to get to your room.
Quality hotel connected to MGM Grand. Good views and nice rooms.
Always so clean, accommodating, easily accessible and professional.
By far the best off the strip hotel in Vegas. Try and stay in Tower 1 though otherwise the walk to the Grand gets old very quick.
Very nice rooms. Kind of far walk to the casino and the strip compared if you just stayed in the MGM Grand..but it's all connected without having to venture outside.
Love the rooms, the towers are away from the strip, with 3 fitness centers to use. Bar, Starbucks, and Deli food all located within the 3 tower area
No smoking! Location is great, not far off the strip and close to the monorail. Clean room and spacious bathroom... No complaints here
Having a blast. In one of the PH at this Hotel and the view is very nice. Balcony view
The best hotel I stayed at in las Vegas the staff was top notch management best around valet walked around to check on us and bring us water lots of good choices vary clean good views wonderful pools hotel is very quiet indoor walk way to mgm Grand only 3 min walk has moving sidewalks buffet at the MGM Grand was great we will be back THANKS TO THE STAFF. AT TOWER 1
It's a bit of a walk and you'll want to stay in tower 1, but nice size rooms and a little quieter
