The Signature at MGM Grand Reviews

Our penthouse suite (32nd floor) was really nice and spacious, and the staff were very courteous as well. The location is also very convenient, being close to the strip and having indoor access to the MGM casino.

Very nice rooms. Had an issue at check in and the staff wad great at sorting it out. I even got an upgrade for the mix up! Been here a couple of times and it will be a regular place now!

This place Book next getting away but have on your walking shoes it's kind of far away from the strip but you're still with it

Nice hotel even though it's a ways from the strip. Rooms are spacious and set up like condos/apartments (including a full fridge and kitchen). Away from the action on the strip, which is both a pro and a con depending on what you prefer.

This is my favorite resort this trip out. The resort is super luxurious. The staff are kind and courteous. We were treated like the prodigal son who had returned home. Nothing bust the best was offered to us. Although each tower has its own pool, my favorite was tower 1. The weather was low 70's and breezy. The pool was genuinely warm and inviting. I didn't want to get out. So relaxing.

The rooms here are great. Way better than most ofbthe standard rooms on the strip. There is a stove and a microwave with a fridge that is not a mini bar so you can actually use it if you want. The bathroom is awesome. Very large with a TV. The shower is amazing also. There is a restaurant on the bottom floor that sells some great food. The bar staff is cool. The Starbucks is overpriced even for the strip so beware. The hotel staff is nice. The only thing to complain about is that it is a good walk to the strip. There is a pathway in the hotel you can take but it's still anger walk. Bottom line this is great place to stay.

Booked through airBnB. Room did not have the view that was described in the booking but the room has all the amenities it claimed.

Very pretty hotel. The view from the higher floors are amazing. The staff at the front desk is very attentive and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, well decorated, and include all the amenities of a reputable hotel plus a spa tub in the bathroom which is amazing and a mini TV on the bathroom countertop where you can tune some relaxing nature videos while you enjoy the spa. Also the hotel provides in every room a little bag with hand sanitizer and 2 masks with the logo of the hotel printed. During this time of pandemic all rooms are sanitized, cleaned and sealed for your safety. I liked my stay here. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the staff was nice, however to doors to the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything outside them. The pool closes at 5 when it's no summer, which is a little ridiculous because you can't use the hot tub either... There is no breakfast, etc. And there are no restaurants other than a Starbucks that closes early. There is no self park. It's away from the strip and neat the mall so I did like that, but I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the other reasons above.

Great hotel, awesome amenities. Good for people wanting to get away from the main casino crowd and just want a nice hotel room to stay in, but still want to be close enough to where all the good stuff is on the strip.

Try and stay in tower 1, otherwise you'll be walking forever to the other towers from MGM or the strip

I went to the pool to hang out with some friends. Not really too much else to explain but I do however recommend the lazy river.

This Hotel is very nice and luxurious, the room was very spacious and the bathroom was really roomy as well. I liked how the bathroom had a big spa tub and shower separate and a two sink counter. It had a small TV in bathroom as well as a phone next to the toilet . The room came with a small kitchen area for example a stove microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker . And it also had a big TV in room and big comfortable bed , it also had a couch that came with a pull out bed for guests. The vallet parking was free and the hotel was gated .

Absolutely beautiful hotel! This has become my standard of excellence in Las Vegas! Huge room. Amazing pool. Free WiFi. Easy access to MGM Grand via an air conditioned walkway. Great views from the higher floors. I definitely plan on going back in the future!

Beautiful Suite and great service! When we stayed there, the elevators were not working perfectly (stopped on every floor and our room were on one of the top floors) but they fixed it within a day. We requested robes and received them within ten minutes. They were obviously used often before but very comfortable and I loved the view!

Every time we come to Vegas we stay here cuz their service is awesome, the rooms are nice and it's right next to everything.

The beds are great the gym is great. The room offers everything you might need at a hotel for an enjoyable stay. Fridge, microwave etc. My toilet got clogged and it was fixed. Great service.

The experience I have had for MOM and Signature was great. The service was Goodman the dining experience was wonderful. The rooms were clan and large and just a great over all experience.

Superb comfort and a coziness that isn't necessarily expected in Vegas.

The hotel is great. The staff is really nice. Only issue was that there were far too many children in the tower 1 which is suoposed to be 21 and over only.

We stayed at the Luxury Suites, which The Signature helps manage, so you use their check-in and can also use the valet parking. It's a little confusing at first, but overall it seems like a smooth operation. The suite itself was nice and included a little kitchenette. Great location that was really close to some cool hotels/casinos.

Perfect place to stay for any type of Vegas vacation.

Very nice rooms. A little older but very comfortable. More like an apartment or condo than a traditional hotel room at a casino. A small kitchenette and fridge are provided so it's not a solely minibar experience.

Front desk receptionist suck when checking in and the elevator stops on every floor that was irritating other than that the place was really nice and clean.

We had a blast in Vegas on a 5 day trip in February 2020 just a few weeks before the globe went into meltdown. I was loving this hotel but one thing miffed me in particular. I would regularly smoke on the balcony in our room even conversing with the room cleaner on two occasions and not once did she mention it was forbidden. It wasn't until we checked out and got the $500 fine did I realize. I wasn't too disgruntled about it but I'd expect the cleaner to at least inform me or find a letter under the door telling me to stop as we made the booking at very short notice. Either way. It's a nice hotel just don't assume a balcony means you can smoke as I did and often do.

Property was beautiful and just slightly removed from the Strip's hustling atmosphere. Everyone we met from The Signature throughout our visit was friendly and helpful, but also down-to-earth, which was unexpected! Great tips on place to eat during our stay. We would be very happy to visit again.

Nice room. Staff is nice. Tower 1 pool was closed which is a bummer since it is the adult pool. Cabana price for tower 3 pool is the best rate. Overall nice hotel and would consider staying here again.

I had a good experience staying here. Everything felt new and clean. Location was convenient too. Theres a connected monorail station. MGM Grand is connected too.

Are room was ran down. Holes in the furniture, stains on the chairs, and the wood on the chairs was chipped. There was also food on the floor from the last guest. The in-laws also had a room. There was beer in the freezer and food on the floor from the last guest.

After coming back of a nice day out the valet parking was full. We had to park at MGM Grand and walk back the mile. We walked outside because no one told us it was all connected underneath. I complained and was comped 100.00 for diner. The person gave us a list of places we could use it. We went to do and was told that it was not useable at that restaurant. Very frustrating.

Needless to say, we will no long be staying with the Signature.

Room is clean, private, can't hear any weird noises (you know what I mean). Staff is great, very polite and professional. My only problem is parking. They have valet parking, but I prefer self, so now I have to wait 5-10 min. for my car, and tip $1-$2 every time. It is not mandatory, however I felt I should tip valet drivers if I wanted my car out faster.

Great place to stay for a longer weekend, rooms have fridge and microwaves. Clean and friendly. My only issue was on two different occasions we came back to our room and the door was ajar nothing was stolen, the first time we thought we just didn't close it properly but the second time we knew we closed the door. Also watch your toes on the doors from the mgm casino.

Very nice building. Service was impeccable. Lots to do, and the machines are well maintained. Would definitely go back should I visit Vegas. The Lazy River seemed like a lot of fun, disappointed I didn't get to go this time around. Just wish there were more signs pointing to the exit.

Decent hotel near the strip and connected to the MGM Grand. Spacious and comfortable rooms also equipped with a small kitchenette and a terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit old style furniture.

It is fine. The facilities, the pool, the room.... all just fine. The location is fine too, in that it is behind the MGM Grand, but it takes 10 minutes just to walk there, and longer to actually get to the strip. No parking, but they have valet service. The Signature charges a premium for their rooms (plus a resort fee, which should be a joke but unfortunately it is not) but I find it hard to justify.

Rooms are lovely, sofa bed could be comfier, wish the pool was open later than 5pm, staff extremely friendly and helpful, kitchenette in room is nice.

A world-class Hotel. I very much enjoyed my stay here. we splurged a bit to get a suite here because we had spent the last few days hiking and kayaking and wanted to relax in a very nice, elegant hotel or we could pamper ourselves for a bit and relax before we start the work week again. The location is Central and walking distance to everything downtown. The service is impeccable. The rooms or large and spacious with two bathrooms. When you're tired of all the glitz, glamour, and noise, the rooms were a welcome oasis.

Room was very clean and spacious. Love the kitchenette with the fridge and the microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay overall.
