Best place to stay in Vegas when you consider location, price, free parking I don't think you can do better.

The room was beautiful and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I slept like a log. I love that all of the entertainment, food, and shopping was right at my fingertips. Great stay. I will come again!

Great hotel with nice spacious suites. The connection to the MGM makes it a one stop shop for everything. Great pool, restaurants and night life.

Went there for gambling, drinks and dancing. Fun place to party after the NFR (rodeo)

Really enjoyed the suite. Very nice, quite roomy and bathroom was large enough. Fantastic atmosphere.

First off when I checked in, they told me my room wasnt ready. The people at the front desk told me that they would call, or text me when it was ready. I never got that call or text. I waited 3 1/2 hours. I went to the front desk, they said it had been ready for over 2 hours. Ive been here 3 nights and not once has any one come by to clean the room even though I called the front desk and asked them twice. You only get one chanse to make a first impression and this was a bad one. I'll try another resort next time I come, but I cant recomend this place to any one.

Nice and peaceful. Close to the strip...if you want to be overwhelmed and over-stimulate.

We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! We had a great view of the main strip and the room was very clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Best place to stay in Vegas, Non smoking, Non gaming. Off the Strip but still close enough to the action, connected to MGM Grand. Service is Second to None, Rooms and Property are very clean.

Nice mini suites, with whirlpool tubs. Not directly on the strip, so it tends to be more mellow. Great service and helpful staff. Valet parking only.

Prime location, great views from the bedroom and balcony, and staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Nearly everything about this place is great. The price is the same as the MGM but the rooms are newer and nicer. Easy access to the MGM pool. Located near the strip and tucked away from the busy casino floor. The service staff are great.

Absolutely blown away by the staffs level of service here. Booked a holiday trip with the in-laws and felt like a king the entire length of the stay. Highly recommended. I d give more stars if I could!!!!

The whole reason we spent $500 to stay here? Reviews of the pool were fantastic. Except they close at 7 PM!!!! Our kids were super excited to go for a swim after dinner. Instead we got a crying 6 year old. 3 pools... none for us.

The hotel had trouble issuing keys, so i am waiting for security to come & open my door, for a room that i paid in advanced & to top it off i was charged 285, for incidentals & resorts fees, but waiting in a hallway on the floor until security can come & unlock door.

This place is huge be prepared to do alot of walking great atmosphere good food free entertainment

We love the Signature Towers. We have stayed here many times........ That being said, after being closed for 2 1/2 months, not much prep was done on the rooms prior to opening.... dead moths all over the room, in the fridge and freezer, garbage disposal broken, rooms looking aged... sad.... they are letting them slip to this. In addition, the endless, pervasive weed smoke shows that this place is really slipping....

It's located off the strip, behind the MGM Grand, and is a short walk to the main strip. The place is very clean with an upscale modernized interior decor. The rooms/suites are larger than a regular hotel room and the beds are comfortable. The staff are courteous and professional. There are more than enough amenities including a separate pool area for each of the three buildings. The MGM Signature is connected to the MGM Grand and as a Signature guest you have access to the Grand amenities. A Plus Plus for me is that the Signature doesn't have a casino so, I didn't have to walk through anyone's smoke and it's a more quieter atmosphere.

The rooms here at MGM Grand are very good. The location of the building is great because it isn't too loud during the night. The valet service is great as well, everyone on the valet staff is very helpful; they're very nice people.

Checkin was a little slow. Key didn't work the first time. Amenities are spread across the property. Nice facilities. No casino.

Nice rooms but crappy service. My television didn't work and the engineer never showed up to fix it- I expected more

The buffet was really good and the pool was clean. Lots to do here.

I stayed in tower two facing the airport. 20th floor room 702. The room was very clean and well appointed. It also had a kitchenet which was nice. If I had one thing that I would request was to be able to "borrow" kitchen utensils so I wouldn't have to buy them or bring my own. We met the housekeeping lady who was very pleasant and thorough. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding apartments, with luxury and ammenities way above their price. Plus: you have access to everything inside the MGM complexo. Best Strip option if you can afford it.

Unfortunately for me I left Brand New Lanza Shampoo/Conditioner and toner I paid $187 for those three items I checked out and I called so I could retrieve these items the same day, they stated they throw everything away. I m disappointed that they were of no help, had poor customer service I will never return there.

Immaculately clean rooms and outstanding spaciousness. I wanted to point out a particular employee, Jemirth Sison, who was delightfully gracious and courteous. His presence turned our stay from okay to outstanding. Had the time to show me the room upon check-in and had a moment to answer all my many questions. This hotel is worth the higher room rate as the furnishings are updated and for the higher level of services.

Nice quite hotel, as an alternative to MGM Grand. This is not open to tourists, so will feel a bit more private. But is smaller and you will have to get a short walk inside a tunnel to MGM Grand to have most big hotel amenities.

I loved the smell of each tower. Staff was amazing I will definitely book here again.

Love love love this hotel! We got the 1br balcony suite and there was so much room we actually wanted to spend time in the room. Room service was nice (we had a pizza) and we got extra plates for leftovers. Free valet. 2 bathrooms. A great vanity for getting ready and affordable price, its my new fave hotel.

Everything is fine except the lobby fragrance is a bit strong in smell.

Guest services was kind to inform me that the owner of the room "might" have taken his/her table lamp away. Thanks for the info and NOT offering to bring one up. Had a dark romantic atmosphere w my dad. Only have king size beds in all of the rooms. No info of this anyway when booking the room. Hit or miss as this was in tower 1 & had a perfectly good room in tower 3 prior. Only valet parking available, no self parking.

Great rooms! Very comfortable, small kitchenette, large room

Valet service was horribly understaffed and backed up. Some people had to wait 2-3hours for their car. Hotel manager was in hiding!!?!. Refusing to comment

I hate that they put water bottles but with a tag that says they charge $15 dollars plus taxes. They tried to get all the money they can from you. Other than that very clean my room had a stove and refrigerator. It was really clean with a big bathtub though water smell a lot like bleach the food they give you Is really nasty I don t recommend it.

My wife and I came here for a quick getaway. The stay was great, hotel is easy to get in and out of without the hustle and bustle of the casino. Smaller more intimate pools were nice to just lounge and read a magazine. If you want the busy action of loud music and the like, the MGM pool is a short walk away. The one note I will have is that the walk from Tower 3 to the Casino is a bit excessive for when you do want to go. Other than that, it was great. Next time likely try for a different tower.

what a great place to stay, room was just what we needed and had the space and amenities required, was clean and well looked after. reception was professional and willing to assist when needed which assisted in an overall great stay and would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay close to the strip but far enough away to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Las Vegas.

The hotel is lovely although the signature does look a bit dated in places. The people are on the whole lovely and polite the only gripe I would have is that finding your way around is tricky but I think that's a Vegas thing.

Room was perfect as usual. Check-in was awkward, as we had made some calls ahead regarding placement due to disabilities and adjacent rooms. These were not quite met, and when we asked reception, he found three rooms and almost moved us to 11th floor, even though we had paid for high floor.

Clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed but volume on television keeps going out.

The room was very clean, and room service provided blankets and towels on command. I especially loved the huge mirror in the bathroom. Buffet was scrumptious and quick to serve. I liked that the hotel was right at the beginning of the strip so everything was figuratively at my fingertips. Overall a fantastic experience at a decent price.

Further from the strip than we expected, but there is an air conditioned walkway the entire way to the MGM Grand from the signature so it's not too bad. It makes up for it by being a lot more quiet. You also get a kitchenette and each tower has a small pool with bar. Overall, a great stay.

What a view! Just off the strip 3 golden towers shoot to the sky! We (a family of four) checked in to an one bedroom balcony suite on the 25th floor. (With a strip view) the room is great! Two bathrooms and a big jacuzzi next to the shower. Every tower has its own pool area and you can also use mgm grands pool area! It has a nice lazy river and tons of free beds (but no umbrellas) if you want an umbrella you need to open your wallet and book a bed! In July your best bet is to stay in the pool.

Nice hotel that's clean and relatively quiet. Not a lot of food options, but it's a close walk to MGM Grand.

Missing COVID approved masks in the Tower 2 lobby refilled at a leisurely pace when I made the request and waited by the dispenser. Glad Signature is following the decision on face masks MGM Resorts International just made. TVs do not have the ability to receive a video wirelessly. Items double the price in gift shop. Starbucks won't accept reward points and it s not clear if they do happy hour either. Long walk to the strip - plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, attractions and casino sections to pass by. The saving grace is the gourmet cafe in Tower 2 but I do wish they would use silverware. No room service right now. I couldn t trust my expensive package would be delivered safely once I found out Front Desk does not call to alert you of its arrival. You try your luck. I didn t want to get into it. The mask dispensers are gone. I find it a bit rich that front desk is blaming guests for taking too many. How much did the masks cost you? You were shut for months. You must have stocked up. This is not very hospitable of you.

24 hour front desk. The 900 sq ft 1 br 2ba apartment is spacious and well appointed, if a bit corporate executive-y. Good view of the strip.

Great stay. The rooms are very nice and for a good price. I like the fact that they have a mini kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

They canceled my reservation a without notice because a previous guest had and extended stay. They were not able to accommodate me in the same tower because they were completely booked. Instead they put me in a tower that was inconveniently far from everything.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed here August 2019 and this place did not disappoint. Rooms clean. The pools were very well maintained. Kid friendly environment.
