Great stay absolutely loved it. It was my first time in Vegas and the stay was pleasant. Not sure if it was only my tv but there was no thing else rather than regular tv channels. Would of loved to have a tv where I can watch Netflix while the wifey gets ready to go out...lol
Other than that, we both loved the suite.

The Signature at MGM Grand is a HUGE three tower resort. For about the price of $135 a night I had this nice sized junior suite complete with big shower and deep 2-person jacuzzi tub. Currently it's a little chilly in Vegas so the outdoor pools did not appeal to me. Within The Signature, I found one bar, one Starbucks, and one breakfast/lunch restaurant. it's a bit of a hike but there are a couple of moving conveyor belts that can show you all the way over to the MGM Grand resort which has more bars and eateries to choose from along with the casino. The strip is about two blocks away with a 24hr Buffalo Wild Wings in the middle of your journey for sustenance.

We've really enjoyed the signature at MGM grand. We did run into snags checking in. These were resolved. The room itself is great. Wifi is free. One minor downside is we're about a fifteen minute walk from the strip.

Disappointed. Signature guests don't have access to the large mgm resorts swimming pool anymore (which was not advertised when we booked), but it gets better, they only opened 2 of their little swimming pools which are overbooked for the day and close at 5pm. Absolute joke. Don't bring kids. Las vegas is not prepared to open up again.

The rooms seem clean and simple enough for the amenities you get for the price you pay. Since these are full suites, they come with a small stove top and refrigerator. You can also connect two rooms together if you have a group or family that would need two rooms. The other thing to remember is that this place simulates a gated community and requires you to go through a security guard. They only have valet parking and you have to get a permit for your car, and prove that you're a registered guest to get this permit. Other than that, there aren't any issues with ride share services, but imo the valet service could be more professional since that's the only option here.

This hotel beats the main MGM Grand. The rooms are spectacular and very luxurious. I got the Balcony Suite and it was amazing. The view they gave me over looked the entire strip and it was at a really high floor. Will definitely book at The Signature at MGM. To top it off they offer complimentary valet!! Nothing beats thats.

My son's eyes were seriously burnt by the pool and its chemical levels. When I reported they said it happens at time and now we sit on vacation in a room with my son's eye red burning and he is dealing with blurry vision. The rooms excellent the location ideal just don't use the amenities the staff obviously lacks the pride to maintain a top notch facility.

We had booked our room months in advance! But when we learned that we were getting married, we were outclassed! From Tower 2 to Tower 1 for a room with balcony! Very good value for money ! 20/20 for the reception! Bubble bath, kitchenette, beautiful TV facing the bed with a great sound system! We recommend !

Rooms were excellent and very close to the main MGM pool. We stayed in tower 1 and it was 5 minutes walk from the room to the our chairs along the lazy river. Cleanliness of the rooms was superb and the in room sink, fridge, and stove were welcome aditions. One of the nicer rooms I have stayed in, not just in LV.

The television was broken in our room that they never fixed. I was stuck on the 9th floor because the elevators goes to the highest floor first. They were to crowded to get on at checkout time.

When we got there, the room we booked was not available. They upgraded us to a penthouse suite with a lovely view. The room was amazing. The staff was great. Though technically not on the strip, you can directly walk into MGM Grand which is.

Very disappointed this time with hotel. Had 2 suites with mini kitchens and nothing provided in kitchen. No cutlery, dishes or saucepan. Had microwave and cook top with sink but no way to use any of it. Coffee machine in room with 2 paper cups only. When asked at front desk was told due to hygiene. Due to cost cutting more like. Also charged a bond of $100 per night which was deducted from credit card at check in.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, perfect for small families, with microwaves, electric stoves, small refrigerators, large jacuzzi, stereo audio and video TV.
Separated from the casino, the quiet residence has a heated pool and a nice view.
The gate guards severely care about the entry and exit of the people, the counter staff is very enthusiastic, and the parking for the valet is completely free.
A true five-star hotel.

Will definitely stay here again! Penthouse rooms are awesome! I think the best bed I've ever slept in all of Vegas! I truly didn't want to get out if bed. I think I needed to catch up on my sleep but I really enjoyed the suite. A plus was the Jacuzzi tub in it.

Compared to other hotels on the Strip still free parking available. No long queues at check-in, friendly staff. Rooms are great and spacious. Bathroom includes shower and jacuzzi. Bed was very comfortable and you didn't hear any other guests next to you or upstairs like in other hotels/motels.

The towers are a fantastic get away from the MGM Grand main-stay. Only a few strides away you'll find the towers. Each one is smoke-free and very clean. I highly recommend staying here if you.eant an affordable 1 bedroom suite (with a HUGE jacuzzi, too) but still want to be close to the Strip.

The horrible customer service is what makes this a...

The horrible customer service is what makes this a 1-star hotel. Before arriving to the hotel, I spoke with numerous reservation reps to ensure everything was in line with expectations before arrival. I requested a high floor room with a strip view and was told that I would be able to get that if there was availability. When I arrived to check in at around 3:00pm, I think I was given the normal up-sell chat. If you want a middle floor, that will be $10 more per night, if you want a high floor, that will be $20 more per night. From speaking with the reservation reps, they never once told me that any of this would be an extra charge. They only said that if it was available, I would be able to get it. After some arguing with the check-in person, and having to involve a manager, we were able to get a room on floor 23. During this conversation, I made a request for extra towels, coffee, and the sofa bed to be made up and I saw the lady write all this stuff down. We go to the room to drop off our bags and then head out for the afternoon around Vegas. We come back like 6-7 hours later, ready for showers and bed, and realize that none of our requests at check-in were completed. I call down and request these items for a 2nd time. Forty minutes go by and we still don't see or hear from anyone. I call down again and speak with the manager and he says he sees the request and someone should be on the way. Finally, someone from housekeeping shows up and he is possibly the rudest, most unhappy hotel employee I've ever witnessed. He gets the sofa bed made and we ask for a 2nd pillow for that bed and he looks at me like I have 2 heads. He says, we only put 1 pillow on the sofa bed. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I don't care how many you usually put, if a guest asks for another one, just give it to them. The bed is made up incorrectly, so we must take it apart and completely redo it. Another night during our stay, we stopped by the front desk, on our way in for the night to ask for more towels, seeing how long it took to get them in the past. Of course we were told that we must have them sent up. So, we go to the room and 30+ minutes go by and still no towels...AGAIN!

Back to the first night, when I go to get in the bed that's in the bedroom, I always check to ensure the sheets cover the entire mattress, because I don't want my feet touching the nasty mattress pad. Of course, the sheets do not cover the whole mattress and the pics attached show this. So now I must take everything off this bed and remake it too.

One thing I forgot to mention in the beginning is that we decided to have a delivery from Instacart for things like bottled water, snacks (no refrigeration needed), and some Clorox to clean the jetted tub so we could use it. Since our flight was delayed a bit, I called the hotel before take-off, to see if they could hold the items for us if we were not there in time. I was ensured that this was ok and the hotel would hold them if the name on the order was the same name on the reservation. So, it happens, we aren't at the hotel when the delivery person arrives and he calls me to let me know the hotel will not accept the order. This is after one of their employees told me they would be able to hold the items. While trying to get our luggage at the airport, I'm trying to get in touch with someone at the hotel to get this figured out, but they all say they can't take the items now. Another great way to start the trip with a lot of misinformation given by MGM employees.

On the second day of our stay, I decide to fill the tub with water and the Clorox I purchased, to sanitize the jets and the tub. After doing this and draining the water, there is a layer of disgusting filth that lines the tub, jets, and water intake for the jets. It's just disgusting how much stuff came out of the jets (see pics).

This was a b-day trip for me and my mom's first time in Vegas, yet the hotel completely ignored both of those even though they knew in advance.

Room is spacious and clean. With my credit card program, I got upgrade to signature suite with two full bathroom and one of them has jacuzzi. You also got 3 TV including one in the bathroom. Plus the credit card program got me $100 resort credit and complimentary breakfast -- Life is good here.

A few cons:
No show cap immediately available in the bathroom. Lotion and shampoo looks cheap.
The towel for washing face is not soft at all. Really hurt my skin.
TV is too small in the living room.

This is the Gem of Las Vegas. Its off strip but not far. Has a tunnel to MGM grand or a 1 block walk if you go outside and straight to the strip. Rooms are great . Clean and spacious. Have had issues with various things not working in the room like the jetted tub and the room service TV ordering but was not a big issue. Maintenance was able to fix the tub immediately. Not so much with the TV room service ordering. Place is a secure gated hotel. Several pools and hot tubs are available to use at the three towers and you have access to the Lazy River at the MGM grand, which I highly recommend ! The Cafe on site is a bit spendy but the food is excellent, made to order.

Check-in and check out is easy. Very nice hotel, the rooms are very nice and the pool are great for that summer heat. You get access to all 3 plus the MGM. Couple of minutes from the strip(basically in the strip) makes it easy for access to anything on the strip.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice apartments. Very friendly staff that clearly liked working there (many onboard for 10+ years). Some apartments are probably up for some renovation in 5-10 tops. But the place is nice with local pub and Starbucks in tower 1.

My wife and I just finished our 4 night stay here ...

My wife and I just finished our 4 night stay here and we loved it. While the hotel is a few minutes walk away from the strip, it definitely feels more worth it for the quietness and relaxation away from the destination hotels on the strip like Ballys, Linq, Harrahs, etc. Not too many people walking around, especially loud children. We loved the atmosphere and the rooms. We loved how our room came with a hot tub and tv in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the room itself had plenty of space to walk around and the view itself from the 38th floor balcony strip view was amazing (ask for an upgrade, the staff was very nice and willing to oblige). Do your research and look up youtube videos on the deluxe suite at this hotel to get a better idea of what it looks like. I only posted pictures of the balcony strip view since that's not something you can really find online. The 3 towers are connected to the MGM grand next door via walkway, which would be like a 5-10 minute walk from tower 3. The MGM grand also has a monorail which you can buy daily passes for....we loved that convenience.
As for things we didnt like....really the only things my wife and i didnt like were pool related. We were disappointed that the pools weren't heated and the pool in our tower (tower 3) was seasonally closed. However, you can always use the pools at the MGM grand if anything, which are heated. The lazy river at the MGM grand was also seasonal and only open on the weekend, so we couldnt use it on our trip. Not the end of the world, but we were looking forward to the lazy river. All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff, room, location, price were all beyond satisfactory for us.
