I have been waiting for my car from valet since 11...

I have been waiting for my car from valet since 1130 am and now it s 1230 pm and won t even give us an estimate about when our car will be ready!!!
They initially gave us an estimate of 30 min. We have a lunch reservation that we will miss and I have two small children who are going crazy in the lobby for last hour!!!
I even offered to go get my own car! And manager doesn t even show up
What kind of place is this?!?!?!
When I went to complain, they just said sorry, it s just very busy and some workers went on lunch break
