Dr. William's is my hero, and when I asked him who could help me with a hand problem he sent me to Dr. Sharma, who took very good care of me.

Appointment with Dr Sharma. Whole process very thorough from the taking of my vitals, meeting with the nurse practitioner to the meeting with Dr Sharma. Asked appropriate questions and reviewed x-rays of hip. Look forward to PT at Fit Club. See Dr again in 4 months.

This is the best facility I have been to ever. The staff was wonderful and very caring. They took so good care of before and after surgery. I had such a better experience with them , better than the care I got at the hospital. I would recommend this facility 100 times before the hospital. Great job to all the staff

We started to see Dr. Herron for my sons ankle. He played flag football last summer and turned his ankle wrong and fractured it at the growth plate. They have always been really nice to us when we have been there, even the billing department because our insurance of course doesn't cover everything 100%. So they were really easy to set up a payment process! The nursing staff was great also! They knew how to keep a 10 year old calm and comfortable even through the casting process which can be a little painful depending on how the bone needed to be set. I have read other reviews on Google for their office and I am very shocked that people had a bad experience because I recommend them to anyone that needs to find an orthopedic doctor!!

I really appreciate how Dr Graves and his staff work so tirelessly thru the workcomp maze. They truly do have my best interest at heart. Thank You.

Takes forever to get an appointment! If you want a doctor who won't listen to your problem...go to OCI. If you want to hurt for a long time....go to OCI. If you want to pay your copay and have your insurance billed for a 1 minute exam and get nothing done...go to OCI. If you want a doctor who doesn't care if you have hurt for 7 months and have had a headache for 45 days...go to OCI. The wait times for appointments are ridiculous, then when you wait a month to get it, nothing is done except another appointment 3-4 weeks later.

Dr. Bender is the most personable doctor I have ever seen. He not only makes his patients feel important he treats his staff with the same kindness. Since my visit I have been telling everyone I talk to about how wonderful he is! In addition to his terrific personality, he is a very knowledgeable and competent doctor as well!

Dr Graves is a very professional man. He has a great bedside manner and explains things thoroughly. Highly recommend him for any spine surgery.

Dr. Gordon Allan has been my orthopedic surgeon since May 2001. He has done three surgeries on me in the intervening years: a left hip revision with pelvic bone grafts, a right shoulder partial replacement, & a right hip total replacement.

Dr. Allan is a brilliant & excellent surgeon, who has always looked out for my joint health and overall well-being. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an orthopedic specialist . You can always be assured of his special attention to your particular needs.

Well for starters you'll be lucky to get a call back. Dr. Allen replaced my knee an j guess its dlont ok, he doesnt talk an has zero bed side manner. Front desk is very rude. Left that night after my replacment with only a few pain pills, but heaven forbid dont ask for any more or you'll be considered a drug addict. I'm retired military an they basically didnt want to take my insurance, so that turned into a mess I wouldn't recommend OCI. They just wanna run you in like cattle an get paid. What a dump

Have gone to Dr. Williams since approximately 2013 and could not ask for a better, nicer doctor. Very pleased with him!

Dr Bender is very good at injections and seems to care about my wellbeing.

Dr. Herrin repaired my husbands hip and he was absolutely the best he knew I was scared and came to speak with me after his emergency surgery. And know 4 years later he is doing well .

I was referred to Dr Ludwig for a knee injury. From check in to check out, this office is top notch professional. Dr Ludwig explained my injury, advised me of the arthroscopy procedure he would be doing, informed me of post op expectations. He put both me and my wife at ease. The PA, Kara Pratt, took her time to tell us step by step instructions for events prior to and of surgery day. I also need to mention his nurse...I had explained to her the importance of submitting the physicians notes ASAP for my short term disability. I could tell that I d given her a tall order since they are so busy and she said she would do what she could but couldn t promise. Well, she had them delivered well before the deadline!! Thank you so much for all your help and support.

Dr Herrin reviewed and explained my daughter s condition very through. He made a treatment plan for her and follow up care. He and his staff were friendly and easy to work with

I went to see Dr Van Fleet because I was experiencing extreme pain in my back and had been diagnosed with spinal stenosis. He explained what that meant, what the options were and he was very patient with me with the many questions that I had about what would happen and what would be the possible outcome. The surgery itself went very very well and I'm making a very swift recovery. All in all I would have to say that my experience with Dr Van fleet and OCI in general has been very positive and I would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone who has these kinds of problems.

Dr Bender has always been able to see me pretty quickly and his injections take care of the pain in my neck.

Dr Maender is a great doctor who takes time to listen. Makes recommendations and gets your thoughts. Did my rotator cuff surgery and I did great.

Dr Maender is the best! He is extremely kind and explained everything to me. Couldn t have asked for better!

I've seen Dr. Williams several times and think he is a capable and good doctor. I do like how they have on site MRI and X rays. I gave them a 3 instead of 4 because trying to get a hold of the staff is tough and they charged me $10 to fill out a return to work form. It was a simple form that included maybe 5 very simple lines. When someone is trying to return to work from an injury charging them $10 dollars to complete a simple form is like rubbing salt into a wound. I lost a lot of respect for them at that moment.

Dr Williams has put my mind at ease I feel very comfortable with him. He told me that I would have to have back surgery, and he said I would be fine with it.

I had been getting my shots for 2 years and evidently my insurance informed dr. Frank Bender that if I was not doing physical therapy which they have at their facility that I would not keep receiving my shots I was denied my shots my appointments were canceled through Benders office he did not talk to me about all this so I think that he broke his code of ethics he's in it for the money he didn't like how Insurance paid so thank you oci for putting me through pain I would have gone through physical therapy especially through your office since I would have been there at the same time but evidently my insurance don't pay good enough so ethics took over goodbye oci thanks for nothing

I met Dr.Herrin for the first time and he was fantastic!!! He listened to what I had to say. He answered my questions. He seemed genuinely and sincerely concerned about my health issue! I highly recommend him for anyone needing an orthopedic doctor.

Staff was very friendly polite and professional. Dr. Sharma was great to deal with and explained exactly how everything would go. Even called in person to check up the following day. Would highly recommend him and the entire staff.

Dr. Ludwick gave Medical advice plus gave Rooster shot in left knee. He operated on right knee last year & improved my life 100%.
He also gave much needed Medical advice.

Dr Senica is the best .. she takes time , shows concerns in everyway and makes sure you have the best care possible.. I love her client and Dr relationship .... I am proud to be one of her patients and would definitely refer family and friends!..

Dr VanFleet was very personable and comforting. I was extremely nervous about my surgery having 5 discs replaced in my neck. I feel that he inspired me so much after meeting him and he answered every question without any hesitation and with confidence. I think he could tell that I was very scared and after conversing with him my confidence just grew.I had heard a lot of good thing about him and I feel they were all all right, He is simply the best. He wants me to call him if I have any concerns or questions without hesitation. I truly feel the same about his staff you can tell that they really care about there patient's. Like Doctor like staff, I really appreciate all you done for me. It was extremely difficult not to be able to shake his hand due to the virus so I hope he knows how much respect and thanks I have for him.

My experience with Dr. VanFleet has been exceptional, he exuded such an air of confidence that I ( the patient ) couldn t help but feel good about the outcome.
At each interaction I came away with that same confidence, in my opinion, conveying that feeling of confidence is the best quality a physician can give a patient.

OCI is a great place. Everyone there is very professional & friendly. I've been to Dr. Allen & Dr. Sharma and both a through and caring physicians. I highly recommend OCI.

I did not wait long to see Dr Graves. He was wonderful! He actually had read my chart and knew about my previous surgery.
And, most importantly, he listened to me and gave me time to ask questions.

I asked if he checked the x-ray. He should check all pertinent data. Check the x-ray. Dr van fleet, Important your missing important data.

Even though it took a little bit to see Dr Graves it was well worth the wait. He explained everything so you knew what he was talking about. With a spinal cord problem that s worth a lot. He didn t have to think about what to say because he knew what was going on.

Doctor Church is the best doctor I have ever seen. He cares for his patients and takes good care of them.

Dr Sharman was very thorough. He went over my mri with me abd explained everything. He gave me an examination and then discussed options. He was very helpful with my decision. He is a very kind man.

I saw Dr. Muhlenberg for my knee. I got a shot of cortisone and my knee is noticeably better. Would recommend

The rehab place was Not extremely efficient. I seen many different employees throughout my experience and many of them didn't know what was going on with my case. Did not even get a end of care appointment to see how I progressed. At St John's Athleticare I seen one person the whole time, and was able to easily track my progress as there was re-evaluations periodically.

Not just that, but the other side seemed unimpressed when I did not want a steroid shot at age 29. Not a horrible place, but surely not great.

OCI houses great orthopedic doctors for any need. They re always friendly and organized and tend to the patient first. I ve used two of the partners there and would highly recommend them.

Even though they don t accept the insurance (Meridian recommend Medicaid patients to stay as far away from this provider as possible! NO ONE takes them...) I am stuck with till sometime near the end of the year, DR
Frank Bender and the ORTHOPEDIC CENTER of ILLINOIS on Koke Mill Road in Springfield, are nothing short of phenomenal!! If I don t get the jinsurance referral I need or they need for me to be a patient there, I m going to cry, literally. In short, I m needing another surgery (damn scoliosis!) and I am impressed with the degree of over and above the whole staff went to take care of me Monday! If only every doctors office was as considerate...

Dr. Ludwig is an excellent, caring physician. He listened to what I told him regarding my health and did appropriate tests and exam. Dr. Ludwig diagnosed and explained options. I received excellent care from Dr. Ludwig and highly recommend him.

Professional, honest, and cared about my situation. Definately recommend and will go back if needed for any other circumstances

I was amazed at the size and set up of the Orthopedic Center. Very streamline and convenient experience. I really liked Dr. Senica. She was very friendly, explanatory, and efficient. I just wish it was closer to home.

OCI only has the best physicians and surgeons. Dr. Herrin demonstrated knowledge and caring professionalism. Resident Dr. Josepha was also excellent. During my appointment we discussed a care plan that will serve my needs until surgery becomes absolutely necessary. I appreciate that Dr. Herrin and Dr. Josepha took the time to explain my options. Many thanks to them both.

My husband is slowly healing. Dr Graves surgery I feel has gone well. Compared to before surgery. Was hoping his healing Was Going faster.But at his age and health issues it will take time. Long drive but necessary .Dr Graves and his staff have shown kindness and patience with him.

Went to Barry Mulshine the beginning of January. I'm self pay and asked that an extra costs be eliminated. Xtrays were taken before he even looked at my foot and he determined after a glance it was a blocked sweat gland and there was nothing he could do for me. The bill was $350 and I was outraged because if he had looked at my foot before the xtrays he wouldn't have even needed them and I would have saved alot of money. Months later bills are still arriving at my door from them, the radiologist, the radiologist reader, etc. I went to another doctor recently for a different problem and they happened to glance at my foot. The doctor knew immediately it was a plantars wart and she wasn't even a podiatrist! Turns out she was right and I've been living in pain for months thinking I could do nothing about my foot. I was MISDIAGNOSED and spent $350 for such a silly, AMATUER, mistake! I understand now why people are pushing for universal health care!

Dr. Bender is very pleasant and cares about his patients. If you are in pain come and see him. I was in terrible pain with my neck and couldn't turn my head. I can now turn it and with no pain. Great Job Dr. Bender.

Terrific facility! Dr. Graves is a without a doubt, a must see for back/spine issues.

I received neck vertebrae fusion by Christopher Graves, M.D. at Memorial Hospital through OCI. Doctor Graves and his team performed excellent work. The surgery went as planned and my recovery has been great. Dr. Graves team worked closely with my wife and I to see we understood the procedure and they gave us the confidence to go forward. We couldn t have been cared for better.

All the staff were compassionate, p rofessional and, also, had a great sense of humor. Dr Bender explained everything before and during the procedure which helped calm me. He truly helped me during my time of extreme pain. It was the first time in weeks, I had not cried due to the pain .

After waiting some 25 minutes, I checked and there was an issue but I was 2nd in line to get my vitals checked. I was taken to the exam room right away then. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and answered my questions.

We really like Dr. Idasuyi but have not had good experiences with front desk staff and some nursing staff. Trying to get a call back from staff is almost impossible!

I don't doubt the intelligence and experience of the staff here. However, be prepared to wait for a few hours. I am on my third appointment here, and each of them have left me in the waiting room between 1 1/2 and 2 hours. Could be used as a patience building exercise.

Absolutely love Dr. Senica. She makes me feel comfortable and I'm the worst when it comes to going to doctors. My injury is causing me a lot of frustration with not healing like i want it to but she has been great. Not looking forward to next appointment as i hate needles but hoping to get through it with minimal irritation.

The front desk personnel is very friendly. Dr. Sharma's nurse was wonderful and then there is the magnificent Dr. Sharma. He was very attentive. As he dictated, he explained my procedure in great detail. He took my injury serious and put me at ease. Thank you Dr. Sharma, and the entire staff at OCI.

Dr. Graves and his team were awesome. Very informative and caring. They all answered my questions and alleviated my fears about back surgery. It has been almost 7 weeks since my surgery and I feel the best I ve felt in 17 years. Thank you for giving me back my life. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am updating my post. It has now been 4 months since my surgery and I still so very lucky to have had Dr. Graves and his team still by my side and I still feel Awesome. Thank you all. 10/18/19 I am updating again as I went to my see Dr. Graves for my 6 month follow up and let alone have I lost 25 lbs. since I can walk again , he couldn t believe how great I am doing. I feel like a new woman and it definitely shows. So thanks again Dr. Graves and his entire staff

Staff is very efficient and friendly. Dr. Bender has a gentle bedside manner, but is thorough with health history and attributing factors. Dr. Bender answers all questions no matter how small with thoughtfulness and expertise.
I would recommend the Orthopedic Center of Illinois for your pain management needs.

Dr. Ludwig had done my knee in 2012. Now I m having my shoulder done and I know I will have the same great results. He s a great surgeon and personable too.

Dr. Sharma is a great surgeon and is incredibly informative. He takes time to hear you re concerns and will answer any questions you have so you become comfortable. I highly recommend you see him.

Maybe they should have taken my blood pressure as I was leaving. I must have been nervous going in because it seemed very high to me. But every one was very personable and very professional. I was most favorably impressed by Dr. Vanfleet understood how I hurt and he made me feel reassured that he could help me and they got me scheduled in for surgery in only a couple of weeks. All good, my BP would have surely been lower as I was going out.

Dr Ludwig and his staff are anxious to help in any way they can. His interaction with patients is wonderful. His answers questions in a straightforward way that gets right to the point. He s the Marcus Wellbey if OCI.

Where do I start! Dr. Van Fleet's nurses better never work in the hospital as they have no bedside manner. They are so completely rude to people that are obviously in pain! Dr. Van Fleet must think I went to medical school the way he talked about my x-rays! Then we have Ms.Ally at the front reception desk. She spoke to me in the most condescending, rude, disrespectful way I could not believe, over me upset about a bill I received that I had NO idea I had to pay! You see after over $400.00 in co-pay nothing they did helped me. The only alternative is to put rods and screws in my back! At 64 years of age and still in pain I am appalled at the way a young lady in a business office talked to me. I was also told that her supervisor would call me but I never heard from her. I also saw Dr Sharma. He is an excellent Dr and has an excellent staff. The only issue I have with him is he had me take an MRI and then has never gotten back to me with the results even after I have called his office!

Dr. Allen is an excellent surgeon. He does tend to talk over patients when they try to explain their pain, or concerns, but he is careful to examine the patient with all the professional methods available. He also has an excellent staff.

I thought Dr. Van Fleet was very personable and interested in my case. Unfortunately he did not find a reason for my problems. I am still having them
and at this point I feel I have hit the end of the line as I know he is one of the best. I certainly appreciate his time and interest.

Dr. VanFleet is the Best!! I've had 2 cervical spine surgeries and he is a miracle worker!! Just had my second surgery about 5 weeks ago and the pain I had before surgery is gone!! Just dealing with the after surgery cramping and moderate pain but it is all easing up with time!! No comparison to before the surgery!! Dr. VanFleet is an Awesome doctor!! I would recommend him to anyone!!

Was treated like they cared about my health and they bent over backwards to do everything they could to help me with my problems.
