The Signature has a beautiful suite with all of the needs you could think of: kitchenette that comes with a blender, pots, pans, and other kitchenware upon request. I never have issues with the hotel employees when making a request for anything to make my stay more comfortable. They clean the rooms very nicely during the day. The hotel is right on the strip so it's easy access to walk around or find food/entertainment. They also have accessible rooms if required.

We stay every year for upto 3 weeks at a time. Internally linked to MGM Casino within walking distance to many other casinos. Rooms are large and clean with modern facilities, excellent value for money.

Great rooms, nice pools, and great service. It's sort of the best of both worlds: it's not a casino so it's quiet and smells good, but it's connected to MGM Grand for all of the food options and convention rooms there.

FYI, the room service stops around mid-night.

Very nice rooms, great amenities. Courteous staff. This is a not casino tower, but is adjacent to MGM Grand. It's a long walk but still convenient. We we upgraded to a great balcony suite. Good for families or others desiring more quiet.

We got a really good price on a room. The room we stayed is was nice with a jetted tub and a balcony to see down to the pool and towards the strip (not really a strip view necessarily). It was very nice though and likely our new go to spot in Vegas.

I would not recommend this hotel. Upon check in, the room was not clean. The toilet was dirty (no need to elaborate) and the sheets had not been changed. When I approached the front desk, they were not receptive to feedback. They asked for proof. I presented pictures of the room and after a lengthy discussion, they only credited the resort fee for one day of our stay. I will not be back. I suggest you avoid this hotel.

Great hotel for the price. There's no casino here, but it DOES give you access to the massive MGM Grand pools. There are about 6 different pools and a lazy river there. There is also a separate pool for each of the 3 signature towers.

Best way to get to the strip is to walk through the Miracle Mile Shops. That way you walk through in a building with AC.

Great place to stay! It's connected to MGM Grand but it's quieter than the strip. There is no casino downstairs, and Ubers are allowed to pull right up to the lobby for both pick up and drop off. If you know Vegas, you know that this is a big deal!

Do yourself a favor, if you are planning on coming to Las Vegas stay as far away from this place as possible. I only wish I had heeded the reviews/warnings I saw about this place before my family and I booked. The staff especially the front desk couldn't have been any more rude or condescending if they had bonuses tied to it. When we received housekeeping they left the dirty cups that are supplied by the hotel instead of replacing them with fresh ones. Was never informed upon booking about fees and deposits and as a result my families saved money for the trip was taken by them to cover the fees and deposits leaving us including my children penniless and trying to find ways to feed them for our stay of 6 days and 5 nights. And if that wasn't bad enough, my bank hit me with banking fees totaling $60.00. We love Las Vegas, and my wife and I got married during this fateful trip and now are reluctant to ever head back. Guess if I want a Vegas type of trip, we'll head to Atlantic City from here on out.

Amazing rooms , excellent view, off the strip but with easy access to the monorail and strip action. It's a non gambling property so it offers a sanctuary from the madness of the strip.

The signature at MGM is one of the better properties in Las Vegas. I have stayed at most of them here on business at least 3-4 times a year. No casino is a huge plus, spacious rooms with balconies nice large shower and tub comfy beds, and very clean. If you are here and don't want to be bothered with the noise, smoke, size, and pain of staying in a casino hotel this is the place.

To be perfectly honest, we would love to give you a 10. In fact, we would give you a 10 on everything except the pool. We were guests at your resort for 8 nights and for 9 days (Sept 18 through Sept 26), the adults only pool was freezing cold, 60 degrees. No guests could use the pool, which is one of the top reasons many people come at that time of year. For the first 3 days, I asked every pool attendant to please do something about the freezing cold water and reminded them that people would be having more fun, eating and definitely drinking more if we could all use the pool! On day 4, my hero arrived to the name of Mario! When I approached Mario with the same complaint, he immediately phoned engineering and asked them to add warm water, instead of cold. It was clear by the pool jets that warm water was finally upon us, but I was aware it would take some time. On day 5 when we returned to the pool, it was back to cold water from the jets, I again went to the pool attendant, unfortunately not Mario and asked her to do what Mario did, she was extremely reluctant but ultimately did what I asked and again warm water emerged from jets! Again it would take so much time to try to up the temp in that large pool. On day 6 and 7 my hero, Mario was there to greet us again and immediately felt the jets himself and called engineering to try to resolve the cold to warm again. By day 8 and 9 I tried, but with no Mario, it wasn't happening, no one else cared enough to even try, I had gotten so frustrated, we just gave up! The only other person at the pool who was friendly and attentive besides Mario was Alys, she was a perfect bartender and server, both at the pool and brunch! In fact, we were actually ignored by two of your
"walking around" pool servers, so we continued to go to Alys for everything, her and Mario made all the difference in the world to making our everyday pool visits even bearable, you are so lucky to have them!!!
We go to Las Vegas every year in September, this was our first time staying with The Signature and I was hoping it to not be the last but all because of the pool that is questionable. What a shame that everything else was fabulous!
Hope this helps for others that are also disappointed with the whole pool experience at your beautiful resort!
The room was fantastic, which is certainly important, but in Vegas we don't spend much time in the room! The pool, entertainment and restaurants!
PS. I did ask the front desk to speak with the pool manager and was told that my best option was to take my comments to Tripadvisor, and so I will also add this review to Tripadvisor, Yelp and Google!
Thanks for your time.

Room itself was fantastic! But they offered us USED toiletries. The shampoo, lotion and conditioner are already opened.

The resort fee is 41 bucks but they didn t explain any facilities they have, even if I asked.

For a five-star hotel, my experience here was quite average.

The hotel is nice, had a great strip side view with a balcony. It's not on the strip per say so be prepared for a walk to get to and from. The people at the front desk seemed miffed about the package we bought on the signatures own website, and the cafe down stairs has a few people who while not rude, seemed to have a really hard time processing an order for coffee.

This place is just top notch in every category. It's just alot of little things that make it better. Great service, love the jacuzzi tubs in room. Get a balcony if you can, it's worth it. Staff is amazing.

Very dissatisfied & will NEVER stay here again!

We usually stay at Delano s but decided to try the Signature. Big mistake!

When we checked in we were supposed to be in the 3rd Tower but they very graciously said they were going to give us a nicer view. We were put in Tower 1.

We when went in it felt like it was a room of the forgotten.
2 Towels, no coffee cups, no bottled water, the vanity mirror was broke, the view was of a Construction area
The tv had limited programming and there was zero information on spa services or restaurants..

We got towels but were told wehad to go down to the lobby for our 2 small bottles of water. They will not deliver water to the room or leave it in the room. This was per a conversation with Concierge.

We requested the vanity mirror to be fixed and still not fixed.
.
Come to find out, we got Someone s condo that they rent out.
If we wanted a condo, we would have booked through AirBnB.

We ordered breakfast , it came as you would get McDonald s. In a bag with plastic dishes and forks. 2 people over $100.00

It s really sad when some of the staff were making comments to us about how the guests are getting gouged so MGM can pinch their pennies.

From now on we will stick to what we know and love and Signature isn t it.

We stayed here over labor day 2020, it was quiet and calm compared to the strip. Rooms were clean, Jacuzzi tub was great, sizable vanity for myself and my boyfriend to share the space. The valet was a little disorganized, both for guests and Uber/Lyft/food deliveries. It was understandable given recent closures, etc., just hoping this is remedied for future guests.

Nice hotel the room was great it was big and a king size bed it's a sweet and has microwave refrigerator sink and the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub the bed was comfortable it's very convenient to the airport I pretty much stayed in the room so I can't see much about the facility other than about the room

Incredible amenities. The staff is really nice. It's on the strip, but not on the busier side. It allows you to go to the MGM Grand pool, which is awesome since they have the lazy river there. It's a close walk to the rest of the strip.
