Visited twice, first time security was very poor by letting someone who was chasing me and my friends in and now sscond time in we booked 2 rooms and only 1 was paid for and the bonds was 3 times higher than the actual booking price, management was also very rude to my friend who only was lighty tipsy and said that she was drunk, sadly will not be coming back

Professional service staff fantastic, floors could do with a vacuum in the halls, room was smart but a little tired. Bed was great. Personally would like to see the plastic shampoos and lotions go please. Great central location.

This hotel is not up to scratch. Cleanliness was rather suspect. Towels were removed & not replaced. Breakfast not great & the dining area was dark & depressing. There has been some problem with the lifts I understand from other guests. Give this place a miss. There are plenty of other hotels nearby.

This is a hotel in need of some decent maintenance and an update and refresh. It feels run down and poorly maintained. Rooms are well laid out but too small and cramped. The bathrooms are tiny with barely enough room to move. The restaurant is also very small with no atmosphere. You would only eat here if you had to. Food is of average quality and overpriced.
The bar is OK but small and expensive. The nearest other restaurants and bars are about a 15 min walk away.
The gym is limited in its equipment with some missing or broken.
Overall it's hard to find anything to recommend about this place other than the free WiFi which works well.

No one was helpful. A big black hair stuck to the door in the bathroom. Customer service had hit rock bottom. No toothpaste in the bathroom. Two rooms were booked and they went even on the same room. If I could rate lower then 1 star then 1 star would be much to high. Sort it out. Definitely do not recommend this hotel!!!!!

Our stay with the Quadrant was unexpected as our other accommodation did not work out. I'm glad we chose it as it's a lovely place with very friendly people. Food was yummy and the rooms we had were tidy and modern. Very convenient as right in the cbd. Would definitely come back again.

I answer Mr. Warm regards, General Manager since in my review he doesn't let me answer him. Not only is the 3-person elevator that was not working, the dishwasher had a sign that said it was out of order, I had to stay with the dirty dishes, I didn't have to wash a glass. They did not change all the towels, the second night, I had to dry myself with used towels, the screen was broken and I had to take a bath holding it so that it does not fall on me, I asked for a room of the two reserved with two single beds and they gave me A double, when I claim as soon as none of this arrives, it was resolved just wait for what we give you, the 4 stars are left over. If they cannot resolve, at least they re-establish the value of the money they take from their clients on the promise of a service that is not fulfilled.

Awful customer service. Reception hangs up on you and lies that they have sent someone up to fix an issue when they haven t. Extremely rude and unprofessional every interaction.

Issues with plumbing noises, banging noises, ceiling leaking, and people walking upstairs can be heard clearly. Issues with mould from poor bathroom ventilation.

Water is frequently shut off for most of the day with notice given via a note put in your door a couple hours beforehand. Internet has also been shut off.

Do not stay here.

Nice and calm hotell close to the city center! Got washing and dishingmachines in the apartments with free washer and dishing powder. Does not charge for coffee, tea and chocolate. The room was cleaned and service every day, even on weekends. And the jacuzzi was also nice and free to use! Staff was nice and helpful we even got our last breakfast in a doggy bag, when we needed to leave early for our flight.

Single biggest joke of a hotel. Stayed here on the 3rd Feb and that weekend they had no hot water until the Sunday. Just checked in and this weekend 23rd March they have no water in general. Am I unlucky or are the managers just completely incompatent and maintaining a hotel. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Room was very noisy due to stuff rattling on the balcony. Hot water jug needed the switch held down for it to boil as it wouldn't stay in the 'on' position. Tv and no tlchannels present so needed to be tuned. Thankfully I could do this myself at 9pm.

1 STAR IS TO MUCH.....
Stayed here Friday till Monday THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. Front desk people act like they hate their job always trying to talk over you nobody bloody listens to what the hell your trying to tell them.they roll their eyes like their having bloody withdraws. PARKING IS OVER RATED. 35$ and $16 just for them to park it in the front. From check in just had a complete idiot check us in she didn t even know what the hell she was talking bout assumed we didn t pay and had the nerve to ask if we are sure that we paid after we had just showed her payment. Honestly front desk need extra training with customer service obviously from reading all the other reviews customer service is what this place lacks.& someone really needs to do something about it. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AND I WILL BE LETTING MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO.

Honestly disgusted with the way we were treated.

Very good service and facilities. Only issue was the parking due to being in the CBD. Would also like a slight drop in the overnight parking from maybe $35 to at max $30. Despite the facilities and the rooms are very spacious and of good quality.

A well located and comfortable hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is comfortable. We had a great view acts the harbour and the staff are very friendly. We made use of the kitchenette, so didn't take meals at the hotel. They offer valley parking at an additional charge.

You will experience the worst customer services from Quadrant Hotel. The receptionists were clueless and extremely rude (rolling eyes and just plain disrespectful). Also the "manager" had no idea of his job. Had to have raise my voices to get help. If you want poor hospitality services, go. It was terrible.

Bathroom was really small and food from the restaurant was not good at all. No extras in the room either no conditioner just shampoo?? Could never get through to room service or front desk when ringing internally. Staff seemed unorganised. Will not be booking here anytime soon

What a joke of a hotel this is ,dinning is a corridor with no windows, the breakfast is laughable .....it runs out of most food , this is a one star hotel ..with the most tatty groaning lifts........go elsewere you have been warned

Service was good, though we werent given directions to our room. The room was average dated decor and alot of areas needed fixing and upgrading. The bathroom facilities were small in comparison to the size of the room which was very spacious. TV channels were limited with no Sky and reception for channels provided was poor quality. The food we ordered was average which complimented the room. Overall I was dissappointed with the average room and food received based on I paid.

I loved this place, Garry @ the front desk looked after me so well, he even upgraded my room to the 2 bedroom premium for the same price of a normal room, apart from the bar staff management needs improving on, he just threw my hot bowl of chips on the table and just walked away. The lady on the bar staff her name was Maggie she was super amazing too! Would recommend thus place and I will be back!

First thing I noticed was the toenail on the floor...

First thing I noticed was the toenail on the floor of my room, then the hair on the balcony, hard to believe but I think someone got a haircut out there and did a bad job cleaning up. Then they turn the water off between 9am to 5pm for maintenance. This of course went over time till 7:50pm. Even then, only the cold water came back on. No water means no shower, drinking water or toilet. They happily offered for me to use the toilet next door! If I was by myself I could handle it, but I have my 4 year old.

This is easily the worst hotel experience I ve had. Don t stay here, even with water it s an old hotel in need of a makeover and dirty. There s other options out there so avoid this.

Room smells of sewage. A constant rattling noise in the bedroom. Double bed made up from 2 singles and very uncomfortable. Room was not cleaned for while we stayed and room was dirty. Sauna too hot Spa too cold Very poor experience!

Room and restaurant were ok. It was just a hassle checking in without having a credit card for the bond. You also had to use the valet for your car which was a rip off at $45 then when we went to get something out of the car it was parked not far from a skip bin.

Great hotel, lovely friendly staff. Our views were nice overlooking the harbour. Walking distance to sky tower and spark arena. Only negative was our milk and coffee station was not always topped up.

The in house phone didn't work, so we couldn't call for additional blankets (only a single doona on each bed). The open balcony was narrow but nice to have. Good that the doors closed on both bedrooms, but when the bedroom connected to the lounge was closed, there was very little space to get past the couch and luggage rack , even when we moved the couch. Saturday night was very noisy, but I guess that's to be expected anywhere. In room split system didn't have a manual (and no info in hotel instruction book) so it took a lot of trial and error to get it to heat (necessary because no blankets ). Valet parking a bit weird, we were required to park on the footpath because 3 other cars (capacity) were also waiting for valet parking (also, $35 fee to park). In room washer would have been handy at other times on our trip, so it's certainly good to have there, and the full kitchen (oven, microwave, stovetop).

The worst customer service ever. The receptionist , a short lady, whose attitude was totally unacceptable. She just looked down on me, did never smile and made no eye contact at all while I was trying to explain my request. I just wonder what customer service means to her.This experience completely ruined my wonderful stay at this hotel. Why would you hire staff who are the opposite of hospitable and welcoming?Would never ever come back unless they hire better staff.
