The quality of services in The Quadrant Hotel and ...

The quality of services in The Quadrant Hotel and Suites at February 4, 2018 was extremely low.

Dirty bed linen, dirty walls in room, foul smell in the shower, annoying noise at the kitchen area near the ceiling.
