I booked in December 2017 for the Taylor Swift Concert in November 2018. They decided to cancel my booking in August 2018. There were still apartments available at the suites. I am greatly disappointed that I am left with a few months before the concert, when the price is at a premium, having to find alternative accommodation. They should have offered me an alternative before cancelling my booking outright. Appalling
The premier 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for for 4 adults to share. Heaps of space to move around.
Good service. Decent rooms at a decent price. Not 5 star quality but good if you're looking for a place to stay after a night in the town.

We didnt stay because this hotel did not honour our grab one. We checked for blockout dates before purchasing and 14 Srptember was not one of them. Very disappointed in you Quadrant and top marks grab one for refunding us

I've been living here for about 8 months. The location is great and very central. The suite I rent comfortably houses two people despite the one bedroom. Residents don't get much service directly, but full time discounts at the downstairs restaurant and full access to the gym and sauna are great advantages.
Being in Hotel Business very poor overall hospitality..lack of friendliness with guest..I will never come back

Really bad experience with this Hotel, booked for a night stay with Dinner and breakfast. The entree came out over 45 minutes after ordering and it was stone cold, we did not eat it, the main was delivered 25 minutes later which was also stone cold! There is only 9 dining tables that they have to service! When we rejected the main all they asked was do we want a cheese platter! (I suppose because it doesnt need heating lol) I made it clear to waiters on the night and when we checked out but The Quadrant management are not interested in listening or a refund. Ended up an expensive stay as we had to go elsewhere to eat! One star is for breakfast which was very average as well ;-( Dont waste your money Oh by the way the rooms dont look like anything on the website :-(
Place was alright. The iron was broken upon arrival which was a shame. Fantastic view of the sky.

Disgusting unclean and unfriendly staff! For the price i paid im disgusted. Curtains in the room were filthy bed linen looked dirty, just not a very good experience! My friends also had dirty rooms too! Dont reccomend staying here at all!!

service is crap. Their Valet parking is a joke! They blocked my car in a stacked car park and expected me to back out? It's just a night mare! Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless you want a ruin night!
My partner and I stayed here for the Cher concert, great location, great facilities in the room, the bathroom is a bit small but we can cope with that, friendly staff and close to all the shops, reasonably priced, we will definitely go back
Lovely stay; the room was in very nice condition and the view was lovely. Especially nice was the fact that the fellow at the front kindly upgraded me to a top suite room with a lovely view. No complaints from me.

Our experience wasn't the best. When we came into the room we noticed the toilet bowl had brown stains in it which wasn't appealing. We requested three times to have the brown removed but nevertheless we still had the brown toilet bowl. The room smelt like old smoke so we had to constantly had the balcony door open to be able to stand the smell in the room. Furthermore there was no air confronting so the balcony door also had to remain open to allow for a decent room temperature. It felt like we were constantly needed to contact the concierge regarding something: our keys not working; the remote not working; our bed not being made; etc. It was definitely more like a two star hotel. No way it can be a 4 star place.
Friendly reception staff & valet service even though they were very busy with plenty of guests arriving at once. Room was fine after reading reviews we were worried what we where going to find but we were happy.
Room was clean, but nothing flash feeling like a dorm apartment or bedsit. Bathroom was small but functional. Power points where in short supply unless moving furniture or trying to plug into the kitchen - not really the best in our electric hungry age. Staff were all very friendly and polite, which was great. Car valet service was good, although it wasn't the clearest when I was checking in how that was supposed to work as the front area was covered in taxi's. Restaurant for kitchen was very cramped and tiny, with guests needing to sit in the bar in order to get a table.
Had dinner at restaurant. Good food and friendly staffs. Will come again.
