You will experience the worst customer services from Quadrant Hotel. The receptionists were clueless and extremely rude (rolling eyes and just plain disrespectful). Also the "manager" had no idea of his job. Had to have raise my voices to get help. If you want poor hospitality services, go. It was terrible.
