Rude and unnecessarily aggressive driver. I was picked up at 5.30am to go to London Bridge station. At the beginning I was pleased that the driver was on time and the car was clean and it seemed like a professional service. As we were approaching London Bridge I asked if we could stop at a cash point as I realised I did not quite have enough. The driver actually got irritated and slapped the steering wheel. Then told me I would have to pay an extra pound for stopping, but in a very aggressive manner. When we arrived at the station it was totally empty and there was a bank of ATMs right next to us so it took me ten seconds to get the money, in the meantime he had driven to the other side of the taxi area as he said he could not wait there. He had already got the change ready with the extra money taken out, this however was not acknowledged on the receipt he gave me, all in all very rude and not a good attitude to serving customers, especially as it was 5.30am with no reason to be penalised due to potential traffic or delays.

I always use the Keen Group. The service is always efficient and the drivers are friendly but wanted to put a special praise in for Karen. I called and loaded her up with lots of silly little demands. She was very accomadating and dealt with all of my requests without complaint and a great attitude.

However everyone really friendly and polite all the time.

I called them and asked Sayed why the price on the website is cheaper than the price he was quoting me. He amazingly said I do not know ANYTHING about the website?

Do not use these people, completely unreliable. I made a booking for a hospital appointment and they failed to even show up.

We had a terrible experience with the Keen cab service. They don't have a sense of time and they make people wait. The staff are so careless that they don't even care if the information taken down by them is correct or not (eg: postcode). Once a driver ( British-African) took us to a completely wrong address and asked us to pay extra cash if we wanted to go to our correct address. Otherwise he would have dropped us off in the middle of nowhere if we did not pay him. Being foreign tourists we had to agree. When we reached our correct destination we told him that we won't pay him since we were not at fault as we had given the cab company the correct address. To which he rudely said that we did not know how to behave and asked us to get out of the car. There was also a racial slur made as we are Asians and that too coming from a Black man was the ultimate irony. Also, when we got out of the car he abused us.
I would say this cab company should be reported to the police for robbing foreign tourists of money and their dignity.

Absolutely atrocious. Stay away!!!

Have never failed me, and telephone service is always perfect - despite a few "slow" drivers

I have been using these guys for over 6 years now - collecting and delivering important and valuable items for me and my clients. Whilst I won't say I have never ever had a problem (absolutely no service can ever be 100% perfect) I have had so few over the years that it is really totally negligible. Both the head office staff and the couriers who collect are lovely, polite and professional. I am amazed by the negative comments here - for me these guys are the best and I will be using them for years to come :)

Unreliable service. Ordered a car to pick up in Wimbledon and asked if could arrive in 10 minutes as we had to make a train. They said yes that will definitely not be a problem. Called back 15 minutes later and they hadn't even allocated the job to a driver, so we missed our train. Won't use again...

We pre-booked an airport transfer for early this morning. We received a text when the driver was en route, the pick up was on time, the taxi was very clean and comfortable and the driver very friendly. Would definitely recommend and we ll use them again. Thanks.

Had an excellent experience with our taxi provided by the Keen Group yesterday. It was my mum's birthday, so I asked the taxi company if the driver could keep quiet about the destination (I'd booked her into the Waldorf as a treat). The driver was brilliant, didn't let on at all, chatted with us and was friendly and funny the whole journey. When we arrived, he helped us with our bag over the road - and killed ourselves laughing at Mum's face when she realised where we were. Very reasonably priced for a 4 mile journey in busy London, and a fab service. Thank you!

Excellent service have been using this cab office for 20 years

I've used the Keen Group a good few times and always found them to be good. Always arrive on time with friendly, smart and helpful drivers. I take my disabled parents to the hospital and the drivers always offer assistance for them. I like the fact that they mostly seem to use the same cars which to me shows a good image of the company. Of course nobody is perfect and you would expect when you use the same cab company a few times that you might find fault, but not for me. I go on what I see and what I have seen is a professional service, unlike many other cab companies I've used. Would recommend to anybody.

Driver 20 mins late, smelt of bo and cigarettes, very rude.

Usually reliable and reasonable rates.
However, they have changed their system and you now have to pay 100% when you make the reservation, which is totally ridiculous, especially when one used to have an "account" with them.
They should enforce this policy with new customers not existing ones.

Great local South West London cab company. Very helpful when my wife lost her phone in one of their cabs, so she got it back.

*DO NOT USE* - Fare almost doubled on a 3 minute journey as they had to put the backseat down to fit a slim box in (which took about 5 seconds). Terrible service.

Efficient bookings, punctual drivers and competitive prices.

Driver speeding for the whole journey at one point doing 40MPH in a 20MPH zone. Drove over speed humps super fast and then had to stamp on the brakes to not go into the back of another car. Not impressed.

Had to book several times, often needing a specific car quickly. On time, good prices and customer seevice was great. Made things easier

Worst company ever. Please do not use this company. They are not only rude but have almost cost me my job by constantly lying to me telling me my cab was round the corner for close to an hour and a half.

I have used keen group for the past 2 years. The last 2 Saturdays I have booked them only to find the first Saturday I was kept waiting for over an hour with the controller constantly telling me the cab will be 10 mins. Tonight I booked again..... after 30 mins I called again only to be told another 15-20 mins!!!!
If you haven't got a car available then say so..,. Don't keep bullshitting me that it's 10 mins away!!! I will no longer use keen as I can't trust them to turn up within the 15 minutes stated!!!!!!

Terrible service hardly ever stick too ETA overpriced for return journeys some very rude drivers and generally a very bad experience booking cabs with KEEN GROUP stay as far away as possible....stick to alternative cab services whether it's local or an uber

Used The Keen Group to get around London while on business. Always on time and had lovely drivers!

I use them every time I travel to the airport. They are well priced and always courteous and punctual.

Totally unreliable... which is course is the worst.

Car service used to be great. Drivers were always courteous and dressed well, with the cars well looked after for the passenger. Now we have experienced them late (lying throughout). Poorly presented and generally scuzzy. We used them for guests, airports and general - after the last few months it's apparent that standards are slipping. Our recent airport pick up was nearly an hour late, we'd been travelling since the small hours and would have used another service if we weren't so tired.
It has become pointless to use them, you may as well use Uber if you're not getting the added service quality.

Awful experience!! had a meeting to go to in Upper Richmond road so rang for a cab from Waitrose Wandsworth. I was told in 10 minutes the cab would be there. As it did not arrive I kept ringing the mini cab office. They kept saying it's there but after 30minute wait I diceded to take black cab. When I arrived at the destination I had a phone call from the driver to say my cab was there !!!That was almost 45 mints later than 10 minutes they promised.

Upgraded from 4 to 5 stars, definitely a good experience each time I use your service. Always punctual, and drives usually chatty and very polite, fares reasonable too.

I booked this company the night before for an early morning trip to Waterloo train station.

Booked for 6:20 and I was outside by 6:21. While I was descending the stairs in my block, hands occupied by luggage, I got a call from the fleet and couldn't answer. Called back by 6:22 and was told they had cancelled the cab because I was late and the cab had already left and wouldn't turn back! He must have literally only just left!

Then they told me it was my fault as he'd been waiting ages as he'd got there early. This is outrageous - you should time 'lateness' as from the time booked not however early your driver gets there.

I was 1 min late out the door - most cab companies wait 5-6 mins before cancelling but not this one. And to then blame their shoddy service on me!

I missed my train because of this! Do not rely on this company!

Airport pick up from Heathrow Terminal 5, taxi arrived 35 minutes late, stood waiting by Costa coffee whilst driver still on the M4.
This was despite adding additional comments with the flight ref number and specific mention to the fact that I had no luggage.
Customer service with the office was poor and denied I had left any comments yet they quoted my flight number and I was able to email a screen shot of the booking.

Unfortunately for us our driver had never heard of London.... ## scene ## mate: "are there any clubs open' driver: //thinks(not good at this)//... googles "club". I am 75% sure this driver was a machine sent back in time to drive people so badly that humanity gives up before a resistance could ever form. We requested to go to "Egg", we were initially taken to "Chicken". I wish I was joking. The only way in which this person could be considered a "driver" is if you count the fact that he has driven us to insanity. Finally when, like the warm embrace of death, it finally became time to pay for our cab, the driver appeared to be unsure what money was. He simply held out his hand without saying anything, as if he expected us to present him with a freshly caught salmon in exchange for his "services", which by the way, would STILL be overpaying, even if the salmon was aquacultured in the Ganges river and fed exclusively on Clorox. That bleach flavoured dysentery meat is a perfect metaphor for this cab service.

Good service when I booked via phone, but the app is awful. Can t type in home address and it has decided that it doesn t like my house. It wants me to live next door. Because of this I will probably stick to using Uber.

Absolutely awful. This would be zero stars if I could. Booked a cab the night before for a work event. Hadn't arrived at 6:30 when it was meant to. Was told he was 5 mins away. Called 15 minutes later, told the same. Called 30 minutes later to be told the same so I pushed back and they called the driver. The driver had had an issue with the car since 6:22 but didn't tell the depot. DO NOT USE. Read the other reviews. This firm is totally unreliable.

Literally don't even deserve a star. Very unprofessional, didn't book our taxi when they said they had, twice. If you're reading this, walk instead.

I have been using this service for many years, since when it was called Speedicars and THEY ARE UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST! PUNCTUALITY is one of the major feature that sets them apart from the rest; they arrive minutes before your agreed time!

Very poor service.

I ordered a cab this morning and they said it would arrive in 15-20 min. After 30 min I called and the said 5-6 min then after another 20 min it arrived. I'm surprised companies like this survive with uber around. I complained and they couldn't care less

I used to use this company for years. I even know their number off by heart.

Further more they are always more expensive than everyone else. I don't mind that if they are on time

Gradually the service has got worse over the last few years I will never use them again

Been using keen for the last 4 years now after a friend recommended them. Never had a problem. Use them less frequently now with uber around but still use them whenever I go to the airport

Hired a coach with The Keen Group for a day trip to Stonehenge and Bath two days ago. The driver arrived 10 minutes ahead of our booked departure time and we arrived at Stonehenge in under 2 hours of driving from Bayswater, London. The bus was very clean and comfortable, the driver didn't only drive safely but was a very funny guy, and on the way back we arrived back at our hotel 25 minutes ahead of schedule. And all that at a very sharp price! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for good coach services in London.

Stay away from this company - they are the worst - booked a car the night before for transport to Heathrow for an international flight - 9am - at 9:05 received a call - going to be late - 10 minutes - received a text at 9:30 - car arrived - I had already left - blamed traffic - it is always easier to externalize your failures

Unacceptable service. Terrible way to run a business. Booked an 8 seater vehicle for a special occasion a whole three weeks before the date. Got a call 5 minutes before it was to arrive, they called to tell us it was unavailable as it was a busy time of year... Disgraceful they tried to rectify the situation by sending a normal 4 seater to do two trips for a 30 minute journey. Will never use them again and neither should you. Steer well clear (forgive the pun).

Don't bother ordered a bike for immediate collection only to get my delivery 3 hours and 15 minutes later in a white van.....best to order a snail next time

Absolutely terrible, the customer service, the service itself, I have a disability and I rely on taxis to get my son to school every time I pre-booked a taxi with keens they are always late, not once have they been on time, this has caused my child to be late for school, I've complained and with no response when told the manager will call u back,nothing can compensate for their lack of service, they should be shut down and everyone should go to another firm...
