I booked this company the night before for an early morning trip to Waterloo train station.

Booked for 6:20 and I was outside by 6:21. While I was descending the stairs in my block, hands occupied by luggage, I got a call from the fleet and couldn't answer. Called back by 6:22 and was told they had cancelled the cab because I was late and the cab had already left and wouldn't turn back! He must have literally only just left!

Then they told me it was my fault as he'd been waiting ages as he'd got there early. This is outrageous - you should time 'lateness' as from the time booked not however early your driver gets there.

I was 1 min late out the door - most cab companies wait 5-6 mins before cancelling but not this one. And to then blame their shoddy service on me!

I missed my train because of this! Do not rely on this company!
