A little bit small for teens and adults but works well for kids under 10. A lot of nice bars and restaurants around. Staff might be friendlier with guests.

We went here on a Groupon deal with our kids to enjoy some water slides. While not as grand as Great Wolf Lodge or Fallsview Waterpark, they were fantastic for our 6 and 8 year olds. In fact, even our 13 year old had a great time. And it is a much lower price than the Niagara Falls competitors. I would recommend this as an entry level trip with the kids and then go to the other parks as they get older.

The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a good variety of restaurants within a 2 minute drive. It isn't the closest to the Falls and the tourist area therein, but if you have a vehicle, it is only a 6 minute drive to all the action.

Hotel: The room was super old and definitely needs lots of updates . Furnitures are old and it irritates our skin. Beds were noisy like falling apart. Rooms are not any close to what s showing in their website. Only good thing is it s a very spacious room. Unfortunately it wasn t a pleasant stay.

Waterpark: it s small but functional. My 2 stars all goes to the waterpark.

Arcade: nearly 1/2 if the machines were out of order !

Great place. It is a small waterpark but my kids have a blast every time we go. But their food is way overpriced.

I would have given 3 stars if room was cheaper. Felt like I had a very average hotel experience for $259 a night. Our room was tighty but upon closer examination it could have been cleaned a lot better. When we first arived, i noticed the floor around the toilet was wet. I hope it was just water! The bed covering was kind of rough and uncomfortable. There is no complimentary breakfast, but there is a hotel restaurant and a grocery store next to the hotel. The waterpark is a nice feature if you are traveling with children. Be sure to check your swimming towels back in or you will be charged. There are a lot of shopping venues and restaurants near by. If you want to go downtown and to the falls you can either drive or catch the city bus.

Stayed there for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The water park was just the right size for our group (we visited with 5 children 6 and under). The gentleman at the check in desk was very informative and gave is tips on dining in the area and activities that were appropriate for our group that was celebrating a milestone birthday. I would highly recommend this resort and would plan to go again in the future.

I came here just o play one game at the aracde, so I can't say much about the place aside from the arcade. But the staff seemed nice, and the game I came for was in really nice condition, so they must take care of their games well. The whole place was clean and also there's plenty of signs in the hallway so you know where to go.

I come here every year with grand kids but this year after paying over 200.00 a night they charge 20 dollars for parking that is just wrong they will never get my business any longer

It's a great fun water park for all ages. I went this time as a day use and the part I didn't like is the extra place fees per person on top of entry charges

Nice family hotel. The waterpark was fun for all of us. (9m, 7, 11, and 2 adults) will definitely go again. We used groupon for awesome deal

Our kids have amazing time here. They offer great packages that make it easier for us to take kids frequently. Their rooms are clean and don't have weird smell. The wave pool is safe and the tube slides as well as water slides accommodate two and single slides at a time. They also have a small heated pool that's normally full of people. I recommend them to anyone looking for a mid priced water park packages. I like their overall location and proximity to Niagara falls as we normally drive there late night after the water park closes.

Room was very comfortable and spacious, water park was also fun and not very crowded, comes with a couple water slides, wave pool, spa and a little kids play area. The free WiFi while free is not the greatest but it got the job done, slowly. Overall pretty good if you're staying in the area and also like swimming. Plus Boston pizza is attached to the hotel for easy access to some good food.

Very clean and nice hotel and Waterpark was perfect for my 3 and 5 year old.

Was there for a work function. Excellent venue and the food and service provided were topnotch. Would highly recommend for conferences.

Great two room suites and fun for the family. Disappointed our room was an hour late past the 4pm check in.

Room was very clean and well equipped with furniture. Loved that we had a microwave as well as a fridge. Pool was great! All the staff was helpful. Wasn't crazy about the pre-payment required to enter the bistro. It seems odd asking asking for a tip before any service is provided.

Nice and clean rooms. My kids loved the water park. Very friendly staff. We were on the first floor (which i dont really like) but it leaded right to the playground which was really good for the kids. Would definitely come again.

Nice smaller Waterpark. Not as busy as others in the region, but quickly get bored. Needs more tube rides

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We actually drove through a blizzard to get there, and they allowed us an early check in at no additional charge. The room was spacious and clean, but the bedding was not very comfortable, I would suggest anyone bring their own pillows. There is also no courtesy toiletries, so make sure to pack your own. The water park is on the smaller side, but was clean and well staffed. The slides they do have are pretty fun. The towels provided are just gym towels, so if you have room, bring your own towels as well. We enjoyed our stay, and would go again.

I have had more sound deadened rooms in a $70 motel. Outside of our kids, we could hear at 3am crying babies...through multiple doors (suite room).

The waterpark is quite small, the room cost includes 4 passes. Deducting the costs of the 4 passes, the room cost is quite pricey for what is offered. And still need to charge $20 for parking? What a rip off.

We had a great time in the water park but when they shocked the pool after a fouling our three children reacted to the chlorine. One even ended up vomiting. I'd suggest steering clear of the pools if they have to shock them.

Pool was very chlorinated but all in all it was a very fun time.

Room was clean, however, walls were paper thin. Could hear kids running the halls and jumping up and down late into the night. Ask for top level floor so that you only have one set of noise (below you). Waterpark was packed with people crammed in to sit when not swimming / playing (so, it was small considering entrance capacity). Arcade area was entertaining but prizes unnecessarily cheap; one 5 cent eraser type thing given for $2 worth of tokens played / tickets won.

Staff was very friendly, Waterpark was great with lots of things to do for kids of all ages. The arcade was a bit dated but not overpriced. The food was subpar though and too expensive for what you received. Overall I would return just for a shorter visit since I wouldn't stay to eat.

The rooms are a great size i loved that there was a microwave on top of a fridge. Instead of tiny bottles of shampoo they went with less packaging and put a dispenser. Not only did you get enough for whatever length of hair you have but with the water park for the kids no one ran out. The rooms for events has multiple sizes and different routes so if another event is going on you wont even see them. I cant wait to go again.

I have been to this resort many times, and the experience is always amazing. The waterpark is clean, warm, and fun for everyone. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The restaurant is very consistent and delicious every time. The location on Lundys Lane is perfect for tourists to bus around the falls. I highly recommend this resort.

Well the resort is not too bad, but the front end staff is pathetic.

When we were checking in, the front end associate Jessica was fine for the first 1 minute. I had a query on the total charges that I was about to pay upfront and wanted to have a broad understanding and break-up. She was clueless. I could see a change of reaction on her face. I held on and she was getting very angry about this transaction. She finally said she cannot explain and she will need to call her supervisor. I was ok. This made her almost fume and VERY RUDELY she said it will take a few minutes. Her supervisor came with a fake smile on her face and gave me a broad understanding of the cost, post which I paid up. Post that in a very un welcoming and rude way she handed over the keys. Horrible experience. I a frequent traveller and surely this had been my worst frontend experience

Good for small kids,tokens and prizes for kids are not great. It was fun kids over eight don't come here. The park if you look at it needs maintenance, paint etc

Air conditioner in the room is loud. Stale air all around the building reminds me of smoking

Was here for a work conference. Only saw a couple of the main conference rooms. It's big and open and relatively easy to navigate.

I found the rooms to be beautiful and spacious, very clean. The staff was very accomodating and couldn't have been more friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will seriously consider staying there again

Trying to find parking was terrible. The deck of the pool area was unually slippery(almost slimey) and my two year old son fell several times, once hitting his head. To access the towels for the pool area, you have to walk into the arcade, dripping wet. Not a great set up for that.

Breakfast service is a joke, I couldn't use my breakfast voucher because there was a fight between the staff and the line to get in wasn't moving.

All around fun for adults and children. Great family getaway! Cheaper than a lot of similar waterparks

The staff was fine The room was dusty and dirty - the bathroom floor had toe nails (ewww) on it. The pillows had hair on them. The sheets smelled of the people (whoever they were) who were there before. The waterpark was perfect for the kids (6 years old). I would go back but the cleanness of the place was a bit off putting

Great place to come and spend a couple of days if you have small children. Local Niagara region residents get a discount for the water park.

Great Waterpark, perfect size for our family of 5!! Big rooms with kitchenette and seperate room for the kids!

Lifeguard in toddler area was Sleeping! I reported this to the supervisor (another couple was going to if I didnt) and he came and gave the snoozer a quick break and then he was back to dozing off again. Pretty hard to lifeguard with your eyes closed.
This definitely was not reassuring for my husband or I who have a 1 and 2 year old.
Just know that the place is run by teenagers who look hung over.
Not going back.

Very clean and loved the rooms . Kids had a great time in the water park. Dinner was lovely. The only thing was the noise level in the halls . Very loud .

Hotel is nice enough but the waterpark is small and fairly disappointing. There was only 4 larger slides so the kids got bored fairly quickly.

Great water park for families. My two year old loved the kiddie area and my elementary aged kids had a blast with slides, the wave pool and the water playground (as did the adults!). Staff was courteous and professional (even in response to a belligerent customer who checked in ahead of me). Would love to go back!

It's one of those places that if you have time to kill you can go by and check it out but personally it's not my cup of tea.

Attended a wedding here and it was beautifully decorated and the food was good.

Awesome service awesome rooms good food. My wife and I couldn't be happier we went to the holiday inn and Howard Johnson and multiple other motels before we booked here as other motels would not accommodate us because we only had cash . But americana greatly accommodated us and we felt very welcomed we have been to many motel around Ontario and we really enjoy our time spent here.

It was a very regular place. Few water slides, far too much chlorine (which resulted in all our brand new bathing suits being bleached), and there was an awful woman working in the food place at the pool that was outright disrespectful and had no regard for the vacationers within the hotel. I had ordered 2 alcoholic beverages, which I could not carry to the balcony by myself, that was then followed by this staff member getting angry with me because of the only seating available in the designated area, to her then leaving my 2 drinks unattended at the bar where everyone had access to them (this was while she went across the pool area to have friendly conversations with coworkers). When I asked her if she would be getting me my drinks that I had been waiting for (for about 15 minutes at this point) I was met with "I will get them when I'm ready."

To top it all off, I had to continue the rest of my stay with my 3 children watching her glare at me with an angry face.

Water park is great. However the room is not very clean

small rooms. overpriced. waterpark is small, slides are from like 1story high. always crowded, 5. ft max wave pool.

Awful place. The water bleached both my wifes bathing suit and mine. Completely ruined. The swimming area was cold and packed all the time. I won't be going back

We go here every year and I always book the room that have the door through the park. This year I didn't like how strict they are when we just arrived and tried to enter and exit the pool. But in the late afternoon there's nobody on the door to watch you. I understand why but it doesn't make any sense to put up a rule without consistency.

Nice fun hotel to bring the family. Kids enjoyed it. Noise definitely carried from the halls to the rooms. Kids running up and down the hallways till about 12:30am and back at it around 5am.

Everything was pretty good, customer service wasn't the wow factor but is good enough for an enjoyable experience. Water park was good for the kids, excessive chlorine and fairly dirty seeing things floating above water.. most of the kids eyes were red if not wearing goggles. The room is good with everything you really need from mini fridge to microwave and bunch of towels... pretty clean... 3 story with balcony and outdoor playground beside water park. There is a cardio room only no weights all good for price paid for. I believe the parking should be included for overnight stay guests... our first water park try out will try out great wolf next time when it's not all sold out?

It was fun. The waterpark is smaller than I expected but there are plenty of other things to do inside and outside of the hotel.
