Well the resort is not too bad, but the front end staff is pathetic.
When we were checking in, the front end associate Jessica was fine for the first 1 minute. I had a query on the total charges that I was about to pay upfront and wanted to have a broad understanding and break-up. She was clueless. I could see a change of reaction on her face. I held on and she was getting very angry about this transaction. She finally said she cannot explain and she will need to call her supervisor. I was ok. This made her almost fume and VERY RUDELY she said it will take a few minutes. Her supervisor came with a fake smile on her face and gave me a broad understanding of the cost, post which I paid up. Post that in a very un welcoming and rude way she handed over the keys. Horrible experience. I a frequent traveller and surely this had been my worst frontend experience
The resort is running a campaign, "U Matter".... Hahaha... Surely a big joke...
