Due to my experience with this amazing outfit I found no hassling, honest business practice and an experience unlike any other. I would like to say they take their word serious which is huge in my book when it comes to car dealer. You will find yourself very pleased with the "paperwork" portion also. I gave them a number and I got my number with no pushy sales or added (unnecessary) "extras". Got my number with everything needed. For your choice in car dealers Terry Reid is THE place. I had been looking for my ideal SUV for about 4-6months and was flying out to Wichita, Kansas in the mid week to test drive and have the SUV there shipped here to GA. While waiting on Kansas sells reps to return my call, I continued my search. To my surprise, my ideal SUV was in Cartersville, GA. I contacted Terry Reid Hyundai and spoke with sales rep Marcus Elzey. Marcus was very professional, genuine and thorough. He was willing and eager to assist with my every need. Possessing such professionalism, how could I risk the chance of purchasing elsewhere. From start to finish, I could depend on Marcus to make sure "Mrs. Stacy" was leaving a happy customer. My husband and I purchased a $35k Jeep Wrangler from this dealership last night. Our experience with Ken, the salesman was great but Dexter, the finance guy was rude, condescending, argumentative and arrogant. Lets start with the missing bolt/cap that bolted the hard top down which first, is a safety concern, not to mention that without it would cause the roof to leak but Dexter kept saying that it wasn't their problem if it wasn't there. He then said "Can't you use the one that is there for both side of the hard top"? What! He was also insinuating that we had taken it to try to get something out of it because he kept saying that he finds it hard to believe that someone missed that when inspecting it. Seriously, this piece literally cost $10 dollars, I was shocked! Luckily Ken went back, searched the Jeep and found it in the back compartment. Next, the Jeep manual was missing so we asked for them to provide one. I mean who buys a $35k vehicle and doesn't get a manual? Well, Dexter said it wasn't his responsibility to get us a new one and we could probably buy one on Amazon. He was literally doing everything he could to piss us off and ruin this sale. Lastly, I asked for a full tank of gas because the Jeep was on empty and I was told that because the vehicle was used, they would only put $20 worth of gas in it. At this point we were literally going to walk out but Ken has promised to get us a new manual at his own expense and he agreed to fill the Jeep up with gas even though 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE told him not to. Seriously, 2 people told him not to do it? I have never in my life dealt with a dealership so cheap in my life. The vehicle in question only had 4100 miles on it, we didn't purchase a piece of junk. I sincerely believe Dexter was treating us this way because we did our own financing through our credit union so he wasn't making any money off our purchase. The only reason we stayed and purchased the vehicle was because of Ken and the fact that it was such a good deal otherwise we would have gone ANYWHERE else but here!!! We will NEVER buy another vehicle from this establishment again. They treat their customers poorly and quite frankly it is obvious that they do not care! Go ANYWHERE else and you will be treated like a respected customer but do not expect that here.. Beware of this dealership!
I would not go back here, They had me come all the way from College Park, Telling me they will have me drive off the lot with a vehicle and i get there, it was a totally different story....I gave all of my information over the phone to make sure i would get the car when i get there and i left with nothing...They are Liars.!!!!!!
Love their service department!! Service was above and beyond my expectations. Went in for an oil change and they washed my car and left a bottle of water for me with a note thanking me for my business!!! The waiting room was spotless and comfortable, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I went to purchase a car and drove 45 minutes and they played around until closing time and call them and leave on hold for a very long time so went to another hyundia and got what I wanted so I guess it was not my place to get a car there.

I was very impressed that none of them were pushy, they didn't pressure like others have before!! there was even a bible on the front desk. in todays day it says a lot of good about a company that is open like that!!

I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had!!! Mostly great customer service with very friendly and helpful staff (shout-out to Paul), but it's run by a terrible manager. Having people wait nearly 2 hours just to see a car with 0 interaction with his customers is simply a bad move on the manager's part.

The receptionists at this dealership have no clue what they re doing. When I called to schedule an appointment, she failed to ask what year and engine type my car is. If you want to pay $125 for an oil change come here. When I asked the receptionist what kind of oil they used on my car and she said oh it s generic. This place was great 2 years ago. They d put a cute water bottle and note in my car but now they don t even put the sticker on my windshield to let me know when I need my next oil change. What they did leave was a customer number tag paper that was not meant to be for me laying on my passenger seat. Awful service, do better.

Called to see if they had an appointment for a oil change and they put it in. I explained that I had another errand to run and didn't know if I could make the scheduled time. They explained to me to just show up and they would work my car in. When I arrived, I was in and out in about 35 minutes! I will definitely be back to have my car worked on there! Friendly staff and great customer service!

In February 2011, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Terry Reid Hyundai. It was the best vehicle decision I've made in a long time. The sales staff is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I had several criteria my 'new' car needed to meet, and the staff knew immedately which cars on the lot would work for me.
Three days after purchasing the vehicle, I was traveling on Interstate 75 when a large truck lost an item from its trailer and I couldn't avoid running over it. My front left tire popped immediately. I called Terry Reid Hyundai and they put me in touch with a roadside assistance service...and then they called back to make sure I was ok while waiting on the service truck. The next day I took my car to their service department where I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff. The service took no time at all, but while I was there, I sat in a comfortable waiting room, where the owner dropped in to see how I liked my car. I've never experienced that at another dealership.
I've taken my car in for general maintenance a couple of times since then. Each visit has been just like the first. I'm treated very respectfully by a friendly group of honest people. I recommend Terry Reid Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Bought a second car here. Was not crazy about the service depart for the 3.3 years I had my Tucson but hung with it and bought a Santa Fe the second time. When I bought it I was offered free oil changes if I bought the car I test drove instead of them finding the color I wanted on another lot. Agreed to it. Ever since then the service department has been very unpleasant to deal with. I have to show them my free oil change certificate every time and then when they are done they still try to charge me for it. The service department lady was rude to me about it the last rime I was there. I just got my oil changed at Dallas tire and tires rotated and paid for it. Decided after the last time I went to the service department I was done. You win terry Reid Hyundai service department. You succeeded. You got rid of one of your free oil change customers. That must be why sales offers it to you, because they know the service department will drive customers away. You will save money not having me for a customer. Also worth mentioning is that every time you go in there, there is a whole different crew than the last time you were there. I guess you re still trying to get it right. Also Dallas tire gives free tire rotation with an oil change. Just saying.

This place is so unprofessional and everyone acted lost and didn't know how to do there job. I didn't purchase my 2015 hyundai sonata from them, all I wanted was a print out of the history of my vehicle. It was told to me on the phone by a friendly person who was not there when I got there that it could be done. Vic I think his name was was very rube and all up in my face yelling. Then had the nerve to tell me when I asked him who his boss is, he said his wife (GTFOH) you don't own nothing. Lord knows the way I wanted to react, but I held my cool. All this was because I was trying to tell him that I've already seen some of the work that was done on my car by one of the employees there and he thought he was right telling me that there's no record of anything. I will not advise or recommend this place to anyone AT ALL. And yes I did report it and hope something be done about it. And to think I was gonna start bring my car there for oil changes. HELL NO I WILL NOT.......

Purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma online, it had severe rust that was not disclosed and was misrepresented to the point of legal action being taken. These people are flat out crooks and give honest dealers a bad name. Buyer Beware!
I came to Terry Reid Hyundai after purchasing a new-to-me 2010 Audi A3 Quattro S-Line a month and a half prior from Cobb Luxury in Marietta. My new-to-me car was just about perfect, until it developed a misfire 4000 miles after the warranty expired. After $200 of parts and working on it myself and another $650 of trying to resolve the issue at a shop without any success, I needed an exit strategy with a real warranty on it.
I worked with Collin and Andre on getting into a vehicle that would minimize our negative equity on the Audi, meet our needs as a family car, have a serious warranty on it and not be boring to drive. My Audi was an exciting buy that I deeply regret, but I'm driving away today with a gret car and peace of mind.
I want to share my experience just recently with Terry Reid. In 2017 I purchased my first Hyundai and loved it!!! Best car I ever owned. The staff at that time was wonderful. I went yesterday to have my car put on the diagnostic machine to see why I was having skipping( which I was told by Auto Zone) that it was the spark plugs or coil pack. I replaced the spark plugs and soon realized that wasn't the problem. more than likely it was the coil packs. I wanted to make sure, so I took it to the dealership thinking they have the correct machines to diagnose the real problem. I was told that it was $ 135.00 to hook it on the machine and i was like. I don't think so.So, as I was there I went by the sales floor asking questions and the Sales Manager asked me if I would like to upgrade.Of course, I would love to upgrade.I know anytime you buy a car that you are going to spend the day with them, but I told Austin ( my sales rep) that I needed to get back to work while they were coming up with figures and to call me. he kept pressuring me to stay . oh it will be just a minute..it will be just a moment longer.So finally I said , Look i have to get back to work. My intentions wasn't to buy a car, so I didn't take time off work to do that. I got to work and Austin called me saying you are going to be happy with the results.This is what we can do for you. Well, first of all they only wanted to give me a 2500 trade in on my car, which by the way my car is in more than fair condition. I said no, i still owe 4900. That's not going to work.So, long story short. I drive away in a 2021 Tucson which I absolutely love. Now, keep in mind. i didn't sign paperwork until after 6PM cause i am literally sitting there playing the waiting game again.Nobody kept me informed about anything they were doing. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced with a dealership. The staff that was there 3 years ago are all gone and this new staff is terrible. at least the girl in service was nice. Talk about terrible timing.I get to work this morning and my employer lets me go, not how I wanted to spend my day, but after crying for 2 hours. I contacted Austin at the dealership and let them know that I was no longer employed and that I could not afford this car payment... Now keep in mind, I haven't been in possession of this vehicle not even 24 hours. Austin tells me, sorry there is nothing we can do. I said will you please have a manager call me? Nothing .still have not heard from anyone. I am shocked that I just told this company that i don't have a job, cant pay for this car that I just signed for less than 24 hours ago and there is nothing they can do?!! Seriously??? So i start making phone calls to other dealerships to see what their policies are. every single one said yes, you can return that vehicle. I called an attorney and he pointed me to the Hyundai Motor Finance and said call them, let them know that you have no income and they haven't had time to fund that car nor have they paid your old car off. So, i did.I got tossed around to 4 different agents at Hyundai Finance. They said you need to go back to the dealership and talk to a manager there and work it out with them.I'm like wait.Ya'll are financing the car and i have already told you that the dealership isn't wanting to help me. Sorry, there is nothing we can do. The Hyundai Finance co. tells me that specific dealership that I went to is not on the Consumer Assurance Program, that would entitle me to give up possession of the vehicle. So, in other words because they aren't a part of that program, they will not let you return a vehicle. They claim to be big Christians, well if they are than the woods are full of them. Christian people don't treat returning customers like that. I will never do business with them again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. I know some of you reading this will say,well you signed for it, you agreed to it.Yes, but I would have never ever dreamed that I would be laid off my job the very next day.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I went there yesterday and discussed trading my car in for a newer one and they were all about helping me then. And today i got there after several txt from 2 diff people before i even arrived i was told everything looked great and we should be good. Now hours later they say there is nothing they can do after we wasted all that time all they can say is sorry. My car is a 2015 and they only gave me a value of $2500 for a trade in. We tried in my name, my husband's name and my uncles name and they say still there isn't anything they can do. Eric is very unprofessional and stayed on his cell phone the entire time we were there. Alecia tried her best to help me and even came in on her off day yet they sent her home. I feel like they just didn't want to help us one bit. Even sent us home and i had to call to see what was going on only for Eric to say sorry we cant help you. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there to purchase a new or used car all they will do is give you the run around after telling you before you get there that everything looks great and you should be able to leave in your new car today. I'm so upset and disappointed in the way we were done today and they never even offered any compensation or anything just said sorry. Sad part is i barely made it home bc i almost ran out of gas (my husband had our debit card on him) from going there and back two days in a row only to be turned down with no explanation.... Only the words "sorry". I was only trying to get a newer car with cheaper payments. I believe they should have tried harder or never told us things look great and to come on to do the deal if they wasn't going to do anything. If you decide to purchase from them DO NOT TALK TO ERIC!!!! They all saw me in tears leaving but didn't care to make surw I was even ok to drive. Very unprofessional bunch of guys there. Alecia was the only one willing to even try to help. Esp coming in on her day off for them to be rude to her and make her go home. Please do not make the mistakes we did by trusting them and believing their lies. They won't try very hard to help unless you have perfect credit or thousands of dollars to put down which most of us do not!!!! BUYERS BEWARE! SHADY COMPANY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE obtaining a lawyer to see what can be done. They have put me thru so much mental and emotional stress im having to go see a doctor now and will possibly have to continue to see one bc of what they put me thru today. The sales manager is a joke. He wont try to help you either. Between three applications a deal should have been made today. Eric and Vic are horrible to deal with. They need people who have compassion for others working for them. Middle/ lower class will not get a car approved there. They say they will but hours later its just "sorry"
I was mad but I got my situation resolved. My car has been wonderful and dexter Is the best I have delt with! And the last at customer service was very sweet and helpful and called me back. Hopefully I will be having no more issues. Thanks
First off this is just my personal experience only. It's not to down grade nor diminish anyone's character mentioned and I will not mention any names for that purpose.
Approximately two weeks ago I was told over the phone and emailed with the quote on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra limited for $12000 maybe $12500 depending on what they had to do to get it ready for a sell. They also had a later model vehicle, a 2015 Elantra limited for $13995 at their other location, so I thought what the heck I'll go see it anyway. We test drove the 2013 Elantra vehicle to the other dealership T.R. GMC to see the other vehicle (salesman was still owning up to his quote) .
FIRST RED FLAG: Upon the arrival, the other vehicle was NOT exactly the same vehicle. It was the lower based GLS model and I was only interested in the limited so, now my interest went toward the 2013 limited.
SECOND RED FLAG: When we got back to T.R. Hyundai, the 2013 quote was suddenly changed to $13995 not by our salesman, but from his manager. After going back and forth with the manager, me and the Mrs. decided NOT to buy obviously because of the change in quotes. We then went to another major dealership a couple of days later and bought a more spacious, sportier looking 2013 Hyundai Sonata SE limited Sedan for $10995. $1000 less than the original quote of the Elantra and and $3000 less than the managers special...lol! I only came to T.R. Hyundai because the salesman was prompt with email replies and he was very, very nice and understanding with a kind heart. He didn't drop this sale, his manager did and I am sooooooooo happy he did. God is good and was definitely on our side. I write this to say to make sure you do your research, find the one vehicle you want and never settle.
Do NOT take your car here for service. I took my 2013 elantra here to get my break lights replaced. First, they told me it would be ready at 4pm, so I showed up then and the girl at the service desk said it would be "just a minute while I get your paperwork ready," so I told my husband he could leave and went to wait outside because no one was wearing masks inside (and I'm very obviously 9 months pregnant). It was an hour and a half until my car was ready. That evening, I had my husband check the break lights they supposedly replaced. One wasn't working at all and another didn't work when the regular tail lights were on. They also screwed something up that makes some of the lights not turn off automatically when you lock the car, so those stayed on all night and ran my battery down. When I called the next day to ask for a refund (because I live an hour away and this was my one window of time before this baby comes to get this taken care of), I was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called 2 days later and was told "there's a manager standing right here, let me transfer you," and then got left on hold for 15 minutes and had to call back 3 times just to get an answer. This people SUCK at customer service and SUCK at repairing break lights....but they're great at charging you $$ and making it incredibly difficult to get it back.
Terrible experience. Elan tried to sell me a "brand new car" which had almost 4,000 miles on it. He said that because it has never been registered, the mileage doesn't matter it's still considered brand new to the federal government. I went to look at the car and it was dark, so I decided to come back two days later. Within two days, he quoted me a price that was $4,000 higher than what he quoted before. He was extremely dismissive, and was upset that I didn't purchase the car on the last day of the month. I'd caution anyone to do business with them.
I always have a great experience when using the service department at Terry Reid. Whether it's an oil change, tire rotation or a repair, the staff is clear and helpful. Recommend heartily!!
We currently live in NC and was going to make a trip on our way on vacation to purchase a jeep, we filled out 2 applications because something happened with the first one (which is fine) but then the company checked our credit and we never got any information back weather we were approved or not (which we should have been because we were approved for Capital one.) I've called 4 times and sent two emails, it's been over a month and still no word!....
My husband and I could not be happier with our experience at Terry Reid Hyundai! Everyone was so very kind and they all worked together to help us get the best deal possible. I get my Hyundai Santa Fe serviced by Terry Reid Hyundai since I purchased it their, they are always courteous, professional and strive to meet all my needs. There are other Hyundai dearlerships much closer to my home, but I enjoy the friendliness and professional treatment I receive at Terry Reid Hyundai
I leased a car from this dealership, and after I signed the lease and left they created a new lease with higher rates and forged my signature (I still have my original lease). Now they are asking me to pay nearly $4,000 for charges that weren't included in my lease! FRAUD!
As a former mechanic of Terry Reid Hyundai I can tell you they're prone to having their mechanics cut corners and they also like to ilegally keep the last paycheck of employees that have quit or have been fired.
The service manager Mrs. Charlena Williams is sooo helpful everytime I come in she s sooo nice to me and always goes out of her way to make sure I get good service. She is the heart of the service department & the hardest working person I know.
We had an incredible experience thanks to Abigail and Larry! The timing was perfect, and the vehicle we were looking for was being traded in at the exact moment we visited the dealership. Abigail was so helpful and answered all of our questions. Larry worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. The sweet lady that was trading in her vehicle (for her 3rd Hyundai!) was also so thoughtful. Sometimes you are just in the right place at the right time. This was an experience that we won't forget!

Had an awesome experience this past Saturday at Terry Reid Hyundai. After searching and searching for a car that I really wanted, I saw that they had one. I decided to go and pay them a visit. The entire staff was great, especially my salesman, Clifford Kudron aka Cliff. He was very understanding in what I wanted and what I thought I could afford. He kept us laughing and he made the atmosphere really comfortable, especially with me being nervous about my credit and all. He made sure that I was sure about every decision I made and didn't try to force me into just anything and I'm thankful for that, especially with this being my first time buying a car from a dealership. I went there for a Jeep Patriot, but left with Chrysler 200 and it was all my decision and I absolutely love my 200. And also Elan and Rasheed were awesome with helping me get into my car. Thank you guys for everything. Will be doing future business with these guys for sure!!!!
I love my Genesis, if I were buying another car it would be a Genesis. However, the service I have received at Terry Reid has been unacceptable. My Genesis was towed there on March 16,2020, I was told a rat had chewed a hole in the heater hose, I did not get my car back till March 26,2020. Driving it home there was steam coming from underneath the hood. I called and left a message checking to see if it was residual or if I should be concerned or bring it back, no response, two days later, car was still having the same issue, left another message, no response. On the 3-29-2020, a hose blew and I was stranded on roadside, Sunday, dealership closed. Car was towed, the next morning I called Terry Reid, I was told all work was warranted, towing company mix up thought dealership was closed car was not towed back till 4-8-2020, I was told problem was different and wasn t covered. On May 1st I was called and told car needed a battery (battery was fine when car left me), told the heater hose was replaced and with battery replaced car was ready. I picked my car up on Monday, May 4th, 4 days shy a month the second time at Terry Reid, 10 days the first time. Two towing bills of $150.00 & $190.00, $412.50 for chewed up heater hose, $976.47, for heater hose and battery later my car is back. I will not be returning toTerry Reid, Cartersville service department for my Genesis in the future.

Mr. Everette Hall was my sale's associate and he is amazing. I got all of the paperwork done in a total of about 4 hours (two days), which isn't bad at all. I got a great deal on a 2008 Buick Enclave that was originally at the GMC dealership, but I just rather handle things at Hyundai. Painless process. Wonderful people. Personally I had a great experience. We called about a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. After making sure it was still available, my wife and I drove to Cartersville to test drive the vehicle. We dealt with Larry and Andre, and Andre was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, which is no small feat because the Limited Ultimate version has a lot of bells and whistles. The vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned, and very clean...including the engine. 173 point inspection, 21,000+ miles and 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Very nice car. I appreciate the personalized service from both of these gentleman. I think the only regret that I have is that I didn't get pre-approved for a larger amount so I could have purchased the 2019 Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition that they had on the showroom floor as well. My wife and kids loved that car. Oh well...maybe next time.
One star is too high. I came in for a recall on the knock sensor and a oil change. They weren't busy and my car was parked in a bay right a way. After about one and a half hours I asked how much longer. Service person told me about fifteen more minutes. Thirty minutes later I asked again and got the same answer of fifteen minutes. Finally my car is ready and the service guy checks me out. I start to leave and notice a sign at the service desk that if you don't get your complementary multipoint inspection, then you're next oil change is on us. When I asked about it, the service guy printed it out for me, but told me that my next oil change wasn't free because he printed it out for me and I didn't leave. I made the comment that it was a no win sign. The service guy laughed and said that's right. I asked to speak to the service manager. The same guy came back and said he was on the phone, but to give me my next oil change free. Even with the next oil change on them, I don't know if I want to go back.

I met two members of the Laughridge family on the day I bought my new car. They had to get my car from another lot and they handled everything perfectly. All my needs were met and they went above and beyond what was required getting me in my new car. Someone else from my church has since bought one and I met a man at the grocery store parking lot (Ingles) who told me just wait until you take it in for service and see how nice they treat me. That day came and he was so right. They are thorough and for the first time in my life I feel like a car dealership truly cares about my satisfaction. I've got to get a GMC truck soon (well, my husband does) and this dealership is owned by the same family. I am excited to see if I have just as positive of a reaction. This place is amazing in all areas! I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a new purchase. They are very patient and not pushy. It felt like home and by the time we left with our new Palisade the staff was like family to us. It seemed like we had known them for years. They whole staff works together to get e deal you want and there are no pushy salesman or women fighting over who gets the sale. I rate this a 100 on a 1 to 10 scale!!!
I did not purchase my vechicle here, but I recently moved to Cartersville and I happen to have had car troubles with my vechicle. I brought it here and was greeted by Ginger in the Service department who helped me right away and got me in without an appointment. She showed me to the waiting room and told me she would be back with any information. She than came back and explained all the multiple of problems with my car that I had not been informated at TWO different Hyundais that never once told me anything even after I had insisted multiple of times before that something was wrong and they kept saying everything was ok since there was no light indicating so. So it was nice to hear that there was actually something wrong with it since my car stopped turning on so obviously something was wrong. She than told me it would be a 2-2.5 hour wait that I was not prepared for but she managed to work with me and get someone else to help me run my errands while I waited. Such a great staff and understanding. Couldn't thank y'all enough for your kindness.
Steer clear of these crooks! If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a used diesel truck from them. Salesman Bobby Joe describes it over the phone as the best running diesel truck he d seen. I drove four hours from middle TN. Truck was advertised as having records of bulletproofing done on the motor. First of all, truck was falsely advertised by the dealership. The records they had was a lone receipt with no vin# on the receipt. In other words, linked to the vehicle in absolutely no way. Bobby Joe assured me that he knew the owner of the shop, the former owner of the truck, and was sure the work was done there. He also agreed to immediately (the next day) to get to the bottom of it and get me proper receipts for the work. The morning after I got the truck home I was able to give it a thorough check up. It was over a gallon low on coolant!! They sent me on a 4 hour drive home, late at night, with a vehicle they had to know had a coolant leak, could ve overheated and left me stranded. The next morning had a basketball sized puddle of coolant on the ground. Now it s sitting, unusable in my driveway while I diagnose the leak. Bobby Joe had no interest in doing his job. I work long hours, and didn t get a single call from him. Called him the next weekend and he gave more excuses and more promises to actually do his job. To call his follow through terrible would be giving the man a compliment. It s non-existent. Still another week later and no call from Bobby Joe again. So I m left with the only options of making sure that I sound the alarm to stay away for as many people as I can, and any and all legal action I can take against this dealership for false advertising on this truck. Called and tried to talk to the manager and they would just send me to the ever-useless and dishonest Bobby Joe. GO ANYWHERE BESIDES THIS DEALERSHIP.
As always very friendly and courteous service. Answered all of our questions and concerns fully. Very enjoyable waiting area while waiting on vehicle to be serviced. They kept us informed of the progress of the service. Highly recommend Terry Reid Hyundai if anyone is looking for a new vehicle.

The place is a joke, lack of customer care, "wait times" are never true, shops a mess and looks filled with osha violations pretty sure i saw a grinder next to a barrel with a "flammable" warning on it, that's smart
Ok let me start this i went to like 2 dealers in the Chattanooga area but some how ended up here the best place possible, i came in very skeptical and i dealt with Tyler Harris and Elan Smith they are great guys, i got low balled in Chattanooga and was told i could never trade because of the negative equity well let me just say this Elan is the man !!! Not only did he get me in a brand new car not a last years left over like the other guys un named o what the heck Mountain View Nissan , but Eland and Tyler worked so hard for me of course they had to undo all the stuff the Nissan dealership did to me and i came out in a new car, a payment i could afford and Im extremely happy this car has everything you can get i got a service contract too alot of extras for not alot of money so people if you need a deal on a car go see these guys what you waiting on ??? Go you wont regret it
The service department is a joke. We dropped my wife s 2017 Hyundai Elantra off for an oil change and tire rotation today. We then get a call requesting a $330 service we declined, because, well, anyone who knows anything about cars knows that the multi-point inspections for warranty are a joke and the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act specifically states the work can be done by the consumer as long as it s documented, but I digress.
So we went to pick up her car and I drove it to the grocery store. When I came out I just happened to look at the tires and realized they WERE NOT EVEN ROTATED. A service we paid for on the invoice by the way. The reason I know this is because I had 2 new tires put on the front 6 months ago that are Goodyear s, not the factory Nexen. And the Goodyear s were still on the front. I called the dealership back and while the voice said sorry, the attitude was you re annoying me . I imagine I would ve gotten exactly ZILCH if I d agreed to the $300+ service as well. BUYER BEWARE, and I d mark my tires and filters to be sure they actually do any of the work you pay for.
Terry Reid Hyundai. Best place to get a new car. I purchased my 2013 Hyundai Veloster. Jay was our sales guy, and he was AMAZING!!! This was my first big purchase. I am so glad that my dad and I decided to do business with this amazing dealership. I got my eye on a new car again....from Hyundai. Definitely buying my second car from them. My first interaction on the phone with Teresa was very pleasant she was most helpful. Then the Service Mgr greeted me on the day I came in and that was another pleasant interaction. I had a wonderful experience with the Service Dept from start to finish! Kudos to everyone! Thank you for the AWESOME service!!!
I do NOT RECOMMEND EVEN FOR RECALLS!!! Car taken in for engine and starter replacement under warranty. Received back with lock & instrument cluster messed up. Working fine before taken in. My car had broken down due to the engine seizing up due to a recall I had received in the mail a week after breaking down. After trying to start my car multiple times before I received the recall letter my starter burned out. All of a sudden everything on my car had died causing ALL door locks and lights to not work. Not even the actual key would work. I was COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT! I come to find out my battery was dead. So before I could get it towed to the dealership to replace the engine and starter I had to replace the battery so that the tow truck driver could access my car. Once the battery was replaced everything went back to working like normal key fob was unlocking and locking ALL doors properly and all my lights began to work again. So I had the vehicle towed to the dealership to replace the engine and starter under warranty. After almost two months I received my car back and 5 minutes after deciding key fob would only unlock and lock REAR DOORS ONLY. I have to use the key insertion to unlock and lock the front doors. The screen that is apparently called an instrument cluster is stuck on trip a and will not allow me to change it. After speaking to someone at the dealership they told me to bring the car back in and they would look at it and if it. On May 28 2019 at 10:00 am I dropped the car off and was told they would take care of it. At 330 pm that day I spoke to someone who told me that they had looked at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it yet. On May 29 2019 I spoke to someone again to see if my car was ready and was told they cannot look at it until I pay $125 diagnostic fee. I did not approve because I shouldn't have to pay for something that wasn't my fault when their mechanics were the ones replacing my engine. They tried to tell me it was a previous problem because of all the door locks and lights not working before I replaced the battery. After I had spoken to mechanic at a different location I was told that when you replace an engine you have to reset the computer and if you don't it can cause problems with door locks and anything else. So I went back to the dealership and sat down with the owner and explained it to them. He was very unprofessional and told me that whatever mechanic I spoke to was wrong.
As my first car loan experience, I was very impressed with Tyler and his team. John helped me the first day and he was incredibly patient as I checked out the car. They were welcoming, and Tyler bent over backwards to get me what I needed at the price I could afford. He explained everything I had a question for and was very personable. I would recommend Tyler and Terry Reid. Thank you, Tyler! You were amazing.
It takes 2 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Don't waste your time here if you can help it. If you have to come here bring a sleeping bag it'll be a while
