Do NOT take your car here for service. I took my 2013 elantra here to get my break lights replaced. First, they told me it would be ready at 4pm, so I showed up then and the girl at the service desk said it would be "just a minute while I get your paperwork ready," so I told my husband he could leave and went to wait outside because no one was wearing masks inside (and I'm very obviously 9 months pregnant). It was an hour and a half until my car was ready. That evening, I had my husband check the break lights they supposedly replaced. One wasn't working at all and another didn't work when the regular tail lights were on. They also screwed something up that makes some of the lights not turn off automatically when you lock the car, so those stayed on all night and ran my battery down. When I called the next day to ask for a refund (because I live an hour away and this was my one window of time before this baby comes to get this taken care of), I was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called 2 days later and was told "there's a manager standing right here, let me transfer you," and then got left on hold for 15 minutes and had to call back 3 times just to get an answer. This people SUCK at customer service and SUCK at repairing break lights....but they're great at charging you $$ and making it incredibly difficult to get it back.
