Everyone of your team is so unprofessional. I asked for the manager and the people were changing on every single question that I asked and they couldn't answer. WORST COMPANY EVERY TO WORK WITH.

I've been working with Garret for over 10 years now! I did over 1000 loads, they never cancel any loads without good reason and always pay on time. I recommend this company to all of my friends and looking to continue doing business in the next decade

Joe and Brandon were caught giving false appointments several times. After calling them out on it, Joe got mad and sent some very childish and rude emails to our company. Don't believe the appointments they show on their papers. They are lying to make you show up early, because they don't trust you to do the job they hired you to do.

Two wonderful guys are working for ATG, LLC Mike Deis and Michael Ivanov, we are holding freight for this company on the weekly basis. We have a great relationship with that company. Those two brokers in particular are assisting in all needs, solving problems, rescheduling appointments and making our company relationship thrive!

The Vice president of American transport group called me and fixed our problem we had with a load we did for them, And i greatly appreciate the phone call from Bill. Trucking industry is always up and down and when there is people in the industry like bill its always a plus

teach your brokers some manners, I asked for load info and he asked for my MC, not 5 seconds later he says, "we dont work together" and HANGS UP! what kind of professionalism is that? and instead of hanging up, the broker could have explained to me why or refer me to carrier relations. HOWEVER, im not going to allow one broker represent your staff, Find him and counsel him. Your safety department by the name of bruce was very nice and courteous when I followed up and helped resolve the issue [bruce gets 5 stars]

I work with this company almost every single day and they are always there when I need them. I was surprised at first when I started working with ATG because I thought, "here is just another broker trying to move my business." In the end, I have been highly impressed with their carrier network, on-time service, and reasonable rates.

I would recommend working with this company in a heart beat.

Extremely unprofessional and not truthful at all. We were unsuccessful collecting $80.00 of detention at the shipper and were told that we will be paid. When we asked for detention Michael Leichenko gave us a biggest run around, told us that we are the worst carrier for asking for detention, that we are harassing him, he will send the revised rate sheet tomorrow, ATG does not need carriers, etc. This was the second time we experienced this type of carrier service. First time we placed them on our DNU list but their manager called apologizing. Two months later this incident happened. This company does not value carrier relationships. They are willing to lose carriers over 80.00 in detention fees.This is a truckers market. If you do not have to work with ATG, dont. There is better freight out there and better brokers. If you chose to work with them get detention paid immediately or pull your truck out after 2 hours. In two instances we were not able to get paid even though we e mailed and called on time to pre advise and got assurances that we will be compensated. In todays day and age of ELDs not getting paid on detention is not acceptable. And is seems to me that many other carriers got same experience we did. Reading down these reviews i would be embarrassed if this was my company.

Company with the worst attitude! Broker was unprofessional and rude. Asked the dispatch to transfer me to supervisor but she keep transferring me to the broker. Added extra stop, don't want to pay for it! Don't work with this company!

First thing first; ATG IS AWESOME. I love my buddy graham cracker and his partner in crime Justin Timberlake. Well rounded lad's who are awesome in communicating with me regarding our existing shipments. I've never had a problem with this brokerage and would recommend working with them to everyone who wants to keep their drivers happy and trucks moving. You guys rock.

Great Company never had issues with freight , if any detention or delays was swiftly taken care of, my broker Matt Schwartz , does quality work and is very honnest about their freight.

This is by far the most professional broker I've dealt with over the course of my carrier. This stems from ownership (Harold Gross) down.

They break all the "norms" in this industry.

We cannot recommend ATG enough. If you are considering working with them, don't even think twice.

I have worked with American Trans Group for more than 10 years and we went through a lot but at the end they always manage to stay professional and on top of it. I would recommend them to anybody .

We as a carriers are working with ATG for a long time and i just want to say that we have the best experience, one of the most responsible brokers, always helping each other out and never causing problems to us, as dispatchers or drivers. Shout out to Jeff Atwell and Megan Banuelos, greatest guys ever!

How sad to say that when you demand a bit more of money for a load and you get offered $30hr. When I told the broker that it was my own equipment and deserve more than $30hr, his response was that I should've stood in school. I was also called a dirt bag , and an a**. What brokers need to realize that drivers take lot of patience with long waiting times at shippers, especially with ELD's. I suggest that your hardworking, educated brokers have a more professional outcome to frustrated drivers and give a bit more of money for what we deserve. Without truck drivers nothing would get from point A to point B. Understand this brokers, us drivers make up your check to provide your families. So next time stop being cheap and if money is demand come to a resolution instead of calling a threat.

I love working with them. Always professional, polite, easy to work with. My favorite brokers are MIKE IVANOV and MIKE DEIS. I can reach them any day and anytime. Highly recommend them
