Personally I had a great experience. We called about a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. After making sure it was still available, my wife and I drove to Cartersville to test drive the vehicle. We dealt with Larry and Andre, and Andre was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, which is no small feat because the Limited Ultimate version has a lot of bells and whistles. The vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned, and very clean...including the engine. 173 point inspection, 21,000+ miles and 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Very nice car. I appreciate the personalized service from both of these gentleman. I think the only regret that I have is that I didn't get pre-approved for a larger amount so I could have purchased the 2019 Hyundai Kona Iron Man Edition that they had on the showroom floor as well. My wife and kids loved that car. Oh well...maybe next time.
