I purchased my Toyota from this dealership in 2011. About 2 months ago I brought it in because the check engine, VSC off, and traction control lights were all on. The service department informed me that their mechanic diagnosed it and determined it needed four new injectors and spark plugs throughout. The cost was 1200 dollars and they assured me it would fix the problem. I proceeded to have the work done. I took the car home and three days later all the lights were back on. I brought the car back in and they offered me a rental car for a few days. Four days later I picked up the car and they told me it was just the oil filter losing pressure so they did a new oil change. I again took the car home and five days later the lights were on again. This was three weeks ago. I have since called them at least 5 times to bring my car back in to get properly fixed. They have said each time that they were waiting on a rental car to give me. At this point after two months of trying to get my car fixed I just want a refund. They misdiagnosed what was wrong with the car and I had 1200 dollars worth of work done for no reason. They have yet to return my calls to bring the car back in and have yet to offer any sort of refund. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB and hopefully they can do something for me and prevent this from happening to someone else.
