20141006. Team Toyota Schererville provided excellent service again. During my recent visit they were conscientious about the care of our Sienna through their friendly reminder of manufacturer recommended service to keep our Sienna in top running condition. In addition, Juan was gracious enough to record in their service system to remind me every visit to keep my run-flat tires rotated to ensure long life! Way to go Juan! For all my service needs Team Toyota Schererville is the only place I take my Sienna for service.

I leased my second Toyota RAV4 and absolutely love the new style and quality. James Bresnahan was an excellent sales associate and made the process a breeze! General Manager Michael Anderson made the financing run quick and smooth!! Thanks Team Toyota! 5 star service!

My experience at Team Toyota has always been 100 percent. Arnie has ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS taken care of me and my family. He s not the usual salesman that sells you a car and forgets about you. He ll keep tabs on you and make sure your vehicle is running smooth! And the management at team Toyota is great as well! They re willing to make deals!! Mike Anderson is the finance manager to see he always helps me out! Arnie has sold me like 6 vehicles! And they were all great!!! If you guys need to see anyone ask for Arnie!! He s a great guy and he s ready to make great deals for you!!!!

Team Toyota lives up to their name!!! I went a few months ago to look at some vehicles and met with Amayla there and she was great, she walked me through their lot and showed me new and used Tundra, she kept in touch with me and made sure I was taken care of, they are truly a Team because I stopped in last week with my wife to look at a 2018 Denali and she was unavailable but went above and beyond and set us up to test drive the same day with Riley which was also great and made us feel welcomed appreciated as customers! A-Plus rating always!

I am very happy with the service from Team Toyota. My truck runs like new still thanks to the excellent service they provide. I always get a quick appointment, and they let you know how long the service required is going to take. My Truck & I both will be back every time we need anything done. Done right, every time!

I purchased a certified vehicle a few days ago from Said Mohammed who was very knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions and never pressured me to purchased the vehicle I was interested in. We have owned a few Toyota's over the years and the service at Team Toyota can't be beat! The work was done right and at a fair price. We always ask for Chris K. in service as he is customer focused and very friendly! He goes above and beyond to satisfy customers -- a very rare individual.

I went in to look at and possible purchase a used RAV4 that I had found online. Gina was extremely friendly and helpful. She accommodated my early arrival and was very helpful in answering questions regarding the car. She was efficient in getting my paperwork together after deciding to purchase the car. My only issue was waiting almost 2 hours to finish the finance paperwork. Gina made sure that I was comfortable during my wait and checked on me frequently. Mike was extremely helpful and efficient in getting questions answered and paperwork finished after my long wait. The entire staff was very friendly.

Had a great experience recently trading in my Corolla for a Rav-4. Never felt rushed or pressured. I walked into Team Toyota clueless on how to even begin car shopping till Arnie walked up to me. Arnie Villar was more than helpful He wasn't looking to just "make a sale" he was looking to get me in a car that i could afford and the fitted me. My wife and I just purchased a new Rav4 at Team Toyota in Schererville. Very happy with the vehicle and our salesperson was very responsive up until the sale. We found out the next day that the dealership had failed to leave the wheel lock key in the vehicle and our once responsive salesperson no longer responded to my texts even after 48 hours. We now have to go back to service to get this issue resolved because it was closed at the time. I will say the staff on hand was very helpful and apologetic when I stopped by.

Riley was a great sales man and was very helpful with helping me select a vehicle. Mike Anderson was very nice and understanding and woeked hard to get me into my car. Overall, i am very happy with how i was treated.

Terrible customer service. Car was not what was described drove 10 hours for a car that drove out fine according to salesman to get there and test drive a vehicle with a broken transfer case that limped everywhere only to be told what does a salesman know he is not a mechanic. A 3 year old would know something was wrong.

I came in today for routine service on my Toyota Prius. I didn t have an appointment but they were able to get me in and out quickly anyway. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They came to tell me what needed to be done on the car before the serviced it. The car needed tires but they told me I could hold off until August when they would have a buy 3 get 1 free deal going on. I appreciated that piece of information. They are always looking for ways to help me save money! Just one of the many reasons I love being a part of the Toyota family

Not a good experience after waiting over 2 hours and signed an agreement they reniged. Won't do business there again

I went in to Team Toyota on 41 unsure about the direction I was looking to go in purchasing a car. The ?s I had coming in were all answered as I left with my new Absolutely Red Scion. A more than satisfied customer!!

I brought my RAV4 in with a major problem and Jeremy and the service department went above and beyond getting it fixed in a timely manner.

I just bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla it was a Wonderful experience especially since it was my first car everyone was so nice and helpful! I love my new car and couldn t be any happier. I want to give Gina and Amelia a really big thank you for all the hard work they did to make this possible!

The attention to detail and the urgency of making the customer content while maintaining a professional appearance was outstanding. Arnie and the guy that sits next to him were real nice guys. Arnie made buying my first car at a dealership an awesome experience. Him and the finance lady Julie called me back a couple days later after the deal was already done to finance with a better bank which just goes to show Arnies the guy to go to if you want someone that ll look out for you and your Best interests. Some of the service reps should have more understanding of how the vehicles functions. I was told that the flat tire censor would go out once I started to drive. That's not true. It only goes out when you put enough air in it. They also told me that the engine was going bad due to the fact that it was burning oil and had no oil leaks. The next time I came for service, I was told that there was a leak from the valve cover which was causing the problem. They are creating lack of trust.

I recently bought a used 2014 Sienna. At the time of purchase my sales rep (Said) noticed a few little things needed attention. We scheduled a service appointment to take care of these items. The problems we totally corrected and I couldn't be happier.

I have had a Rav-4 and Highlander from other dealers and can say that the other dealers did not come close to the service I received at Team Toyota.

My review is for Team Toyota's Service Department. Although I did not purchase my 2007 Corolla from Team Toyota, I've taken it there since I bought it in 2008. I have always gotten excellent service from Team Toyota's Service Department so I continue to take it there for routine maintenance and service even though it is no longer under warranty. I trust their service professionals give me an honest appraisal of what needs to be done to my car to keep it running smoothly, efficiently and safely.

Riley was the first person to greet me when I arrived. He was extremely professional and helpful. My entire car purchase process was smooth, Riley truly listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and provided several options. I had been car shopping for a few months and it was a pleasure working with Riley. I highly recommend him and the rest of the Team Toyota crew.

We recently purchased our 2020 Highlander and absolutely love it! Lauren has been working with us over the last 6 months to ensure we received when needed and wanted in a car. She also dealt with us having many different cars with many different names on the title for trade in. Throughout the whole process she was insanely patient and willing to do whatever we needed! Would highly recommend her!

Very friendly staff and when it came time to switch my personal items from my trade in to my new car they had both cars set up in side garage all by themselves. It was nice to set my my car in a private setting. The salesperson Rick had my back to get the most we could get on my trade in.

Every time I go to get my car worked on I never leave with any issues. I have tried branching out and going to other mechanics, only to leave their shops with more problems or the same problem not fixed. I have noticed that because Team Toyota s mechanics have all the resources for Toyota cars, things get done right. I will continue to be a long time customer (until I move of course).

Riley provided Excellent service from start to finish on the purchase of my new Tundra.

Didn't have a great experience with this dealership. Was drawn in with a buy back event for my trade in then was given an absolute joke of an offer for the car. The salesman didn't even know anything about the event. Left displeased. Few days later I was convinced to drive 2 hours back in to have a different manager appraise my trade in. Got a reasonable offer so I proceeded to put down a deposit on a car that was en route.
Then a few days later, I called to check in delivery date. Then they told me someone bought the car that I had a deposit on.
Needless to say, total waste of time and money dealing with this dealer. Bought the same car at another dealer with no issues. Quick and easy.

Recent service on our Rav 4 was done promptly and Danny, the service writer made sure to keep us up-dated on the service department progress while we waited. Service was done in the promised amount of time.

Wouldn t want to take my Toyota anywhere else. I bought a gently used 2017 Corolla here after a friend and her family had recommended Team Toyota. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who doesn t know much about cars and how they work I trust the staff here to do what s best to make my car run in tip-top shape and not take advantage of a customer. The website makes it easy to schedule your service for a time and date that is convenient for you.

Great service for repairs, just don't expect your appointment time to be honored or your estimated time to be accurate. Got told an hour for my oil change (had the first appointment), and left nearly 2 hours later. Crazy amount of time for a simple oil change.

I had a great experience at Team Toyota. My Husband and I were devote Nissan owners. I just happen to drive over just to check out the new Toyota location. I meet John my sales rep and he was sick with the flu but he called everyday until the deal was to my satisfaction. Dave one of the managers was absolutely fabulous I mean just Great!!! About a month ago, Amayla sold me a new 2020 RAV4 XLE. At first, I was shown the basic model and she knew I thought it was nice, but did not love it. SO! Wonderful experience at that dreaded time of car maintenance. Nothing like waiting for your oil change normally, but at Team Toyota they took great care of me!
They even provided coffee and bottled water while I waited.
While waiting, I got to talk to salesman named Jimmy who was working at his desk. He was amazing with people!
He was talking to another customer and not just trying to sell him a car (although if the person needed one he, like me, probably would have bought one from him!). It was cool to see someone who is good at what they do in action! Thank you for the excellent experience!

I would really like to thank Riley for taking care of me during my car buying process. I went online this past Saturday and saw a 2008 Toyota Highlander. Made an appointment to see it, took it to my mechanic and ended up purchasing the vehicle. I stay in Chicago and didn't have a way to get the vehicle home. So being the true professional that he is, Riley followed me home in his personal car while a porter drive the Highlander home. They went the extra mile to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Had an appointment scheduled for a specific vehicle confirmed the vehicle was there and when I got there the salesman said it was already sold and gone?? at the least a call back would of been nice considering the hour + drive.

very good place to use if you buy a new Toyota or even a used Toyota but just be warned you will be paying dealership prices and you will be paying top dollar for any parts you get and any labor that you have done to the car. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Yaris new in 2012. I recently took the car in the shop for a brake job and to get the oil changed. If you can believe it back pads and rotors were $500 installed. A synthetic oil change is 6999 but if you want your car in tip top shape this is the place to use. All-in-all I recommend if you can't afford it.

Joe is a very caring and enthusiastic salesman. He makes sure you're happy in your decision on a car. Team Toyota is a great place to purchase a car. Everyone is always so genuinely nice here. You don't see that in many places anymore.

Said, my salesman, was wonderful in getting me the best deal and getting me exactly what I was looking for the same day. Their service staff is always friendly and helpful and they great you every time as if you are family. Every employee goes above and beyond to make sure you receive the best customer service. This dealer is amazing. This past Friday was the first time that I had my Toyota serviced here. I previously took my car to another Toyota dealer in the area and recently, I have not been satisfied with the service. Upon entering Team Toyota on 41, I was shocked. The staff was amazing and truly cared about my wellbeing as well as my my car's. I did not have 5 salesman trying to sell me a new car when I walked in and the person in charge of my service, Juan, was a great guy. He greeted me with a handshake, smile, and he informed me of everything that was being performed on my vehicle. If you want over and above, this is the dealer to go to! I cannot stop saying good things about them and will definitely be back!
